25/07/2024: Prima volta ed è stata un ottima scelta! Vera pizzeria napoletana, ottimi i fritti ed ottima la pizza, ma i prezzi credo siano il punto di forza rispetto alla media generale ed alla qualità!!!
Certo locale piccolino in un buco dietro il duomo, e nulla di particolare forse anche un pochino “freddo”…. Hanno tavolini all’esterno. Però torneremo

03/09/2024: The best pizza by the slice and with the widest variety of flavors is only here. I've been coming here for years and now that I live far away, when I go back to visit relatives, a fixed stop is at Pizza Idea 1 in Cocciano.
16/08/2024: For years a guarantee in Cocciano and beyond, it is also known from the outside!
Always a great choice, here too the prices have unfortunately increased a bit in recent years, but the quality is great.
The girls at the counter were also very courteous!

06/08/2024: Per capire il senso della recensione, vedere la mia altra intitolata "Serata nata male...(parte I)..."
Fortunatamente ed obbligati al primo scempio di cui sopra, ripariamo in questo vicino locale dove abbiamo trovato tutto quello che sono le basi della gestione di un cliente che neanche ha prenotato (ovviamente laddove esista posto libero)
Accoglienza, disponibilità nell'offrire varie opzioni (gradito tavolo interno o esterno?), come prima cosa immediato ordine e consegna delle bevande (soprattutto d'estate), ordine principale delle pietanze dall'antipasto fino all'ultimo ordine del dolce con step by step, coinvolgimento di vari camerieri che fanno capire quanto il locale sia pronto a gestire tutti i coperti del medesimo!
Ulteriore nota positiva...in questo locale la pizza più cara costa 9€ e posso garantire che a Roma e dintorni è qualsi impossibile vivere questa esperienza!
Pizze molto buone così come i dolci, servizio eccellente, rapido e cordiale!

06/07/2024: Good possibility to choose between pizza, grilled meat, fresh pasta. We ate a plentiful and really good starter and the pizza was very low and very tasty. We liked the family environment, I highly recommend it.

12/08/2024: I love this place, simply welcoming and the two owners, mother and daughter, manage the service and cuisine with professionalism. The pizza is really good and always perfectly digestible.
Appetizing dishes emerge from the kitchen.

10/08/2024: They welcomed us kindly even without a reservation, a gentleman with a smile who cared about every detail. Then the owner arrived, not even half a smile... good appetizer, first courses to be reviewed... salty pasta, too much oil... too bad because the place has a beautiful view, but the cuisine and certain details need to be reviewed.
08/08/2024: Delicious margherita pizza, excellent supplì. Very kind staff, panoramic view, wonderful air. We will definitely return.

05/05/2024: Pizzeria that makes very tasty and delicious pizzas!! Together with my family, we sat down despite the place being small and ate some classic margherita pizza, delicious gracia potatoes!! This last one is very good!! To conclude I had a pulled pork supplì!! VERY GOOD!! 😋😋😋😋😋

Whether you take it by the slice or to take away, Setaccio's pizza is a guarantee: amazing dough and toppings which, in addition to being generous and of high quality, are well thought out in terms of pairing and balance. Yesterday I tried the Too Good to Go box for the first time (among other things, thanks again girls, you were wonderful) and the pizza was superb both last night and today! The fried foods are "illegal" to say the least, all excellent, but they didn't work out with the pulled pork meatballs ;)!
And then last but not least, the staff: kind, professional, helpful, smiling and always welcoming!

Well the change of management has done nothing but good. Excellent quality dough, the super abundant ingredients make the pizza wonderful to look at too. Excellent quality throughout. Truly a beautiful rediscovery. Keep it up

19/08/2024: Very negative experience on all fronts from food to service to drinks room temperature I ordered a pizza they brought me another one at the end at first they told me they would make it again after a while the waiter came and told me that they had run out of dough. At the end of dinner, when it was time to pay, I saw that they were still making other pizzas...
16/08/2024: Poor food, platter with cold cuts from vacuum-packed supermarkets at a very high price, overcooked spaghetti carbonara, tonnarelli with pesto and courgette flowers are made with pureed courgette and that's it without flavor or other ingredients. Arrogant owner, awkward waiters. I put one star because there is no zero. Never again

07/07/2024: Non so cosa sia accaduto! Frequentiamo sporadicamente da anni questo ristorante. È stato bella vedere l’evoluzione e la crescita del personale e del ristorante, la location è un’oasi nel deserto e lo staff molto cordiale. Ma il cibo…un DISASTRO! Qualità pessima! Siamo stati male tutta la notte. A malincuore, ma non torneremo più!
05/07/2024: Abituati alla vecchissima gestione siamo rimasti molto delusi dal servizio e dalla bassa qualità dei prodotti. Abbiamo aspettato due ore per una grigliata di pesce surgelato…con spiegazioni scadenti da parte del cameriere….nulla a che vedere con il nome Zi Rocco che ha fatto la storia del ristorante…ci dispiace molto ma lo sconsigliamo fortemente
