I called to see if they could get what I paid for, and in an angry, arrogant tone, they told me they had nothing to do with it and to sort it out for myself.

26/11/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at Pizzeria La Fazenda wasn't a positive one. The place, at first glance, appears welcoming and well-decorated, but the welcome wasn't the best: the lady who greeted us wasn't particularly friendly. We ordered two specialty pizzas, one of which was gluten-free. The wait was short, but the pizzas were a disappointment. In my case, the gluten-free dough arrived practically raw and, for me, completely inedible. We reported the problem and the pizza was remade, but the second version was even worse than the first. The situation didn't improve when it came to the bill: we reported the problem to the pizza chef, but instead of listening to the criticism, we received an unprofessional response. My friend was even told that she was "used to frozen pizzas," a comment we found inappropriate and completely unjustified. In the end, we paid the full amount—€19 each for a pizza that, in my case, was undercooked, and a simple bottle of water. Considering that at 7:30 PM the place was completely empty, I now understand why. Based on my personal experience, I wouldn't recommend this place.

20/12/2025: The restaurant was empty, we went to the bathroom and as we passed the kitchen door was open: a mess, dirt in every corner and on the floor, you could see it had been dirty for days.

06/12/2025: Degrading restaurant, spaghetti that tasted like it came from the freezer and had just been reheated. I ordered spaghetti with seafood and was given mussels that I thought were barely cooked, and two were still closed. I had to dissect the shrimp myself and they were poorly cooked. The risotto tasted like regular rice without any flavor, and the spaghetti with tomato sauce, I think, had the sauce forgotten. Then I went to the toilet with no lock, and there was no water coming out of the tap. There was no one there, and I heard from someone who lived there that no one ever comes there, and that's their reputation. They also put a lot of extra food on the table that you have to pay for afterward. The worst restaurant I've eaten at in a long time, doesn't even deserve a star.

08/02/2026: Nothing to complain about the pizza, it was really excellent, but the heating was off, and although we were told at the cashier that the problem was temporary, from the reviews I've read, it's been going on for a while. You can't let people eat in the cold!

31/01/2026: Embarrassing experience. We called at 7:00 PM to order 1 (just one) slice of pizza for takeout. They confirmed it would be ready at 7:30 PM. It was delivered at 8:15 PM. 1 slice. 1 single slice. The level of management of a customer who waited 45 minutes at the counter for a pre-ordered pizza was ABSENT. Staff in contact with food without any hair protection or similar. Questionable food safety procedures. Catering is a serious business and should be left to those who know how to do it. Kind regards

26/11/2025: The baked goods are decent, but the staff leaves much to be desired. Today, the blonde woman serving me seemed visibly annoyed and even commented that she hadn't eaten yet. In Pero, there are equally good bakeries with much more polite and friendly staff.

19/11/2025: This bakery has a fabulous round sourdough focaccia that costs €5, with a little table to eat it at, top.

18/10/2025: Despite all the calls, these people aren't answering. Edit: We reordered, they didn't understand anything about the order, and it took over 2 hours to prepare it. For a pizza like this, this wait time is excessive, and it doesn't even deserve a star (terrible service, especially the person taking the orders doesn't understand anything).

24/06/2025: Personally I didn't like the pizza at all, it seemed sour to me. Anyway I didn't like it.

22/09/2025: The kebab is average, nothing special. The price is really low, but considering the quality, it's more than fair. The service is fast.

24/05/2025: I took a Too Good To Go box, but they don't apply the app's policy. I was served like a normal customer, which makes no sense. In the end, the kebab was average.

17/01/2026: We've always had pizza from them and it's always been good. In recent weeks, the addition of chips has been really minimal (it used to be plentiful) and the mozzarella seems low quality (it used to be better). I don't know what's changed.

22/11/2025: We ordered pizza at 8:00 PM, and it arrived 50 minutes late. The delivery man, upon his arrival, insisted we pick it up at the beginning of the street near our building (a long walk from our house). After we asked him to at least reach the intercom, we received insults and swear words from him. Horrible.

21/12/2025: Absolutely not recommended!!! They don't deliver on time and make every excuse imaginable. Not a very serious restaurant.

17/07/2025: We've ordered 4 times, giving several options for both pizza and kebab, but each time it's been a disappointment, and after the last order, never again... We order 2 kebab menus for home delivery with a time of as soon as possible. They accept the order with a time of an hour, which is fine, but then, after already being 10 minutes late, we call and are told it's leaving. It arrives half an hour late, the sandwich and chips are cold and raw, we had to throw it away along with the money!
