04/07/2025: Quiet and informal place; when I went they showed me the "menu" verbally, there was no paper or Qrcode. The pizzas are very thin, so don't expect the classic Neapolitan high pizza. Good, it still satisfied me and was easily digestible. The dessert was also good.

13/07/2025: The atmosphere is very rustic, charming, with paper tablecloths and very simple. The food is excellent, huge and very good pizzas, but the service is slow. SLOW. VERY SLOW. TOO SLOW. An hour and a half for three pizzas and a fourth (for a table of four) after 20 minutes. Poorly organized. They could do better if they worked properly. And NO, TAKE-OUT CANNOT BE DONE DURING DINNER. They use a different oven, otherwise it's normal for everything to come to a halt.

06/07/2025: We return to eat at l'Asprese every time we pass by these parts. The welcome is familiar and the dishes are tasty and quality. Honest prices. For us a point of reference in the Rieti area!

06/07/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance for the first time months ago and I ate the tagliatelle with chestnuts and asparagus very well and the wild boar for the second course. I added the dessert because it was the zuppa inglese which is rare to find. I didn't write a review because one swallow doesn't make a summer and I promised myself I would return to see my first impressions confirmed or denied. What can I say: excellent, I ate the fettuccine alla bandiera (pachino and asparagus) simply superlative and the pork loin with plums and apples truly exceptional. For the dessert I confirmed the zuppa inglese which is how my grandmother used to make it. The scomposta with berries (or Nutella) is also really good. I will definitely return and recommend it to everyone.

23/05/2025: I get home, and there's a supplì missing from the order I made. So I go back within 3 minutes, to the pizzeria and they tell me that "I missed it". All this as a semi-regular customer. Never again.

13/07/2025: The experience was truly pleasant. The food is very good, with carefully prepared and tasty dishes. The waiter was kind and attentive throughout the evening. The atmosphere is also very nice, welcoming, and well-kept. We'll definitely be back!

17/06/2025: What can I say...I haven't eaten such good pizzas in years. Good quality products used, I indulged in many tastings and I concluded with the rice-stuffed tomatoes. Well done, you took me back in time when I came to Rieti with my parents from far away Sicily. I will return.. Today 6/17/2025 I returned after 4 years, I returned with pleasure, even if I am forced to eat gluten-free here I found magnificent stuffed tomatoes like my mother used to make them.... fantastic...well done

I make this introduction only to say and compliment the excellent helpfulness of the owner and his wife who at 3pm welcomed us to eat with kindness and courtesy and then finished with excellent truly home-made and typical mountain food, excellent company, cleanliness of everything, I would like to thank the gentleman and the lady again from the bottom of my heart who treated us as if they had welcomed a relative. Congratulations again for the homemade gnocchi which made me remember the gnocchi made by my grandfather, the genuine meat and your kindness which made me feel at home. 24/06/2025: Nice place, good pizza but poor service. It's not the first time we go there but the cook instead of standing behind the counter serving the people waiting sits comfortably in the kitchen and so we left.

04/06/2025: Eravamo appena usciti dalla ASl e non sapendo dove andare a mangiare qualche cosa ci siamo recati presso questa pizzeria che ci era stata indicata, pizza buona, ben lievitata, condita con ingredienti di qualità, con prezzi nella norma e con possibilità di mangiare anche con tavoli all'aperto. Ci torneremo
