19/04/2026: This historic pizzeria has been under new management for years, and now they make pinsa. I must say the modern setting is good, and the service is quick, but it's always sparsely crowded... being almost in the main square in Frascati, parking is difficult. Prices are moderate, as is always the case in Frascati... but not excessive. I can't really rate the food too highly; I haven't tried everything, but the location is worth it. The black-and-white theme is cinematic, elegant, and modern at the same time. The fried foods are good... if I remember them, it means they've stayed in my memory.

01/03/2026: The lard and black pepper bruschetta, stracchino cheese, and caramelized onion were delicious.
The sliced steak was tender and flavorful.
The first courses were excellent, with generous portions; the cannelloni and fettuccine with artichokes were delicious.

27/09/2025: Super pizza, good value for money, unfortunately I don't like going there, you come out with a very strong cooking smell in your hair, on your clothes, basically you have to do a total wash of yourself and everything you have on!!!

16/02/2026: I ordered a few pans of pizza for a family dinner after hearing about this pizzeria through word of mouth. Both the pizza and the fried food were delicious. The pizzeria staff were very friendly on the phone, and so was the delivery guy. Highly recommended.

12/10/2025: Never again! Yesterday, a friend of mine and I ate an appetizer, two regular pizzas, a glass of wine, and a water, for a total of €51, so €25 each. I didn't want to cause a scene in front of the tables that were still in the restaurant, but I saw that the bill indicated a special pizza menu (I instead ordered a pizza that wasn't one of the special ones (called grottino; the special ones were, for example, cacio e pepe, amatriciana, etc.) and an extra appetizer. The pizza menu said the appetizer was included, but instead they charged us for it separately. Terrible treatment; that's why I gave it one star; we were very disappointed.

03/07/2025: Abbiamo scoperto questo locale su consiglio di amici. Premesso che dopo il caldo di Roma il fatto che si riuscisse a respirare era sufficiente a dare una super valutazione, ma il ristorante merita molto di più. Innanzitutto é presente anche il menu per chi é intollerante al lattosio o per chi é celiaco, mettono delle graziose bandierine per distinguere le portate senza lattosio o per celiaci al fine di evitare che una volta a tavola si possa far confusione. Siamo stati serviti da Valentino, unico nella sua professionalità ed estremamente gentile e disponibile, ha ispirato a tutti una immediata simpatia, qualità molto rare, abbiamo preso dei deliziosi supplì della casa, consigliati sempre da Valentino e da provare assolutamente, la pizza, anche qui provate quella della casa (pizza vecchia locanda) , e poi i dolci, fatti da loro! Una creme brûlé al pistacchio con pezzettini di cioccolato fondente, mitica, idem il tiramisù, se a tutto questo si aggiunge assenza di rumori della città e prezzi onestissimi, sicuramente torneremo per provare le altre pietanze !
27/06/2025: Ho contattato il ristorante tramite Just Eat ed ho pagato due volte quanto ordinato. Ho contattato il ristorante per il rimborso ed il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile; onesto al punto da dire "non voglio sapere nemmeno cosa è successo, le renderò la cifra spesa".
Quanto ordinato era molto buono quindi oltre alla massima disponibilità ed onestà, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Assolutamente consigliato!

10/04/2026: We ate outside, which was very pleasant. The place is unpretentious, but all in all, for a last-minute lunch on Easter Monday, it was great. The staff was friendly and attentive. We'll be back to try the wood-fired pizza! I've read other terrible reviews; I don't know what they were expecting. It's definitely not a 5-star restaurant. €50 for two, including half a liter of wine, two bottles of water, an appetizer, two first courses, and two coffees. The only caveat: artichokes should be on the menu. Those coming from outside Rome have the right to try them. 😁
06/04/2026: No need to visit, we did not try pizza it can be the reason to dine there. Service in status quo mode. Begetables only deep fried . Place is nicely decorated but food was under all expectatipns

Sode di cozze acqua calda non c'era ne aglio prezzemolo e olio erano cozze a mollo.
Spaghetti alle vongole salati
Risotto alla pescatora sembra che avessero ripulito i piatti vecchi tutto ammucchiato insipido
Frittura di moscardini fritta e frullata
Forse è meglio riguardare la cucina
Veramente dire delusa e poco senza parlare del conto 😱
07/06/2025: Ho festeggiato il mio compleanno con la mia famiglia in questo ristorante. La location è carina, alcuni piatti sono buoni, ma il servizio confusionario. Ho chiesto due volte un'altra focaccia, mai arrivata. Un secondo cestino di pane l'ho dovuto chiedere tre volte. Antipasto zi rocco meritevole, anche se per i miei standard un po' esiguo nella quantità. Mi ha colpito in negativo la grigliata di pesce. Un pezzetto di pesce, uno scampo, due gamberi. Non tornerò

Vi consiglio vivamente di provare, si mangia bene, il pesce è fresco, i piatti sono particolari grazie all’ impegno e alla fantasia dello chef , il prezzo è adeguato e loro sono veramente gentili. Era da tanto che non si combinavano in maniera così perfetta tutte queste condizioni
15/08/2023: Che dire , oltre le nostre aspettative . Dire che il pesce era fresco è riduttivo tutto veramente di qualità, e sapere che è’ tutta farina del sacco di un ragazzo giovane fa gola , uno perché sai di trovare grande innovazione e due perché sai che c’è tanto studio e ciò lo si nota dai piatti. Posto intimo e super pulito . Era da tanto tempo che volevamo venire e la sorpresa è’ stata immensa perche non è’ da tutti trovare un posto che offre ottima qualità di pescato e serietà .
