22/05/2026: If you're in Fiuggi and crave a genuine, fragrant, and unpretentious pizza, Arte della Pizza (at Via Gorizia 27) is one of those places that makes you say, "Here I am, I'll be back." It's a small, authentic, artisanal pizzeria, where the pizza comes out hot from the oven and is cut and weighed right in front of you. The quality of the dough is excellent: light, well-leavened, and easy to digest, with a soft crust and just the right amount of crispy crust. The variety is wide and changes frequently, from the classics (Margherita, Marinara, Diavola) to the more creative seasonal ones. My favorites? The one with fresh cherry tomatoes and basil and the white one with zucchini and sausage. But it's not just pizza. The great thing is that here you can also find first courses, second courses, and side dishes that vary daily, all homemade and made with fresh ingredients. Supplì and croquettes are among the best in the area: golden on the outside and creamy on the inside. The baked vegetables are authentic, flavorful, and never greasy. The atmosphere is simple yet welcoming. The most pleasant part is the small terrace/courtyard on the ground floor with outdoor tables: perfect for a leisurely sit-down meal, especially on nice days or spring/summer evenings. Ideal for both a quick lunch and a more relaxed dinner. The staff is friendly, cheerful, and fast, even on weekends when there's a bit of a line (normal for a good place). The prices are fair and affordable, especially considering the quality and the option to mix and match flavors by weight. In short: a little gem in Fiuggi. Authentic, delicious, and no-frills. If you're passing through, don't miss it.

11/04/2026: I couldn't speak English, but I ordered using a translator. The staff were friendly, and the pizza slices were delicious. Compared to Korea, Italian food is generally saltier, but the pizza here suits Korean tastes well. I tried three different kinds; only the one with bacon was a bit greasy, but even that was tasty. I couldn't write down the menu items because I didn't know the names of the pizzas, but if you point with your finger and say "I'll have this one," they will cut it for you. You can adjust the length using body language. Since the prices are affordable, I think I'll come here for lunch at least two or three times a week.

09/06/2026: Much improved in recent years... After a 7-year absence, I found it pleasantly renovated and, above all, improved. Same management. Good.

23/05/2026: I regret giving the service a 3-star rating, as the food and location are truly excellent. Unfortunately, despite my previous review (the gum waitress), there have been further instances of unprofessionalism. Namely, the gum-chewing waitress blowing her nose and picking her teeth between the tables during service. For this reason, I would urge the manager to take some action, as this is causing the restaurant to receive reviews that shouldn't be so high, given the excellent culinary experience.

28/03/2026: I'd like to comment on several things. Regarding the food, the menu is very good. The pizzas are really good and very tasty, and the chef is exceptional. Gerardo's handmade desserts are truly excellent. The menu isn't very extensive but offers a reasonable variety at prices quite affordable by Italian standards. The pizzas are truly tasty. Regarding the service, it's good and fast. The waiters—you couldn't ask for a more dynamic, attentive, and fun team. They're always willing to recommend the different dishes on offer. The atmosphere, obviously, isn't ideal if you're looking for an elegant and refined place, but it's perfect for enjoying a quiet restaurant with family or friends. The facilities are good, clean, and well-equipped, with a soccer field where the little ones can have fun. With ample parking, it's a splendid, relaxing place to enjoy the most authentic Italian cuisine. If you have the opportunity to go during the summer or Christmas, you'll find a waitress who can serve you in English and Spanish with excellent fluency and unbeatable service. Highly recommended.

24/05/2026: Discovered this restaurant on our last night in Isola del Liri. It's a shame, because it deserved a few more visits. Excellent quality dishes and ingredients, and pizza too, for those who prefer that. Fresh fish, excellently cooked. Friendly staff, and fair prices.

The location is beautiful, with a large, well-kept and welcoming garden, but the interior is also pleasant, with beautifully set tables and attentive, friendly service. The appetizers and meat-based first courses are excellent. We haven't tried the fish or pizza, but we'll definitely be back very soon...

24/04/2026: The pizza from the great Nando is always excellent! A family-run business that has been "Strangolagalli's pizzeria/trattoria" for years! Pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven, a lovely crackling fireplace, and a grill ready for a variety of delicious grilled dishes. Many traditional dishes: first courses, second courses, and side dishes in a family-friendly atmosphere in the center of the small town. The place is perfect for an evening with friends, and pizza is also available for takeout. The place is small, so reservations are recommended on weekends.

08/04/2026: Luca, the host, prepared a truly delicious dinner using local Deco products (with a municipal designation of origin), including gluten-free options. The asparagus tart was excellent as an appetizer, as were the fettuccine with cream of local peppers and anchovies with local herbs. Excellent wine and excellent extra virgin olive oil. The dessert was delicious, even for gluten-free eaters. I highly recommend it for its exquisiteness and for Luca's passion for creating and revisiting traditional local recipes.

17/05/2026: Pizzeria da Giuliano is a cute and welcoming place. Its spacious dining rooms welcome customers in a family-friendly atmosphere. Parking is good, and the view is stunning. The appetizer is served with a plate of cured meats on the side, accompanied by another plate of fried foods—an excellent choice for those with lactose intolerance. The pizza, which we ordered mixed, was truly delicious. The bill was very reasonable. Definitely worth a try.

08/11/2025: I'd never had pizza there, but it was a pleasant surprise. On a Saturday night, without a reservation, we entered a small but clean and charming place decorated in the style of a 1960s American diner. The pizza was constantly being baked: crispy yet light, well-topped, and flavorful. The supplì were also hot, well-breaded, and topped with an excellent, simple tomato sauce. The lady at the counter was very kind. We'll definitely be back!

The service was impeccable: the staff was kind, attentive, and always available. The dishes are beautifully presented and of excellent quality. We enjoyed excellent seafood first courses, rich in flavor and prepared with the freshest ingredients, as well as a spectacular grilled fish served directly to your table, truly spectacular and abundant. Each course was meticulously prepared, both in taste and presentation. Prices are reasonable. An experience I recommend to anyone looking for quality cuisine, generous portions, and a quaint atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
