19/03/2025: I thought about it before writing this review, a bad evening can happen for those who work in this sector, but looking at the opinions of all the others who have dined in this place it seems to me that the problems I have encountered are normal. Reservation at 9.30 pm, upon arrival the table is there waiting for us on time. I immediately notice that the atmosphere is far from the old glories, a total chaos and very narrow spaces... with great amazement WE ARE NOT ASKED FOR THE GREENPASS (maybe someone has forgotten that we are going through a pandemic) and we find ourselves forced to eat not even a meter away from perfect strangers. Almost immediately afterwards the waiter arrives to take the order. Everything is normal... for now. With great amazement I notice that almost all the customers leave mountains of pieces of pizza on their plates, shortly after, no actually AFTER A LONG TIME, I will discover that it is not a coincidence. We only ordered pizza because we were in a hurry and honestly looking at the prices of the pizzas (except for the Margherita they are almost all above €8 up to €12) and shortly after the waiter comes back warning us that there would be a delay of an hour... reluctantly we accept, but an hour delay can be contemplated without problems. Well the pizzas will arrive at 11.20pm... was it worth it? Absolutely not... the pizza does not have the appearance of a pizza and we also add our splendid pizzas to the mountains of other pizzas left. Regretful we get up to pay the bill and there we meet the owner who asks us if everything went well... what should I answer? The truth, complaining about the delay (I saved the complaints about the lack of control of the green pass and the quality of the pizza) and his response was textual: IT'S NORMALITY IT'S SATURDAY NIGHT THERE ARE 150 OF US INSIDE THIS PLACE AND THE OVEN DOESN'T ALLOW YOU TO BAKE MORE THAN 6-7 PIZZAS... EVEN OTHER PLACES IN ISOLA DEL LIRI DO THIS My dear owner: 1) you crowded 150 people into a place without checking the green passes; 2) yours is the only place in Isola del Liri that has these delays; 3) if your oven has a certain capacity limit, isn't it perhaps the case to accept fewer reservations???; 4) you are asked to inform customers of the wait when they book and not after ordering. Another place in the area that has preferred money to satisfaction AND THE HEALTH OF THE CUSTOMER.

25/02/2025: Locale molto semplice dove si va' per mangiare bene ed essere accolti con calore. Abbiamo preso antipasto vari(fritti, affettati e bruschette),pizza(fina e buona),il dolce(crostata calda e ciambelline) caffè e bevande(acque,coca, birre e ratafia)..tutto al costo di 16 euro procapite.. Molto gentile il cameriere!!

27/02/2025: Solite delizie che torno a gustare ogni volta che posso, come sempre coccolato al punto da accogliere la mia richiesta di una variante 'pugliese' alla pizza 'pistacchiosa', alla quale ho chiesto cioè di aggiungere una burrata intera al centro. Il risultato è la leccornia in foto..

22/02/2025: Da sempre conosco questo ristorante, la scorsa settimana a cena a casa di amici si parlava dell’intruso elogiando i piatti, la qualità del pesce e la bravura della chef Mariateresa, è stato questo un motivo per tornarci subito! Ci sono tornato ieri sera e… devo riconoscere che non solo nel tempo la qualità del cibo si è mantenuta (e anche alzata) ma la ricercatezza dei piatti, la presentazione, l’abbinamento dei sapori, a mio avviso ha subito una piacevolissima “impennata”. Per chi vuole vivere un’esperienza di gusto diversa, in un contesto ancora familiare e accessibile a tutti è assolutamente consigliato… complimenti a tutto lo staff, possiamo ancora vantare nella nostra terra posti che mantengono la loro semplicità con una proposta molto alta!!!

07/04/2025: Locale e cibo nel complesso apprezzabili. Peccato che il servizio rovini l'atmosfera. Capo sala poco professionale con un umorismo sgradevole e poca attenzione ai dettagli. Per non parlare del fatto che siamo stati cacciati perché doveva essere lasciato il posto a nuovi clienti. Con un servizio migliore, il locale potrebbe essere un luogo piacevole per una serata in famiglia.

03/04/2025: Good pizza. Too bad the desserts were finished. Terrible availability. If I ask you to change tables because where I am cold air comes from the door, you have to intervene somehow!

13/03/2025: I see he finds time to respond immediately to negative reviews but doesn't find time to accept an order placed at 5.30pm on deliveroo. After having set the delivery at 8.15pm, at 8.30pm the order had not yet been confirmed nor had multiple calls been answered. I hope I have been comprehensive enough for the negative review.

28/02/2025: Nice place and a lot of friendliness from the waiters but the Danish meat was almost inedible, it was offered to me several times instead of the Florentine, I accepted but regretted it. I got the final blow when I paid the bill......maybe it's a method to recover the losses of the pandemic? But the pandemic is not the customers' fault!!! Let's not kill each other citizens!!! I returned after 2 years and I have to say that fortunately the situation has improved a lot.....in the sense that the price increases around have become unacceptable, whereas at Porcavacca they have remained within the norm!!!

26/03/2025: Ordino tramite deliveroo una biancaneve broccoletti e salsiccia e una birra. Mi arriva una pizza solo con i broccoletti e la birra consegnata a mano senza nemmeno una bustina. Mi dispiace perché la pizza in se era buona anche se incompleta e una dimenticanza può capitare a chiunque, nonostante l'ordine fosse abbastanza agevole. Sulla birra avrei preteso più attenzione. Spero sia stato solo un caso, verificherò al prossimo ordine

04/01/2025: We were a "complicated" table with many small children, therefore with somewhat particular requests. Despite everything the girl was very kind and patient in trying to make us feel good. Great service, pizza can improve.
