12/10/2025: It's possible. Even though it's Sunday lunchtime... the codfish "alla contadina" was excellent... and a stroke of luck... I found porcini mushrooms and chanterelles... I recommend the porcini salad if you like their aroma... always remember to ask if they're sautéed or whole for the roasted ones... you'll have to decide... otherwise, everything else was fine... The owners were super kind, and their staff even more so... I forgot about the view of Rome... perfect.

27/08/2025: I dined at this restaurant a few nights ago to try the Pinsa. The Hard-boiled Pinsa and the Capricciosa were terrible. All the ingredients were of the lowest quality, and overall, both Pinsas were disgusting! The ham was off-color, the salami slice was fatty and too thin, the tomato tasted like nothing, as did the artichoke, egg, and pancetta. Furthermore, they write on the menu that the water is microfiltered, but instead they served us slightly chilled water that tasted like tap water. Truly a terrible experience; I wonder how they can keep up with such disgusting food. I understand a tourist from the other side of the world who might not realize what they're eating (either because they're tired or hungry after a long day), but I hope a Roman will immediately realize that this is a place to avoid! Instead, I recommend the Pinsa at Gran Caffè Roma, which I tried a couple of weeks ago. The new management makes an exceptional Pinsa Amatriciana with quality ingredients and delicious tomatoes. Not like these makeshift ones. Photos and receipt attached.

13/09/2025: We wanted to order pizzas for delivery. We tried to order through Glovo, but the pizza I'd chosen wasn't available on the menu, so I called the restaurant to place my order. They told me I could only order through the app and to select another pizza on the menu for the same price and leave a note. I ordered, paid, and called them to confirm the note and make sure the exact pizza arrived. They told me to stay calm and asked me to remind them via WhatsApp, which I did with the delivery details (but I didn't get a response). The pizzas arrived at my house, and of course they sent me the original pizza and not the one I requested. I understand, it can happen. I called the restaurant again and asked if they could resend the pizza somehow. They said they'd get back to me shortly. 15 minutes passed and I didn't receive any calls. I called again and they told me to WhatsApp the address again. No response, and another 15 minutes passed. I called again and they didn't respond. More time passes, and a WhatsApp message arrives telling me the pizza would never arrive. Obviously, I don't get a refund and they tell me I need to talk to Glovo (who can't find a solution because the app selection was correct, not to mention all the time I had to waste with customer service). Meanwhile, an hour has passed and the child who was supposed to eat the pizza wasn't able to eat. I had to find another pizzeria on a Saturday night at 9:30 PM that would bring me a single pizza, pay for another pizza, and have another delivery. Not to mention that the rest of us got cold while waiting and hoping to all eat together. A terrible experience with zero customer service. I understand that mistakes can happen, and that's not the problem; it's just that this kind of treatment is unacceptable; they didn't even try to find a minimal solution for us. We were very disappointed and will definitely never order again.

19/09/2025: More than an idea, it was a mistake 🤢 We happened upon Cocciano by chance. We ordered a few slices of pizza. Shortly afterward, we noticed a strange, bitter, rotten taste in our mouths. Poor-quality ingredients sold at high prices as if they were good quality (but literally, poor quality). Immediate closure!

24/06/2025: Da moltissimi anni i tranci di pizza li porto a casa mia o di amici, anche lontano da Frascati, l'accoglienza e il gradimento sono sempre al top. I gusti sono numerosi e tutti con prodotti di alto livello e costantemente buoni, mai registrato un calo nell'impasto, nella cottura o nella guarnizione che è sempre abbondante e di qualità. Talvolta ho prenotato un ritiro per telefono e il confezionamento è stato effettuato in mia presenza, aggiungendo magari qualche altro trancio con gusti nuovi visto sul banco. La pizza bianca, poi, è buonissima e nel surgelatore ne ho sempre una scorta. I gusti che meglio rendono evidente la qualità, preferiti da me e dai miei amici, sono con la cicoria, la porchetta, la verdura grigliata, quasi inesistenti in altre pizzerie. Il bello è che, come al bar dove vai tutte le mattine, il Personale conosce già le mie preferenze. Anche i fritti sono molto buoni e preparati sul momento. L'organizzazione conta molto in un locale con così ampia scelta, l'attesa non è mai lunga, la cortesia è un altro punto a favore di Pizza Idea di Cocciano - Frascati.

19/09/2025: A delightful place away from the hustle and bustle, yet just steps from the center. Both the dishes and the pizzas are exquisite, not to mention the desserts. Give it a try, it's worth it!

18/09/2025: We had dinner with the family while passing through Frascati. A wonderful surprise! Excellent pizzas and dishes, in a lovely homey atmosphere.

05/10/2025: 🤩 From "Last Minute" Pizzas to a Royal Dinner: Cinderella's Gourmet Revolution! Get ready because "Cenerentola" is no longer just our Saturday night salvation for takeout pizza. Last night, surprisingly, we stopped for dinner and discovered a restaurant completely transformed, in form and substance! 🤯 The decor is fresh, the service is young, attentive, and courteous, but the real magic came with the new menu. Forget the usual: here we dare! ✨ The Gourmet Turnaround (The Amazing Appetizers) The appetizer was a crazy journey, full of creativity: 🍣 The surprising Meat Sushi. 🍞 The delicious Basil Pan Brioche with confit cherry tomatoes and beetroot sauce. 🧀 A selection of cheeses that included a homemade Gorgonzola (yes, you read that right!). 🌶️ The super creative eggplant meatballs with nduja mayonnaise and pecorino mousse. We were already full of happiness (but not heavy!), and yet... 🥩 The Goal-Setting Dish For our second course? A tagliata escalope with fresh porcini mushroom slices and arugula. The meat was cooked perfectly and the flavor was incredible. A dish worth the trip! You can tell this place has made a quantum leap: from the happiness in the eyes of the waiters to the gourmet pizzas paraded around the tables. Well done everyone, a heartfelt round of applause! We'll be back (and not just for takeout, I promise! 😉).
