I bought a Margherita pizza to try it out, and it was quite a culinary experience, so I ended up buying more than one on my first visit. It's wood-fired. One of the best pizzas I've ever had. Plus, the service was very fast and friendly. Definitely a hidden gem away from the touristy areas of Rome. If I could, I'd go every day to try something new. It's a shame that everything is takeout or online and they don't have tables where you can enjoy this delicious food.

They use a wood-fired oven, and you can taste the difference: the pizzas always come out perfectly cooked. The selection is wide: Roman-style (thin) or Neapolitan-style pizza. They also offer truly excellent gourmet toppings. The quality of the ingredients is very good. The dough is super easy to digest, light, and well made.
