01/09/2025: For the little ones, there's a play area to help with long waits. Our two-and-a-half-year-old fell asleep while eating, managing to eat five mushrooms from his pizza piece, at 9:15 PM. We waited two hours for four pizzas. And a €2.50 cover charge for an empty plate was outrageous. Impregnated service. An experience that made us forget the quality.

19/01/2026: I decided to try their pizza for the second time after a few months and was pleasantly surprised! Last time, I enjoyed the delicious crust, but this time I asked for a pizza with more sophisticated ingredients and it was DELICIOUS! It was also very light, a sign that it had risen perfectly! The staff is always friendly and helpful, I can't wait to go back! Highly recommended

01/03/2026: Terrible experience. Last night, we ordered eight pizzas for 8/8:30 PM. The pizzas were delivered at 9:15 PM after three reminder calls! What's more, they arrived cold and half-cooked. We didn't send them back only because the kids needed to eat. Terrible.

Furthermore, the pizzas arrived cold and half-raw! I didn't send them back only because it was late and the kids needed to eat! But you certainly won't see me again! Terrible experience IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MANAGE ORDERS, DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS IN THE SAME TIME SLOT JUST TO MAKE MONEY... SINCE IN ADDITION TO MAKING LATE DELIVERIES, YOU DELIVER COLD AND UNRAW PIZZAS! 30/11/2025: We went to eat at this place hoping it was still a restaurant but there was only pizza... considering that on the sign and also on the internet it says pizzeria restaurant... again not very correct... if you are no longer a restaurant, damn... instead they only do pizza and hamburgers and the pizza asked for well cooked and it arrived undercooked... I told the waiter about it and he remade it but she was very annoyed... the staff was untrained and courteous, the room was extremely cold and you had to eat in your jacket... not recommended in my opinion, we will definitely not return.

07/02/2026: We used to go there for pizza after the disco 20 years ago. Same staff. The lady at the cashier is always great, very friendly, elegant, and refined. Truly a unique character. The late-night pizza is always excellent. Freshly baked from the coals. I recommend it.

30/11/2025: I always make sure that if you get a little hot and bothered at 1:30 in the morning and want pizza, you'll always find it open.

28/06/2025: Ei fu. Eccomi qui a comunicare la definitiva chiusura di O sole mio... Una stagione che finisce; e purtroppo dopo un lungo declino... È stata per anni la mia pizzeria preferita, quando a Modena giravano solo tristissime pizze sottili. Trovarla, li in periferia, sulla via Emilia est, fu un'illuminazione: "ma quindi anche a Modena si può mangiare la pizza napoletana"!!! Per anni fu la sola pizzeria che amavo frequentare. Poi qualcosa andò storto; dopo il trasferimento nel locale su via Vignolese (pretenzioso} qualcosa non ha più funzionato: tra crocchè acidi e pizze semi-crude ho dovuto pian piano accettare che la storia fosse finita. In più, mentre O sole mio tramontava, in città si moltiplicavano pizze finalmente napoletane e pizzerie con proposte di qualità sicuramente più alta. Ed oggi eccoci qui, con il cartello "affittasi" esposto sulle vetrine del locale. Comunque sia andata a finire, un bel ricordo della mia gioventù. Grazie

04/11/2025: Nothing. I didn't like it. The place is retro. I didn't like the pizza at all. But the icing on the cake was the tiramisu with a hair. I don't think I'll be back.

21/08/2025: Super good pizza! The ingredients are top-quality, in my opinion. The tomato sauce isn't acidic like I've found at many places, and all the toppings are delicious. The pizza is both crispy and soft, cooked in a wood-fired oven! The desserts are delicious; I highly recommend the nougat parfait! We've always had great service, too! In my opinion, it's one of the best pizzas in the area! Highly recommended!

21/02/2026: The pizza is good, but always late, today the peak, ordered the day before, delivery 8.30 9.00 pm arrived at 9.45 pm after three phone calls.

28/01/2026: Very slow service, 1 hour wait, when I called they told me: 'delivery will be at 8:30/9:00 pm, we will do our best for 8:30 pm', too bad they arrived at 10:00 after 3 calls because there were guests and among the guests there was a heart patient who was waiting for dinner to take his medicine (and I told them in the 3rd call), I felt like they were being fooled... "yes they are doing them" and it wasn't true... It's not the first time it happens... in order not to lose the customer they made up excuses. They should say it immediately if they can't manage the timing, so that the customer can decide to go elsewhere. Then the guy arrives without the POS and they didn't even apologize... when it happens to other pizzerias they leave the free bottle or the discount, (I don't care about the discount but it's the gesture that makes it clear if the place is truly sorry for what happened) here total indifference, and because of the rush the pizza was even less seasoned..if you have guests or a party I strongly advise against it..if you have time and want to wait ok the pizza is good anyway

05/01/2026: A place to forget, it's literally disgusting and I treated you shamefully. I will never go back there and I repeat never again. The morning waitress is totally incompetent and rude, she always seems pissed off, zero professionalism.

21/09/2025: So if you want to eat something good in the area, you're in the right place. My favorite is risotto with shrimp and asparagus, with the best baked potatoes.
