16/02/2026: Up until 5 years ago, you were my #1 pizzeria. The best was there, so much so that we'd come 3 or 4 times a month... we were always there in the summer. One damned day, we found the pizza soaked in low-quality cheese... and as a result, WE DIDN'T COME AGAIN. Then, some friends had booked at ERCOLE, so we went back with the idea of ​​a rematch... the rest was good, but the pizza, forget it, was out of place. We tried to explain to friends near the beach that we weren't thrilled about eating at this pizzeria... the next day, there were a lot of negative reviews on the beach. We were invited by friends while we were passing by the place on our way to the seafront... no, no thanks, then we sat down to eat Fugasin with Nutella, to be noted, the quality was excellent. Don't knead any more flour for the pizza, you'll lose customers.

09/01/2026: Excellent pizza, well-cooked, with simple but very tasty ingredients. The atmosphere is casual (no table service), but the staff is friendly and attentive. Reasonably priced, I highly recommend it.

The dishes are excellent and beautifully presented; sometimes the daily menu also features a delicious bagna cauda, ​​truly unmissable. I found the tagliolini with white truffle excellent, offered at a fair price for the quality of the ingredients. Special mention also goes to the Fassona fillet, tender and flavorful, one of the best I've tasted. The idea of ​​having the wine list "on display" directly in the dining room, with all the bottles in plain sight, is very unique: a curious and fun solution that allows you to easily explore the available labels. I would also happily add a printed list to complete the experience. And if you were born in the '70s, you'll also find the background music irresistible, perfect for creating a pleasant and familiar atmosphere. In any case, a quality restaurant where I will gladly return. Recommended.

23/03/2026: A historic restaurant in Sori that I began frequenting in the early 1990s, when it was still located in its old location, which was rendered unusable by a flood. At the time, the main business was takeout, but it was also possible to dine in the small dining room. The owners' decision to move the business to a new location gave rise to what it is today: a trattoria where, in a welcoming and informal atmosphere, you can enjoy traditional Genoese dishes, as well as a remarkable variety of farinata, pizzas, vegetable pies, and homemade desserts. All this is accompanied by a truly excellent wine list. Of course, there's also a selection of beers, including their own. Whenever I'm passing through the area, it's always a pleasure to dine at this trattoria.

23/02/2026: We went on the recommendation of friends. You need to book, especially on weekends, even in winter, because it's always busy. They have two sittings, but the wait is definitely worth it. The menu is rich in meat and fish. The dishes are generous and excellent, and the presentation is also very thoughtful. Everything was delicious! We ordered several different dishes and I was amazed at how good and plentiful they were. Many pasta dishes with fresh homemade pasta, very fresh fish, even just the bread served at the table is special, mixed with unique focaccias. They also have pizza by the slice, served by the meter in a very original way, with trays raised in front of the diners. Don't expect to have a quiet or romantic dinner or lunch on weekends, because it's crowded, but it's an excellent place for friends and family. The desserts are also unique, the homemade tiramisu served in a real coffee maker. I will be returning very soon and very often, also because, in addition to the affordable prices for the quality of the food, you practically eat with a spectacular sea view.

I enjoyed them so much that I actually ate two, and none of them felt heavy at all. The quality of the ingredients and the way they prepare the dough really make a difference. The staff is very polite, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in, and the service is fast, attentive, and warm. Because of this great experience, I’ve decided that during my entire stay this month, I’ll definitely be a regular customer. Blanche Pizzeria has earned all five stars — highly recommended!

04/08/2025: Ristorazione di buon livello Siamo stati una sera nel mese di Luglio dopo aver prenotato con sufficente anticipo. Una cucina raffinata nella tradizione ligure , un antipasto di pesce ,polpo con una ottima guarnitura di fresche verdure di stagione I primi molto ricchi di pesce , paccheri e spaghetti alle vongole molto ben mantecati. Vino della casa ...non male. Unico neo , devo dire il troppo rumore in sala affollata di gente, purtroppo i posti all'aperto sono pochi e non per grandi gruppi. Complimenti per il servizio accurato premuroso e molto professionale. Prezzo non proprio economici. ma sostanzialmente in linea con quanto proposto.

The place is a mix of modernity and historic Genoese buildings, full of truly unique frescoes on the walls and ceilings. The staff is very friendly and approachable, as is the owner, who is also a skilled pizza chef! Two pizzas, a Coke, and a carafe of water, €25. Easy to get to and centrally located in Genoa-Voltri. I highly recommend it, and I recommend booking; we'll be back.

Both the Peruvian menu and the pizzas, made with a light and easily digestible dough, were delicious. Their artisanal tiramisu was also excellent. Recommended!
