12/10/2025: Unfortunately, my experience with the pizzeria was very negative. I called and the person who answered spoke rudely and disrespectfully. Even before the quality of the food, it's the way you treat your customers that makes the difference. I strongly recommend reviewing your customer service approach if you want to maintain a good reputation.

08/05/2026: Tourist trap, overpriced, horrible service, clumsy and ignorant employees. Got a “Caeser salad” - 7 pieces of 10g reheated frozen chicken pieces, 5 croutons and a sad olive on top of a whole head of iceberg salad, topped with the cheapest garlic dressing money can buy. 15 euro. We were spoken down to in Italian upon asking the smallest requests, and no one even asked how our food tasted when we all ate barely anything. Do NOT go here.

10/05/2026: OBSCENE. Because I can't give a zero, otherwise I would have. Let's start with the assumption that I never write negative reviews, but this place was really rude and I can't overlook it. We went for dinner and I politely asked for mushroom pasta without butter and garlic because I'm intolerant. They refused, saying, "It tastes like nothing and we don't make it." I agreed to let them make me any pasta with vegetables, without garlic or milk. They presented me with tomato pasta, without salt, with diced green beans and a clove of garlic on top as a garnish. My companion politely asked for an explanation, inviting the waiter to try it, and we weren't treated badly, more like insulted, with the final conclusion, "You vegan, don't eat here again." Rude is an understatement; rude, boorish, and, to top it all, convinced he was right; I'm very happy never to set foot there again. P.S. Finding out what vegans eat isn't difficult—just suggesting a vegetable focaccia or a simple pasta dish—but perhaps that's beyond their capabilities.

25/01/2026: Hello everyone, and sincere congratulations!!! Good pizza, but above all, and not for everyone: cleanliness (pizza delivered hot, well-cooked, and above all, not burned, and not SPILLED with blackened flour underneath). In short, pizza that when I eat it, I can taste both the mozzarella dough and the other ingredients, unlike other pizzerias where the pizza has a burnt aftertaste and the oven isn't clean. Well done and congratulations. I'm just asking if you can add gluten-free and lactose-free pizzas for celiacs.... Thank you and have a good evening.

29/10/2025: Very good! I often go there for dinner, unfortunately they almost only offer takeout, but they have a lot of choice and they also make pinsa.

26/10/2025: We stayed at a nearby hotel and were still hungry in the evening. We stumbled upon it more by chance; they mostly offer delivery or pickup pizzas, but there are also a few tables for sit-down dining. The pizzas were phenomenally delicious and reasonably priced. Since the owners barely speak English, it made the experience wonderfully authentic. If we ever come back to the area, we'll definitely be back.

11/10/2025: Absurd, unfortunately I have to give a very bad review for the management. Out of 10 times I've ordered pizza from them, 9 have arrived late, and even with the wrong pizzas. Half-hour delays, even though I called to order at 6:10 PM as soon as they opened. Tonight I asked for the order to be delivered at 8:30 PM because I had an appointment, and they arrived to deliver it at 8:50 PM. I called at 8:40 PM to ask if they'd already brought out the pizzas, and they told me to be patient. I've also worked in the restaurant industry, and the advice I can give them is to always be clear with the customer. I definitely won't order from them again.

10/01/2026: I placed an order that contained two pizzas and two desserts... first of all, it arrived LATE AND COLD... secondly, one of the two desserts DIDN'T ARRIVE. I called back saying that a dessert was missing. Do you want to know the answer? WE CAN'T BRING IT TO YOU 😡😡😡 I SPENT SOME MONEY AND THE PROBLEM IS ONE LESS CUSTOMER anyway.

23/01/2026: Let me start by saying that before ordering, I looked at the menu (still the same one here on Google): I ordered two family-size pizzas over the phone, a Margherita and a two-flavor pizza. The Margherita menu cost €14, and two flavors cost €16, so that's €30, if that's the case. But we ended up paying €32. Mysteries of faith. Since I didn't pick up the pizzas myself, I couldn't do anything, at least clarify why. Let's leave it out... but the pizzas were inedible! I asked to cut them into slices, and they were cut, but it made no sense! We couldn't get a whole slice from the box because it was completely stuck together and the flavors were stuck together (the two-flavor pizza). The Margherita was potentially good, but even that one was completely stuck to the box and fell apart when you lifted it! It was more like two piles than two pizzas. Never again!

29/06/2026: A small restaurant overlooking the Ticino River and offering a stroll along the shore; very nice, though not fancy. The pizza is classic Neapolitan with a high crust. I personally don't particularly like it, but that's just a personal preference. The taste was good, and I'd eat there again. 🙌🏻 The staff was very kind (and patient!)! I'd say it's a recommended place for casual dining; I'd go back (maybe with some mosquito repellent). 👀
