Almost every Saturday night for many years, we've ordered pizzas to be delivered to our home, and they always arrive late, get the order wrong, or even lose it, like last night... the wrong way to work...

02/01/2026: It's not my style to leave negative reviews for the sake of it, but I think it's fair to offer food for thought to improve some critical points. We spent €72 for a lunch that included two modest appetizers and a single side of potatoes, which, however, was double-checked on the receipt, as well as two glasses of wine and a water. Halfway through the meal, we were brought a small basket of mini pizzas, unsolicited or explained to us: if it had been served at the beginning, it would probably have made a difference. The prices are exorbitant for the quality offered. The place was very cold, and the staff was unsure and unprofessional. Furthermore, one of the two glasses of wine was charged higher than the list price: we didn't dispute this out of disappointment, certainly not because we needed a refund. Price transparency is essential when offering a service, and when it's lacking, it inevitably leaves a bitter taste. The overall experience was disappointing.

12/10/2025: It's a shame to give a restaurant a negative review, but customers should be welcomed and not treated rudely or badly. If the food was also good, customers might overlook the manners, but I can't say the food was good. I don't recommend it.

08/12/2025: The best pizza in Castelfranco. I often order delivery, and everything always arrives in a very reasonable time depending on the day. If you order on Saturday, it's normal for them to be full. The girl who takes phone orders is friendly and helpful, and the delivery guys are always very friendly too! I highly recommend them 😁

18/01/2026: An excellent takeout pizzeria where you can choose any pizza you want from a varied menu. The service is mostly by reservation, but they manage to make pizzas quickly enough to serve even those who don't have a reservation: maximum efficiency. The staff is quick and efficient, with a guaranteed medium-high quality. The only drawback is the lack of a few small tables where you can eat in.

Purtroppo devo cambiare la recensione: servizio d'asporto che lascia molto a desiderare; sono andata di persona perché non rispondono al telefono, ma dopo 20 minuti in fila non avevano servito nemmeno il primo cliente in attesa e la cassiera era sparita da dietro al banco cassa. A quel punto ho cambiato pizzeria. Peccato

26/10/2025: Nice bar with adjacent parking, restrooms on the lower level (always clean), and an outdoor terrace on a busy street. Fast and knowledgeable staff. Good coffee. It's a shame they don't serve snacks or chips at the counter if you're having an aperitif.

08/10/2025: A very pleasant place with a lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the Facsall promenade. It's a shame about the service, which makes you feel guilty for sitting down and ordering; the guy behind the counter has very rude and impolite ways of addressing people who aren't regulars. During the height of a Saturday night in a city like Piacenza, which already offers such infamous entertainment, after the waiter mocked us by saying he wouldn't serve us at our table, we were asked to get up at 11:30 PM because the place would be closing soon. We returned an hour later, and everything was open and busy (as is customary on weekends). I understand that dealing with the public isn't an easy job, but I recommend that the guy take up a business like beekeeping if you don't want to deal with people.

01/09/2025: For the little ones, there's a play area to help with long waits. Our two-and-a-half-year-old fell asleep while eating, managing to eat five mushrooms from his pizza piece, at 9:15 PM. We waited two hours for four pizzas. And a €2.50 cover charge for an empty plate was outrageous. Impregnated service. An experience that made us forget the quality.
