Of the three outlets in Bologna, this is undoubtedly the one that offers the best quality. Aside from the traditional Margherita and Mushrooms, the white ones with Porcini and Honey Mushrooms are sublime. The Bufalotto with Vegetables is also truly delicious. You absolutely have to go inside to smell the aroma of this pizza. Highly recommended.
