A very good pizzeria located in the historic center of Monterotondo. They offer both Neapolitan and Roman-style pizzas. Perhaps a drawback is the limited selection of pizzas available, although the ones they do offer are highly sought-after. Overall, it's a pleasant evening.

It's been years since I've been to this restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised. The place is small but cozy, clean, and you can tell they pay great attention to detail. In everything we ordered, you could taste both the quality of the ingredients and the expertise of the people who prepared them. The quality/price ratio was also fair considering the overall experience. I will gladly return.

The only downside is the small venue. It's a bit crowded. Otherwise, everything is excellent. From the location right in the historic center, to the fair price, to the quality of the food. Definitely worth returning.

Calling the quality of the service and products "excellent" would be an understatement: it was a symphony of flavors rarely found elsewhere. The gastronomic journey began with simply fantastic Pecorino Romano cheese balls, followed by a selection of mixed cheeses with top-quality honey. The first and second courses elevated the experience to another level: the fresh tagliolini with pecorino and crispy artichokes are a masterpiece of balance and presentation, while the chicken with vegetables has a unique, almost "out of this world" flavor that captivates from the first bite. Beyond the food, the atmosphere is incredible. The restaurant is beautiful, with a perfect table arrangement that ensures intimacy. Honorable mention goes to the impeccable cleanliness, with attention to every detail, including the bathroom, demonstrating a profound respect for the guest. Special thanks to the staff in the dining room for their friendliness and professionalism, and to the chef, who answered our questions about the dishes with extreme kindness and helpfulness. It's a real shame we only discovered you on the last day of our vacation, but we'll definitely be back. You're the best. I recommend anyone seeking perfection to try this restaurant. We visited this restaurant after making reservations for two. The place is nice, and the food is generally good: the Roman pizza is average and easily eaten. The experience was somewhat marred by the service. I had to call the restaurant four times to make the reservation, so one would expect at least a friendly welcome, especially considering that these are business-generating customers. Instead, upon arrival, the young woman taking orders (probably the owner) was overly self-deprecating, with inappropriate jokes that only made her smile. The dining room service was also a bit disorganized: the waiters seemed "lost" at times and at times seemed to be rushing to clear the table, creating discomfort while we were still eating. Overall, the restaurant is worth a visit for its ambiance and food, but the service could be improved to make the experience more enjoyable.

Excellent food, good service, and courtesy. A family atmosphere. It's a shame it's too small; but it's worth it with the excellent pizza, soft dough, excellent and easy to digest.
