11/10/2025: Absurd, unfortunately I have to give a very bad review for the management. Out of 10 times I've ordered pizza from them, 9 have arrived late, and even with the wrong pizzas. Half-hour delays, even though I called to order at 6:10 PM as soon as they opened. Tonight I asked for the order to be delivered at 8:30 PM because I had an appointment, and they arrived to deliver it at 8:50 PM. I called at 8:40 PM to ask if they'd already brought out the pizzas, and they told me to be patient. I've also worked in the restaurant industry, and the advice I can give them is to always be clear with the customer. I definitely won't order from them again.

04/06/2026: Terrible experience. This bar appears in the Vinted app as a partner for Poste Italiane deliveries, offering the option of self-service packaging and the use of a digital label. However, every time I showed up to use this service, I was rudely told that they don't provide envelopes or packaging materials. The problem isn't just the refusal to provide the service, but also the way it's communicated to customers. On several occasions, the staff has been unhelpful and rude, sparking arguments instead of providing clear and professional explanations. If a location doesn't intend to offer a certain service, it should properly indicate this and treat customers with respect. Personally, I won't be returning and I advise anyone who uses Vinted or Poste Italiane to seek out other more reputable and collaborative locations.

26/10/2025: We stayed at a nearby hotel and were still hungry in the evening. We stumbled upon it more by chance; they mostly offer delivery or pickup pizzas, but there are also a few tables for sit-down dining. The pizzas were phenomenally delicious and reasonably priced. Since the owners barely speak English, it made the experience wonderfully authentic. If we ever come back to the area, we'll definitely be back.

06/01/2026: It's amazing how a pizza can stay warm after being left out for 90 minutes at -2 degrees Celsius. Afterward, you have to wash your hands or stay in the bathroom for 15 minutes.

19/04/2026: Very tacky restaurant. We stopped there without much thought because we were hungry. We were surprised that there was no one there, so we ordered a wine, pointing to the menu. When the bill came, he had charged double for the wine. When we asked why, he pulled out another menu that we hadn't seen before. He's clearly targeting tourists.

21/05/2026: In my opinion, you have to know how to accept good and bad reviews. If someone has been coming for a long time... that's a positive thing... If after a few years they stop coming... there must be a reason... (not after a short time). An impossible expert pizza chef who makes a transparent marinara... without a drizzle of oil... when he closes it... doesn't he see???? You can make mistakes, of course... (but more than once)... and even put very little mozzarella... the pizza is transparent... if someone orders it without tomato sauce, you need a little more mozzarella, otherwise it becomes transparent. There is freedom of thought... there are those who write here... those who perhaps come back and complain... different ways that you wouldn't accept anyway... (or simply behind the scenes, you would also have your say)... The rush, however... is noticeable... and there's nothing to discuss... or point out... those who work there should know. Anyway, everyone works as they please at home...loyal customers should be treated better...it's always been like this, then maybe there are those who come every day and we pay more attention for fear of complaints. You don't get anywhere by rushing.

17/04/2026: I called the pizzeria telling them all the correct things my father went to pick it up and the pizzas were completely wrong once we got home we called back to let them know about this incident and they replied with next time don't let a child call what for them was a child was a fairly old adult anyway it's not a good pizzeria I don't recommend it in case of maximum necessity

21/10/2025: As soon as we had breakfast, in addition to being slow as almost always, I was the only order waiting and instead of preparing it, the girls were busy chatting.... I had to go and get the order, the girl at the MC café was not at all friendly.

14/06/2025: A historic restaurant in the center of Valmadrera. I used to come here as a kid for pizza parties with the soccer team. Management has changed, but I'm pleased to see the wood-fired oven has been maintained. We stopped in for a quick lunch. The service was excellent, friendly, and unobtrusive, from the moment we arrived until the end. A varied selection of appetizers, first and second courses (meat and seafood), a small vegetarian section, and pizzas. I wouldn't recommend it to those accustomed to sophisticated, chic fare. A simple, family-run restaurant with delicious dishes. I'll be back to try the pizza.

05/03/2026: I've been a customer for several years, at least 5, the last few times the pizza has arrived cold and late, but the peak was reached with this latest order: I ordered an Americana and they told me it would be delivered at 12:45. The delivery was made at 1:05. To make matters worse, I received a pizza with shrimp and peppers. I called the restaurant to have it remade but was told: "Eat it like this, the price is the same, next time I'll bring you an extra Coke". It doesn't work like that because I ordered one product and another one arrived (which I don't eat). When I asked to have it remade and bring the one I ordered, I was told "no dear, that's not possible". I will never order again, it's a shame because I've ordered often and for a very long time, but this is not the right way.

22/02/2026: Last night at 7:00 PM, I called to order seven pizzas. We agreed on a time of 8:15 PM and that I would send a message with all the flavors via WhatsApp. At 8:35 PM, the pizzas still hadn't arrived, so I called to inquire. I was told the message hadn't been opened yet and that delivery would be made shortly. At that point, I went directly to the pizzeria to assess the situation, since there were guests at the table. They explained to me that they had made a lot of pizzas for a carnival association and that there had therefore been a delay. I understand that there can be unforeseen circumstances, but it would have been correct to be informed immediately or not to accept the order for that time. While I was waiting because they told me they were in the oven, I personally noticed a few things that left me perplexed: I saw the delivery man returning from a few deliveries finish preparing pizzas, add toppings like chips and cold cuts, and answer the phone, all without wearing gloves. This made me feel uneasy about hygiene. Anyway, after waiting another 15 minutes, I left because the pizzas still weren't ready. I'm simply sharing my experience, hoping it can help improve the organization and service.

26/09/2025: The pizza is soggy, I miss the good old days. The place is dirty, and the service... what can I say? We waited over an hour for two pizzas. The prices have also gone up, terrible value. I won't be back.

23/01/2026: Let me start by saying that before ordering, I looked at the menu (still the same one here on Google): I ordered two family-size pizzas over the phone, a Margherita and a two-flavor pizza. The Margherita menu cost €14, and two flavors cost €16, so that's €30, if that's the case. But we ended up paying €32. Mysteries of faith. Since I didn't pick up the pizzas myself, I couldn't do anything, at least clarify why. Let's leave it out... but the pizzas were inedible! I asked to cut them into slices, and they were cut, but it made no sense! We couldn't get a whole slice from the box because it was completely stuck together and the flavors were stuck together (the two-flavor pizza). The Margherita was potentially good, but even that one was completely stuck to the box and fell apart when you lifted it! It was more like two piles than two pizzas. Never again!

14/01/2026: There are several combinations of dishes on the menu at a good price. As for the pizza, I'm less satisfied. A piece of advice: start selling beer too, because pizza and beer are a perfect pairing.
