17/01/2026: I ordered a pizza and it arrived very late. Really poor service! I'm speechless.

07/03/2026: The pizza is undoubtedly good, there's no arguing that. The problem, however, lies in the organization of the dining room service when you choose to dine in rather than order takeout. Saturday evening, family dinner: we were six adults with two children, ages 1 and 4. We had reserved a table for 7:30 pm. Our order was taken almost immediately, and the drinks arrived without a problem. The pizzas, however, were served at 8:30 pm, so after about an hour of waiting, despite there being only a dozen customers in the dining room. When it came time to order desserts and coffee, the situation became even more confusing. The waitress approached the table several times while there were only two of us, but when we were all ready to order, she never returned. After about half an hour of waiting—even though we had called her—we were unable to order anything. Furthermore, many of the desserts listed on the menu were actually unavailable: we were told they only had a fraction of those listed on the menu. I'd like to point out that this isn't a criticism of the waitress, who actually did her best to manage multiple tables at once. The problem seems to be organizational. In conclusion: the pizza is worth it, but if takeout is working well, perhaps it would be appropriate to rethink the dining room service, because the table service experience, at least for us, was rather disappointing.

21/02/2026: Embarrassing experience. Reserved for 7:30 PM. The last pizza for the table arrived at 9:15 PM. They got the order wrong. We ordered two sweet salamis, but they got two spicy salamis. "If you don't eat these, you'll have a long wait before the others arrive." Quote. As if it were our fault they got the order wrong. No sooner said than done. An endless wait for two people at the table who watched the others eat. There was no ice. There was no lemon. We asked for two complimentary amaros for the inconvenience, and what did they say? "If you only want limoncello." Quote. If it were up to them, they would have given us a spicy salami pizza instead of a sweet one, and given us a limoncello instead of a amaro. Bill, 163 euros. Split 4.41 euros each. Even a euro too much tip! Sometimes a simple gesture is enough to make up for it. But it's probably not the usual fare. I remembered it differently! Cheers!!

21/12/2025: The pizza was inedible. Look at the photos of what they delivered: half burned and half raw. I threw it away.

29/09/2025: Delicious pizza and very friendly and helpful staff! There was once a miscommunication about the flavor of a pizza, and the delivery guy promptly replaced it. Deliveries are on time and the selection is extensive. Recommended!

02/06/2026: Very slow service and then they put us to eat in a narrow corner and there were 12 of us, the pizzas always arrived last so many didn't even eat and we were forced to make a single bill

31/05/2026: We just left the restaurant. The pizza was very good, and Sara, the waitress, was very good and friendly. My daughter didn't like many types of pizza, and she was kind enough to let her make the pizza she liked. We'll definitely be back.

04/04/2026: I always hope it's a coincidence, but the edges are burnt and the ingredients are few. Let's just say the quality has deteriorated over the years.

31/01/2026: We've been ordering takeout from this pizzeria for about 2 years and have had a good experience on occasion. However, deliveries are often not on time, sometimes with delays of 30–45 minutes. This evening, in addition to the delay, one pizza wasn't complete (okay, it happens) and the pizzas were cold. Receiving them cold after a 45-minute wait isn't nice 😅 I'm writing this review as a constructive suggestion: perhaps better organization of delivery times would help improve the service. It would be helpful to be notified in advance if it wasn't possible to meet the requested time. It's a shame because in my opinion, they're very good.

09/05/2026: I called to order two pizzas at 7:30 PM and asked if delivery was possible at 8:30 PM. They confirmed it. I had to call at 8:50 PM to ask what had happened to the pizzas, and they told me they were about to be baked. It seems absurd, but okay. I had to call back at 9:09 PM to find out the status, and only then was I told they had left. The pizzas arrived 40 minutes late. I understand what you want, but when a customer asks if a time is available, instead of accepting and then making these mistakes, wouldn't it have been fair to tell us it wasn't possible?

26/03/2026: It's a real shame, the pizza is good, but the service makes everything worse. It's not the first time I've ordered from them, and it's not even the first time it's been late, but it will definitely be the last time I order. Delivery is scheduled for 8:00 PM...8:15 PM. I call for information, and with zero professionalism and a lot of indifference, they proceed to reply, "We're making it now." I'm truly shocked by service like this. The pizza was ordered at 7:00 PM, so there was plenty of time to prepare it calmly, but they obviously don't care. If you want some advice, try ordering the day before, maybe it will arrive on time the next day.

20/03/2026: The food is amazing and the staff is incredibly friendly. The dessert is delicious. I give this place ten stars or more, and I highly recommend it.

23/02/2026: The piadina kebab was good. Everything else was truly awful. Eating on dirty tablecloths and previously used paper placemats is out of the question.

05/04/2026: I ordered pizzas for 9pm... I called them around 9:30pm and no one answered. I tried several times but no answer, so I tried again with another number and they answered saying they were still a bit late, they arrived at 10:20pm without even apologizing... terrible experience and lack of professionalism.

14/02/2026: I notice they're no longer respecting home delivery times. This will be the fourth time I've been asked for a time (which they actually gave me), and they're at least 45 minutes late. I'm expecting my pizza at 8:30 PM. I call them at 9 PM because no one has arrived yet, and they tell me the pizzas are going into the oven now. Terrible management skills and respect for appointments.

03/09/2025: Rude staff and shoddy product! My son and I head to the restaurant, which immediately appears old and full of flies. Despite some hesitation, we politely ask for two kebabs. The owner is friendly and jokes slyly with my son about his football affiliation. We pay the bill (a whopping €22!!). We're presented with two poorly made pizzas. At that point, just as politely, we point out that we'd asked for two kebabs. The owner suddenly changes his attitude and, annoyed, blames us for the mistake (as in: the customer is always right!!!!), refusing to replace the pizzas with the kebabs we'd requested and already paid for. After much insistence, the owner shows up with just one kebab, boasting of his immeasurable generosity, perhaps demanding a "thank you" and, who knows, additional payment. When I pointed out that there were two kebabs and not one, he told us he didn't have time and that this was the best he could do. I could have eaten the pizza, which, although unsolicited and poorly made, had since gone cold. After my complaints, the owner and his coworker (I believe a family member) rudely addressed us and kicked us out. We left with two cold, "inedible" pizzas. I will never go there again, and I strongly advise everyone against going there.

20/03/2026: Picked up without a receipt, waiting 40 minutes, the pizza looks like a baby milkshake with mozzarella

01/03/2026: Pizza ordered via app, estimated delivery time: 25 minutes. No tracking. After an hour, I called the pizzeria, and they told us the delivery man had already left. Ten minutes later, the delivery man called: he said he was downstairs. Too bad he was in the wrong town, about 10 km from where he was supposed to deliver. The pizza, of course, was cold. Terrible experience, I will never order from this place again.

14/04/2026: So good! And I can't believe how cheap it was. The restaurant is just ok. But the food was great.
