15/06/2025: I am renewing my review after not coming for a number of years. Let's start with the waitresses who kept coughing. At least they were kind and smiling. We arrived at eight with three tables occupied and the pizzas arrived at nine. What about the watermelon seed in the pizza? I ordered the pork ribs and they arrived burnt, inedible and hard as wood. I had to send them back. At least the parmigiana was good. When the ribs came back they looked like a stew reheated in the microwave. Half hot and half cold. We ate them because we were hungry at half past nine. Two supplì ordered as an appetizer at eight arrived at the end of dinner after half past nine. We had them put in a bag and took them away. If you want to lose customers this is the perfect way. Old review: We are regulars at the place which is nice and we usually eat well. Unfortunately the last time 3/6/18 with a half-empty place we waited an hour for the pizzas and we had to ask twice for the beers that arrived after 40 minutes. We did the pizza tour asking for classic pizzas and we got a pizza with zucchini and shrimp, to finish strawberries with soft cream. This time we are not satisfied.

20/07/2025: Today, we were walking along the front of the restaurant and simply asked what sights are good to see here in the Town. It turned into a great conversation and hospitality of two of the chefs. It was as if we were friends already. The place does not look so big from outside. However once inside it has two levels and the terrace views are wonderful. We learned so much history and made new friends. The vision of the owner is grand. I believe they are going in the correct direction. Excellent Staff, ambiance and food is spectacular.

26/07/2025: It was my first time there. The outdoor area was welcoming, the staff was friendly, but the overall quality wasn't enough to give a positive review of the place: I ordered three portions of bruschetta, which were very salty! I ordered a pizza, which, in my opinion, had insufficiently risen dough! Finally, I went to the cashier to pay the bill, where I was given a non-fiscal receipt, so I had to ask for a fiscal one. Then, on the receipt, I found a €2 cover charge, even though here in Lazio, regional law no. 21/2006 expressly prohibits this charge. Therefore, I won't be returning to this pizzeria.

03/07/2025: Esperienza a dir poco terrificante ci sediamo un pranzo di lavoro sul menu c’è scritto esperienza di mare 38 € cinque portate di cui bastoncini surgelati di calamaro alici surgelate fritte salmone marinato ma non lo era,praticamente insipido e sutè di cozze, sporche e pochissime, insomma per 38 euro…. Ne prendiamo fortunatamente uno. Frittura calamari e gamberi ( 2 codine) voto 5 Scegliamo una bottiglia di vino da 16 €, ce ne viene portata un’altra al tavolo da 22 € la scusa è che quella sul menu non ci fosse. Totale 74€ Ciao non mi vedi più

Everything is taken care of down to the smallest details, a sign of great professionalism. The waiters are of a rare kindness: always smiling, available and attentive to every need. A service that really makes the difference and makes you feel pampered from start to finish. Compliments to all the staff!

24/04/2025: Recently renovated, simple and clean place. Good starters and really excellent pizza. The waiter Gabriele was kind, friendly and very knowledgeable, also available for requests for intolerances. Good price. Highly recommended

The pizza with pears and brie is my favorite, an explosion of balanced and genuine flavors, you absolutely have to try it. Re Fuoco is not just a pizzeria, but a place where the love for good food and authentic flavors is celebrated. Highly recommended!

02/06/2025: Welcoming, unique environment. They reminded me of those places in theme parks. There were the classic end-of-year dinners and considering the context we ate very well. Good pizza with an excellent dough that in fact did not reappear at night with liters of water. To return on quiet evenings. Thanks

04/07/2025: Owners were wonderful, lovely people. Even allowed us to cook our own pizza, which was so much fun. Portions are huge, food is incredible, would absolutely go back!!!!
