11/05/2025: Questo ristorante è il sogno per chi ama mangiare bene le cose del territorio e la Sabina non ha bisogno di troppa pubblicità.
La coratella è sicuramente la cosa che più spicca dell'antipasto è veramente fatta bene. Gli gnocchi fatti in casa al sugo di castrato meritano veramente, molto apprezzato il vino rosso della casa,anche la location merita,questo posto è imperdibile per i buongustai!

21/04/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante dall'atmosfera molto intima e conviviale per il pranzo di Pasqua. Servizio davvero professionale con cambio delle posate ad ogni portata, ma allo stesso tempo accogliente e piacevole, tempi giusti tra le portate e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Menù alla carta con una scelta semplice ma efficace di primi e secondi, ottima carne alla brace, contorni ricercati e fritti serviti caldi e veramente buoni, e come punta di diamante dei primi davvero eccezionali (tortelloni ricotta e pere senza eguali), che secondo me sono veramente il punto forte della Chef. Che dire, sicuramente torneremo per assaggiare la pizza!

09/04/2025: Ottima esperienza. Ho mangiato una tagliata cotta alla perfezione. Serata veramente piacevole. Pasta fatta in casa. Le fettuccine all'apparenza sottili erano invece di una buona consistenza. Ottima anche la focaccia con la quale abbiamo accompagnato le verdure grigliate. Buonissimo poi i dolci. Uno squisito tiramisù!

06/04/2025: It is the second time that we have come with great pleasure to eat pizza, the dough is fabulous, light and crunchy, well seasoned and you are spoiled for choice in the flavours, the ciauscolo stracchino and truffle pizza is exceptional and I also recommend the top amatriciana pizza! They are attentive to the customer's needs, finding napkins, glasses and straws on hand. Too bad you're not in Rome otherwise I would always make a regular stop.

16/03/2025: After more than an hour we left without eating the four pizzas ordered. Highly rude, unprofessional staff and absolutely not up to the task of working/managing a restaurant. I would like to underline and repeat the lack of professionalism and extreme rudeness of the only waiter present in the room and of the one who must have been the owner of the place.
From my modest experience, highly not recommended.
