22/01/2026: Today, January 22nd, I had the Burrata pizza during my lunch break. I really enjoyed it. It looked great. I had the tomato sauce removed because it makes me feel acidic. I also had raw arugula served on the outside, with a lovely giant mozzarella in the center. I'll definitely be back when I'm passing through. Friendly pizza chef. The place is well-kept; I didn't find a speck of dust, and you can even eat outside (in better times). There's a spacious table available.

04/01/2026: We were there this evening because we wanted PIZZA and we were pleasantly surprised. The pizza was delicious, excellent choice. There are also starters, first courses and second courses that we will try next time. The staff were friendly and the mascarpone was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Cacio e Ciccia has moved location... the new restaurant is well known... but the managers have brought the good things from the old restaurant: precision, goodness, and friendliness. They have expanded the menu with first courses and new dishes. The service is excellent with two waiters, one fast and the girl very nice and willing. The pizza is good... very good... what can I say, the prices are excellent. The owner who is at the cash register is super nice and polite... we really needed a restaurant like this in Porretta!!

14/03/2026: Super friendly and helpful staff. The owner/pizza chef is incredibly talented, friendly, and quick with service. Prices are reasonable (very affordable), and the food is delicious. I highly recommend it.

13/05/2026: Terrible experience. I ordered over the phone and was given a 15-minute wait. I showed up promptly, so as not to wait, but another 20 minutes passed without any communication. When I pointed out that my time was up and I intended to leave, instead of receiving an apology, I was met with an arrogant attitude. The management tried to make me feel guilty by leveraging the fact that I'm a regular customer, almost as if that gave them the right to disrespect my time. To make matters worse, the waiter dismissed my legitimate complaints as "small talk," admitting with extreme complacency that they'd simply forgotten my order. Mistakes happen, but the arrogance and rudeness with which they handled it were unacceptable. I won't be returning.

10/01/2026: We went with The Fork, so it's excellent value. The fillet and potatoes were good. The owner was friendly. Next time I'll try the pizza.
