Pizza in Piazza In Dalmine

il cibo buonissimo compensa la velocità di preparazione

Le pizze erano buone sia a livello di gusto che di farcitura. Purtroppo però ho pagato la maggiorazione per la rucola che non è stata messa e mi viene quindi il dubbio che pure la doppia Mozzarella, anch'essa pagata extra, sia stata ignorata. Non è per l'1/2€ a farmi la differenza, però non è mai bello pagare a vuoto.

The pizza dough is obtained with durum wheat semolina, probably organic. The pasta is cooked very well, you can see the hand of the expert with the use of the wood oven... Digestibility is excellent, and during digestion, it does not cause R.G.E. ... 10+ In my opinion it is the best Pizza in Dalmine 16/02/2024 I renew my review indicating that the staff has not changed nor has the excellent quality of the pizzas. The only pizza that remains good even if cold!
