The TOP in Bologna, from savory to sweet, exceptional bread, fresh drinks, pizza, bizarre focaccia, and phenomenal crescenta, I would say everything super, compliments to all the STAFF, and the owners.

It remains undoubtedly one of Bologna's landmarks, open late into the night.
A wide selection of both savory and sweet options, and the bread is also of good quality.
The choice inevitably falls on the bomboloni filled with cream, chocolate, and pistachio, the now-famous "mattonelle," the fruit baskets, and the apple rectangles.
The pizza by the slice is excellent, as are the stuffed focaccias.
Highly recommended.

The staff is exquisite, the atmosphere is family-friendly.
We've been cramming each other all our lives after the evening.
They're hard workers and always smiling.

The food quality is excellent for eating something very good and perfect in the evening. And the prices are super low and honest.

One of Bologna's institutions... famous for being open late at night, and their savory options can be addictive, especially for their sweets. As for the savory options, I've tried:
Margherita pizza and calzone with sausage, both good; Roman focaccia stuffed with prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella, Morbidone, and Crescent filled with mozzarella and ham, all very good.
As for the sweet options, I've tried:
White and milk chocolate tart, coconut ball, both good; cream cannoli, chocolate tart, white chocolate tart, cheesecake tart, all very good; pistachio tart, pistachio bombolone, and hazelnut croissant, all very good.
The staff at the counter are always friendly, and it's a place you absolutely must try, and I highly recommend it.
