01/06/2026: 🕵️‍♀️ Although it's been a while since our vacation ended, my wife and I still can't stop counting the places we visited and can't get out of our minds: that amazing place, La Goletta. During our trip to Italy, we traveled to so many places and ate at so many restaurants, but we truly didn't come across another place that prepared seafood and pasta so perfectly. Even amidst Italy's vast gastronomic richness, this place stands at a completely different level for us. 📍 The location of the restaurant is as impressive and peaceful as the flavors it offers. From the moment you step inside, the warm, local atmosphere that surrounds you makes your dining experience even more special and relaxing. Thanks to both the beauty of the surroundings and the refined spirit of the restaurant itself, my wife and I had an unforgettable dinner together. 🤵‍♂️ From the moment we entered until the second we left the table, the staff's attention and professionalism were simply wonderful. The waiters were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful with the menu. Their meticulous guidance ensured that every dish exceeded our expectations. 🍝 As for the food, my wife and I ordered a delicious pasta dish to share. The appetizers that preceded it, and especially the seafood, were incredibly fresh and flavorful. The homemade wine that accompanied all these exquisite dishes left a very elegant and smooth taste on the palate. And of course, we finished with a magnificent tiramisu, every bite of which was absolutely perfect. 💸 Considering the price-performance ratio, the bill was extremely reasonable for such a high-end seafood experience and impeccable service. Anyone who wants to experience a true and unforgettable culinary feast in Italy, in a very warm atmosphere, should definitely head here. This was by far our biggest favorite during our Italian vacation. We will definitely return just for La Goletta. It was a very special and beautiful place for us.

02/05/2026: I ordered delivery by calling the restaurant and after just half an hour the pizzas arrived super hot! The pizzas were well cooked (not raw like most) and I highly recommend it.

06/04/2026: Very light pizza by the slice, the only negative thing, I took a diavolina and there were 2 half slices of spicy salami, gorgonzola not included, these things make me angry because there is little attention in the preparation of the pizzas, having had a pizzeria for 25 years, in these things I look at the price of €11, when I have to eat a "margherita" I would have taken it directly and paid €7.

20/03/2026: I have been to this Pizzeria where I had already been several times, unfortunately the food and service have gotten much worse, the Pizza uses an ultra industrial cheese (I took Margherita) and consequently rubbery, you can't even cut it with a knife, the pizza is overcooked because the oven burns it, good dough - I didn't finish it, I love pizza... Too bad

05/05/2026: A small restaurant on the Varazze seafront. Good, plentiful cuisine with rich, tasty dishes. Fresh, well-cooked fish. Fast, friendly service and a family atmosphere. Good value for money.

03/05/2026: Booked here on Friday, May 1st, for two...dined out. The trofie with Genoese pesto were good, but the fritto misto was poor, small and flavorless. Poor service.

09/06/2026: Excellent pizza! We went during the June 2nd long weekend, so it was a pretty chaotic evening, with lots of orders and not enough staff to handle it. Despite this, we took advantage of the previously reserved seating.

06/06/2026: A small but welcoming place where the quality of the food is excellent and the atmosphere created by the staff makes you feel at home.....the prices are excellent for a quality raw material...highly recommended also for those looking for gluten-free or wholemeal doughs

18/05/2026: I went to this restaurant on Saturday evening, expecting a good seafood dinner, considering it's very close to the sea and, especially, considering the high prices. At least I expected excellent quality. In this review, I won't talk so much about the atmosphere or the staff, who are very polite and friendly. I'd like to focus first on the prices. I was shocked to find such high prices and such small portions, especially for the fish main courses, where you can spend up to €30 for a grilled fish. Adding a side dish costs even more, and you end up with a slice of swordfish, four frozen shrimp, and a small piece of sea bass and cuttlefish. I've tried many restaurants and I know full well that grilled fish is expensive, especially if the fish is fresh, but I've never seen a restaurant that spends so much for just two things. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo of the dish, but I assure you that my expectations were more than disappointed, and I left the restaurant even hungrier. My boyfriend had fried fish. And you can imagine that too, not to mention the €20 appetizer for two, which tasted like the little samples they offer at fair stands. But oh well, the portions and exorbitant prices aren't the real problem with this place: spending so much, especially on fish main courses, I expect at least the freshness and quality of the product; instead, there wasn't even that. The fish served was clearly frozen as it had no flavor whatsoever, and we all know that fish, when it's fresh and "catch of the day" (as they call it), has a very strong and decisive flavor. But the worst thing is that, having shared the same dishes, we both felt sick, both that evening and the following two days. I'm sorry because, after all, the place is also nice and the staff very kind. You have to be careful because you don't mess around with fish and people really risk getting sick or getting food poisoning.

17/05/2026: Unfortunately, it's an experience we won't repeat. The place is nice, if a bit out of the way, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. So far, so good. The downside, unfortunately, is the food, which leaves much to be desired. Since we were two, we asked what the local appetizer for two people consisted of, costing €18—an acceptable price. Unfortunately, the contents of the dish weren't even up to par, considering we had four tiny samples of four appetizers from the menu, which left us a bit surprised. We ordered a mixed fried fish and a seafood grill with the catch of the day: Unfortunately, the fried fish was dry and poorly cooked, even finding some pieces that were almost raw. The €27 grill left a lot to be desired, assuming it would at least be a rich dish with the fish listed by the waiter, but in reality, it was just a mix of shrimp, sea bream, and cuttlefish—all of which, unfortunately, were of poor quality, I'd venture to say they weren't fresh.

27/04/2026: It was a truly pleasant surprise. A welcoming place with both indoor and outdoor dining options. The staff is friendly and helpful. We chose two different fish menus, and both were delicious. The quality/price ratio was good. The menu is truly varied, including many pizza options. In my opinion, it's worth a visit.

07/06/2026: I went there two nights in a row because I had a great time. A trattoria and pizzeria outside the center of Celle Ligure, run by kind and professional young women. Excellent and plentiful dishes at great prices despite being by the sea. The only downside is that there's no parking.

22/05/2026: The prix fixe dinner with two or three courses was excellent. The dishes were well-crafted, but some combinations weren't entirely successful. The octopus puttanesca, on the other hand, was fantastic. The homemade dessert was excellent. The atmosphere was informal. I would definitely return to try the pizza, too.

14/03/2026: A friendly, family-run neighborhood restaurant with a very warm welcome. The staff is smiling and attentive. Excellent pizzas and pasta, with other options available. Very reasonable prices. Charming, old-fashioned decor. Thank you to the staff. (Couple's dinner).

17/01/2026: The pizza is very high quality, made with traditional bread, and is light, which, unlike other experiences, I had no trouble finishing. Worth a try.

20/04/2026: Two of us without a reservation were seated without any problems. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. The food was excellent. The mussels with pepper, tagliolini with clams, and tuna tataki were out of this world, the best I've ever had. Not to mention the desserts, tiramisu and sorbet, were fantastic. The sea view was obscured by umbrellas, but beautiful nonetheless. Excellent value. Highly recommended.
