20/05/2026: Mc Leod's is a popular pub, popular from aperitif time to after-dinner drinks. It's laid out like a typical Irish pub, complete with the signature "bell" that signals early closing time. Open daily, it offers both pizza and traditional cuisine. The interior is very spacious, with dark wood accents. We ordered the grilled meat dish. It was undeniably delicious. The beer selection is also excellent, including gluten-free options.

07/06/2026: Last night we found the staff friendly and attentive. The paella and tagliatelle portions were small, but good nonetheless. Unfortunately, I ordered octopus and potatoes, which were tasteless and didn't even look like octopus at all—no suckers, faded pink, and left half-eaten. The drinks were expensive, but that's true almost everywhere. What can I say? Maybe it was a mistake yesterday because of my unpleasant octopus? Maybe. I've seen many positive reviews, but I still strongly recommend radically improving the quality of the dish I ordered.

16/05/2026: Worst sea bream ever, incredibly salty and full of bones. Slow service. The pizza was definitely better, but it didn't quite meet my personal tastes, and the desserts were just not up to par. I ordered strawberries with ice cream and they served me four strawberries on frozen vanilla ice cream. The quality/price ratio was close. I wouldn't go back.

09/05/2026: It's not a pizza, it's a schiacciatina with a little tomato on top. Pizza is something else entirely. If you have a bad experience, you go. You eat. You judge. And if you don't like it, everything changes.

28/03/2026: We are staying at a different hotel and, for a change, tried a different restaurant... La Toretta, with a business group of 14 people. It was pleasantly busy and the menu looked good. However, the service was extremely unfriendly and rude; they have clearly never heard of the words hospitality or service. When the drinks order was taken, you could already see the irritation building in the waitress, who simply didn't know how to handle it. Subsequently, everyone had a drink, but it took 20 minutes before I received mine. The starters were served reasonably quickly. One of our colleagues did not have a starter and was specifically waiting for her main course. That is where things went horribly wrong; she was completely forgotten while everyone else already had their main course, she still hadn't. The pizza for our colleague was probably forgotten. It happens, people make mistakes... however, they said it was being made and refused to admit they had forgotten it, and once again, that irritation. After asking again, they said it was on its way... however, after 40 minutes, it still hadn't arrived, and by then the group had finished their main course and our colleague still had nothing. She said that the pizza was no longer needed and that she only wanted a dessert. After 15 minutes, she was handed a dessert menu so she could order something; however, within 3 minutes the menu was taken out of her hands again... and we were all told that it would take too long to prepare a dessert. No apology, nothing, just a simple statement... incidentally, it was only 9:40 PM when this was reported. We ended up having coffee instead, and when paying the bill, not a single gesture or concession was made. In fact, we were snapped at by the lady who helped us at the cash register when we asked for an invoice. I rarely write reviews, but this time I couldn't help but make this poor service public. We will NOT be visiting there again in the coming years and will choose a different restaurant for our budget.

There are many participants, and they typically come here for one last try, even with only a few tournaments under their belt. This inevitably leads to a significant number of withdrawals, which must be handled as quickly and efficiently as possible to ensure the tournament continues and to respect the remaining players. Typically, the method used, which can be tedious but absolutely works, is to reshuffle the tables. The sheets are rewritten, shuffling the remaining participants so they can continue. What happened instead is regrettable, to say the least. These referees, with decades of experience, with an arrogant attitude and filthy understanding, had the brilliant idea of ​​proposing "ghost roles" (anyone with a modicum of intelligence will wonder what planet we're on). This procedure involved the removal of the retired player, effectively resulting in the absence of a role (for example, a five-man table that had to play without a substitute (Landi the patriot)). I wonder how such logistical, operational, and moral abjection is possible in a competition of this level. Now we ask ourselves: A. Why do we play? We're looking for meaning; B. What is the ethic we pursue? The right one; 3. My teacher died. It's not easy for anyone, but does it justify all this? I assure you, no. We therefore ask for agility of thought, flexibility of vision (we have to understand where you're looking), and a definitive change in management. And come on... Where's Riccardo's wallet on... 20/06/2026: I literally love them. Since I've been in Imola, they've been my safe haven, my refuge when I need something good and quick. They're delicious both by the slice and round. I live practically next door, and just the smell wafting in makes me feel good and part of the family, as if they were my own. The highlight is definitely everyone's kindness, friendliness, and cheerfulness. Susanna and I adore them!

17/03/2026: I've only ordered two takeout sandwiches once, but I won't do it again. The staff is very rude and unhelpful. After several calls, the sandwiches arrived cold an hour and a half after the first call. I paid out of respect for the guy who delivered them, but when I called the pizzeria again to complain and ask for at least a discount on my next sandwich, they hung up on me twice. The first time they said the line had gone dead, the second time they even told me to go fuck myself! Congratulations!
