29/06/2025: The impression is that of a restaurant for groups and families, designed to host birthdays or ceremonies but absolutely not able to handle a large number of people. The atmosphere is chaotic and not at all relaxing. The abundant dishes are served quickly, but are of mediocre quality to say the least, cooked and plated without research or care. Friendly and very agitated owner who jokes with customers and runs back and forth, certainly not at all suitable for a romantic or business dinner. Location tacky in style and furnishings, but not unpleasant despite the proximity to the Via Emilia.

08/06/2025: Excellent restaurant, Excellent service. It is true that in Reggio Emilia and the surrounding area you struggle to find valid alternatives but here you finally find quality, service and peace. Very well-kept location...I recommend both the meat and fish menus. Well done!

09/08/2025: Finally, new management is reviving this historic takeout pizzeria. Thin-crust pizza, delicious and easy to digest. They complement the menu with other artisanal products.

04/04/2025: Barabba è un posto curioso, apparentemente sotto tono ma in realtà di grande sostanza. Le camere sono pulite e ampie, silenziose, si dorme bene e sono dotate di tutto quello che serve, dal phon allo shampoo. La colazione è ricchissima e i gestori cortesi e accoglienti ma soprattutto molto disponibili. Se si cerca concretezza, sostanza e accoglienza senza fronzoli ma genuina, è il posto giusto. Infine, il bar con i nonni della zona presenti a tutte le ore ha un suo perché local!

17/04/2025: We always get pizza here, for convenience because it is close to home and I think their dough is one of the best in Scandiano. If you want a thin and light pizza I recommend the normal one, but if you want something taller and nicer we prefer the half metre, one thing I would improve is the filling, they often lack fillings and with the price I don't find it very fair to the customer, I understand that the stuff is expensive but if I get it stuffed and because I want to eat a stuffed pizza, otherwise one makes a red one or a margherita.

04/08/2025: Terrible pasta, mediocre pizza. The place is old and unattractive, the prices are high, and the service is rude and inconsistent (especially the owner). I can't understand how a restaurant like this can stay open.

27/08/2025: We dined at the restaurant this evening by chance. Unfortunately, we have to agree with some of the reviews – we did have to wait a long time for our order. Nevertheless, the food was delicious, the ambiance was pleasant, and the servers were attentive. We would eat here again.

26/07/2025: If this is a pizza made from a 300g ball, as the girl said, then my dears, you don't even know where you live! The dough is unleavened, to say the least, full of oil, and obviously hard to break! A dough that tastes like BREAD! I'm sorry, this stuff isn't normal, and I've eaten pizzas in my life... don't complain if you then close shop, because €19 for this stuff makes you cry more than you laugh. THINK ABOUT IT

16/07/2025: I got gelato here and it was horrible. The gelato was frozen and not fresh, and the biscuits were aged and dried. I throw it away. People were kind but it took super long to get gelato. I regret to get gelato here and it was a waste.

27/04/2025: March 26, 2024 After the Red Cow Conser (buy Parmesan) we made a detour to the pizzeria because of the good reviews. Turned out to be a 2 Go Pizzeria. Two tables and TV on the wall. Great pizzas one of the best if not the best we have ever eaten. Very friendly owner, I think it was the owner. Super cheap prices. Authentic 2 Go Pizzeria, 2 tables with seating and TV on the wall. Very well attended, international walk-in customers. Trying to do it at home is pointless - it doesn't work.

17/04/2025: Poorly made pizzas glued to the cardboard, not well cooked as requested, far from it, both as if they were beaten, requested beer, coca cola arrived, we do not recommend the tasty one.

12/04/2025: Pizza bruciata nonostante ho detto di non bruciare i bordi Quindi bordi bruciati e pizza cruda Mi hanno proposto come dessert un calzone con Nutella e mascarpone,perché non avevano altro Ed era disgustoso unto non so,ho quasi vomitato. Per sbaglio li ho contattati per l'asporto. Non avevo collegato il nome sfiziosa. Comunque a parte il solito schifo,il fattorino e arrivato 2 ore dopo l'orario pattuito. La consiglierei solo al mio peggior nemico se ne avessi.

30/06/2025: Inizio subito in salita con un'attesa di oltre 1 ora per un semplicissimo giro focacce ( uguale per 6 delle 7 persone presenti al tavolo). Cibo nella norma, vino rosso fermo ( Morellino), freddissimo... Conto assolutamente fuori luogo per quanto consumato (unica cosa a buon mercato è risultata essere proprio il vino ) e infine , ciliegina , POS non funzionante e scontrino neanche consegnato... Alla fine addirittura la divisione del conto per i componenti del tavolo ha fatto scaturire un risultato finale maggiore di 6 € rispetto alla cifra comunicata a voce... nonostante non fosse possibile pagare con carta... Risultato deludentissimo.
