24/05/2025: New owner since spring 2025. Young guy who is really enthusiastic and making great improvements to the place. Made us fresh brioche buns in the morning. Stayed for one night with our caravan. Highly recommend having a meal and staying for the night. Could use a nice big sign at the road saying it's a camping place, to make sure you don't miss it!

14/06/2025: Trusted pizzeria for a few years where they make very good pizzas. The only flaw, the last time I placed an order from them the pizza arrived 45 minutes late and one pizza had the edge almost completely burnt (which by the way they charge with a supplement of 1.50 euros). I would advise the pizzeria not to accept orders from the app if they can't keep up with it and to remove the supplement if it then has to be cooked badly. I will definitely continue to take pizzas from them but not on the weekend.

16/05/2025: I bet you've never eaten a pizza like this!!! We happened upon this pizzeria in Fontanellato by chance, after visiting the Rocca. What we found in this restaurant/pizzeria is comparable to Parmigianino's masterpiece; however, the artist, in this case, is called Enzo; or rather: Cavalier Vincenzo Carmine De Santis who, with his mastery in preparing pizza, honors what is called "white art" and brings the name of Italy high in the world. Enzo explained to us that he uses quality raw materials and possibly local, such as the flour that comes from the Molino Figna in Collecchio; he uses little yeast in the dough, but lets it rise for a long time, so as to make it light and digestible. What we appreciated most was the crunchiness of the dough, good and crumbly until the last bite. We have only one regret: not living nearby to be able to come here every now and then to taste this delight. We will definitely be back next time we come to Tabiano for spa treatments. Thanks Enzo!

26/05/2025: Bad experience, they deceive celiac people by serving a terrible pizza, I took a takeaway buffala and I couldn't even look at it because it was so horrible, raw tomato sauce placed on a raw base, the mozzarella could barely be seen drowned in the sauce. For me it's a NO. P.S. Paid with the surcharge of €13. The garbage thanks you. Failed
09/03/2025: Simple place that immediately puts you at ease, friendly, professional staff available for every request. Highly digestible pizza for slow-rising dough. The opening hours are extended, ideal for those who stay late. Highly recommended
