30/03/2025: Good trattoria located on a small square adjacent to the sea. The menu doesn't have much choice but personally I wouldn't add anything else, what there is is enough. The first courses and anchovies are served at the table in a pan, and in addition to the scenography they keep warm for longer. We liked everything we ate, the gazaro linguine in particular. Quick and friendly service, we are in the low season and it is easier, we will see later why we will return

06/04/2025: This is a restaurant of excellence. All the fish is very fresh and has intense flavours. The ingredients are carefully chosen and of the highest quality. The portions are generous. The waiters are very kind. The service is quick. The rooms are spacious, the tables spaced apart, the chairs comfortable. Only, it's not for those with a normal salary. A two-course lunch for two people costs the same as a night in a good 3-star hotel.

Organic meat It happens that things are missing from the menu because, by sourcing from small local companies that do not produce in industrial quantities, they quickly run out. They are very competent Even the wine list...many are very local and particular, then, to please everyone, there is no shortage of "foreign" ones. The same goes for beers. Yesterday I tasted an excellent Happy Strong Ale from the Busalla Brewery, so tasty that it seemed like an almond had been added to it! The desserts are homemade And the informal but classy environment. I really like it and a strong motivation to come back again and again is listening to the explanations of the very kind and knowledgeable owner who provides precious and detailed information on everything served! Thanks to him I discovered that IPA beer has the peculiarity of a high hop content which was used, thanks to its natural preservative properties, by the English for long ship journeys to satisfy the demand in India during Colonialism. The meat is very good, I prefer pure meat without contamination from various sauces. Even the vegetables are special! You can also choose to opt for an aperitif with tastings of cured meats, Ligurian cakes, etc.

23/03/2025: We had dinner last night. Despite an initial misunderstanding (for which they told me they didn't have gluten-free pasta even though I called them for lunch to ask for confirmation) we ate well. Jamon platter and focaccia/rye bread really excellent. Then gluten-free pasta with clams for me - I would say good even if not excellent - and sliced ​​picanha for my boyfriend, tasty but not very tender. He liked it anyway. The service could perhaps be improved, the two waiters seem a bit on edge.. I don't know if my request for gluten-free pasta sent them into a panic. Anyway good. Very nice location.

14/02/2025: Belle décoration minimaliste. En revanche,le serveur nous a dit qu’il était impossible d’avoir une carafe d’eau et nous a obligées à prendre une bouteille d’eau à 4€! Il a également fallu payer 6€ pour les couverts! Serveurs qui n’arrivent pas à gérer leur service. Fritto Misto bon. Spritz avec très très peu de Prosecco ! Bref un beau resto mais tout le reste laisse à désirer!
