30/05/2025: Non ero mai stato in questo locale e finalmente mi sono deciso ad andarci anche dietro qualche consiglio; siamo andati sul classico, 2 pizze, birra e dei dessert molto buoni ed il prezzo finale per nulla caro. Avrei solo da obiettare sulla qualità delle pizze che dovrebbero essere il loro pezzo forte; sono arrivate al tavolo immediatamente (anche troppo) e si presentavano sgorbie, da una parte bruciate e dall'altra bianche, inoltre il condimento sembrava buttato li per caso e non distribuito uniformemente e questo lascia pensare che sono state fatte in fretta e furia senza cura; La cosa che fa riflettere è il perchè di tanta velocità, i clienti non sono morti di fame e magari gradirebbero un pò di relax, qualche minuto d'attesa non ammazza nessuno, ma è ingiustificabile una presentazione del prodotto in quel modo. Calma calma calma...

24/06/2025: Last night I was near Gingio pizzeria with 4 of my friends. While we were ordering food for a friend of mine while she was drinking a glass the water went down the wrong way and splashed it on the floor. We went out apologizing but the girl REFUSED SEVERAL TIMES TO GIVE US WHAT WE HAD ORDERED. On top of that she started arguing with us from behind the counter and there was no way to make her see reason.

10/07/2025: PIZZERIA RUINED by the new management. The old guy was much better. I ordered two pizzas, I'M ENLARGING TWO, to eat on the spot. One for myself, one for my partner. We're passing through, as often happens, having business in Bologna and living in the Modena area. So we eat it on site. A huge mistake, yes, but for the owner. We order the pizzas: a Fumi di Pinko with potatoes and a Margherita with prosciutto and arugula for my partner. We make sure the arugula is washed because since I'm pregnant, it's an important detail. Oh, no, lawyer, we get three pizzas. I repeat: THREE PIZZAS. A Fumi di Pinko, with very few potatoes, yet the receipt shows the extra. A Margherita. And a prosciutto and arugula. I return the extra Margherita and we eat our order. The arugula on my pregnant partner's pizza has visibly rotten leaves and what looks like an earthworm. So I demand a replacement Margherita. Simple as that. IF ONLY. No. It's not possible because according to the owner, they can't make four pizzas for two people. Mr. Santi, as the employees call him, doesn't understand that offering poor service while pretending to be right when he's clearly wrong is absolutely wrong. When paying, Santi demanded the sum for the four pizzas. Are you kidding? They had to make four to get two good ones. Let's skip the potatoes on my pizza. Raw and crunchy as celery sticks. At least there were only a few of them. So an argument ensues. I won't go into further detail in my review, but I throw 10 euros at him on the till and we leave, hearing him insult me ​​like a bullshit. Sheer madness. Avoid.

And they say no (I'm shocked, frankly speaking, they lose two customers and get this review) Thanks to never again

23/08/2025: Disgusting. Called at 7:00 PM for 5 pizzas. Appointment at 9:00 PM. At 9:40 PM we have a waitlist of people with 8:00 PM orders still waiting for their pizzas. We ask for information and no one knows anything. At 9:45 PM we ask for our money back and leave. As for cleanliness, it was enough to glance at the pizza chef's counter... better to ignore it.

17/08/2025: Ordered two pizzas for home delivery, which arrived within 50 minutes, even with a call. They could have at least offered free delivery. Most of them were wet and unseasoned...

03/07/2025: Ho messo 4 stelle e non 5 semplicemente perché il servizio lascia un po' a desiderare. Prima che una cameriera si avvicinasse per prendere l'ordinazione e passata mezz'ora, un 40 minuti per iniziare a mangiare poi per ordinare il dolce abbiamo aspettato altri 30 minuti. Abbiamo ordinato una tagliatella con la cipolla e due cotolette alla bolognese (finalmente fatte come si deve con fonduta di parmigiano e non con besciamella) tutto molto buono. Abbiamo pagato il giusto. Ci tornerò con la speranza che il servizio ai tavoli sia mogliorato.

03/06/2025: Complimenti per la pizza 10 + bravissima la signora pizzaiola che fa un ottimo impasto ben idratato e ben lievitato ed un ottima cottura fragrante fuori e morbida al suo interno , una vera delizia Ricorda così tanto la pizza che facevamo nel nostro locale che mi ha emozionata E non è una pizza napoletana è molto meglio BRAVISSIMA
