21/02/2026: The pizza is good, but always late, today the peak, ordered the day before, delivery 8.30 9.00 pm arrived at 9.45 pm after three phone calls.

28/01/2026: Very slow service, 1 hour wait, when I called they told me: 'delivery will be at 8:30/9:00 pm, we will do our best for 8:30 pm', too bad they arrived at 10:00 after 3 calls because there were guests and among the guests there was a heart patient who was waiting for dinner to take his medicine (and I told them in the 3rd call), I felt like they were being fooled... "yes they are doing them" and it wasn't true... It's not the first time it happens... in order not to lose the customer they made up excuses. They should say it immediately if they can't manage the timing, so that the customer can decide to go elsewhere. Then the guy arrives without the POS and they didn't even apologize... when it happens to other pizzerias they leave the free bottle or the discount, (I don't care about the discount but it's the gesture that makes it clear if the place is truly sorry for what happened) here total indifference, and because of the rush the pizza was even less seasoned..if you have guests or a party I strongly advise against it..if you have time and want to wait ok the pizza is good anyway

16/03/2026: Pizzas so thin they look like piadinas, they're not filling at all. There's no point in coming to eat them, I'm sorry.

14/03/2026: A pizza that looks like a piadina! It's incredibly thin and doesn't fill you up. Now I understand why it's so cheap. If you want to fill up, you should at least order three each. No receipts, and if you pay by card, the lady shakes her head and snorts.

08/03/2026: Ideal for coffee, aperitifs, and cappuccinos. Many quality chocolate displays. Newspapers are always available, and restrooms are clean.

01/09/2025: For the little ones, there's a play area to help with long waits. Our two-and-a-half-year-old fell asleep while eating, managing to eat five mushrooms from his pizza piece, at 9:15 PM. We waited two hours for four pizzas. And a €2.50 cover charge for an empty plate was outrageous. Impregnated service. An experience that made us forget the quality.

26/10/2025: Nice bar with adjacent parking, restrooms on the lower level (always clean), and an outdoor terrace on a busy street. Fast and knowledgeable staff. Good coffee. It's a shame they don't serve snacks or chips at the counter if you're having an aperitif.

08/10/2025: A very pleasant place with a lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the Facsall promenade. It's a shame about the service, which makes you feel guilty for sitting down and ordering; the guy behind the counter has very rude and impolite ways of addressing people who aren't regulars. During the height of a Saturday night in a city like Piacenza, which already offers such infamous entertainment, after the waiter mocked us by saying he wouldn't serve us at our table, we were asked to get up at 11:30 PM because the place would be closing soon. We returned an hour later, and everything was open and busy (as is customary on weekends). I understand that dealing with the public isn't an easy job, but I recommend that the guy take up a business like beekeeping if you don't want to deal with people.

04/11/2025: Nothing. I didn't like it. The place is retro. I didn't like the pizza at all. But the icing on the cake was the tiramisu with a hair. I don't think I'll be back.

21/08/2025: Super good pizza! The ingredients are top-quality, in my opinion. The tomato sauce isn't acidic like I've found at many places, and all the toppings are delicious. The pizza is both crispy and soft, cooked in a wood-fired oven! The desserts are delicious; I highly recommend the nougat parfait! We've always had great service, too! In my opinion, it's one of the best pizzas in the area! Highly recommended!

07/04/2026: On Monday Easter Monday, I went out for the first and last time. On the daily menu, there was only one choice (it was suspicious, but I figured if they make the same thing for everyone, it'll be good 🥲🥲🥲). Strigoli with fish, not al dente but raw, the sauce consisted of bad tomato, three, yes, three small clams, and two tiny calamari. The overall dish was inedible; everyone in the room left their plates half full. The fried food was edible, but it only consisted of two types of fish; the fries were good. All at an exorbitant price. I recommend staying away from this restaurant. I forgot about the "runaway" service.

05/04/2026: The menu wasn't very extensive, but the food was excellent, especially the first course. The only downside was that, despite the small crowd, it took a long time to order and receive the order.

23/03/2026: I chose this hotel for its excellent location between the beach and the town center. From the outside, the appearance wasn't bad. The staff who welcomed us were very friendly. Payment was due upon arrival. We booked two single rooms (€70) and, at the owner's suggestion, requested two double rooms for single use (€80). In reality, we were given a single room and a double room for single use for a total of €150... but they charged us €160... We didn't say anything to avoid any problems with the receptionist... Once I entered the room, I noticed a strong sewer smell... luckily, there's a window in the bathroom, so I closed the door and left the bedroom window ajar to let in some air. When it's time to go to bed, I move the pillow (which is resting on the back of the bed) and notice a strong (too much) smell, only to discover two odor-absorbing glades stuck right behind the pillow... It's impossible to sleep with that kind of smell. I take them off and put them in the bathroom. Meanwhile, I notice the base of the back of the bed is noticeably dirty, with a "Pompea" sticker on the wood. I start checking the entire room and also notice the handle-less closet drawers, the electrical wiring in the bathroom (perhaps) not up to standard, and... final surprise, the bathroom window of the room next door opens onto my bathroom. At 6 in the morning, it's impossible to sleep because of the loud noises coming from the stairs and other rooms. In conclusion... this hotel is definitely to be avoided, especially given its terrible value for money (€80 per room in winter is truly an absurd amount).

07/02/2026: I stayed there for 6-7 months for work and had a great time. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, right in the center of Punta Marina. The staff is very friendly and always attentive to guests' needs! I had a great time!

03/02/2026: The pizza is also pretty good. The problem is that as soon as you order more than two pizzas, they freak out and make a mistake: sometimes they get a pizza wrong, sometimes they forget one, sometimes they don't bring you a pizza sandwich with salad. The fact is, there's always one...

22/01/2026: The pizza is good but 1.10 per pizza seems a bit too much to me and I don't think it's appropriate to give it to them if they want me to tip the delivery person.

05/01/2026: A place to forget, it's literally disgusting and I treated you shamefully. I will never go back there and I repeat never again. The morning waitress is totally incompetent and rude, she always seems pissed off, zero professionalism.

21/09/2025: So if you want to eat something good in the area, you're in the right place. My favorite is risotto with shrimp and asparagus, with the best baked potatoes.

15/01/2026: I wouldn't water it on a rainy day; instead of paying 5 euros, go and put ketchup and mayonnaise on the lettuce and eat it, you'll get better results.

07/11/2025: An experience to forget.. inexperienced people don't speak Italian and don't even understand it despite everything I tried in every way to make them understand what I want to order and then I get total rubbish.. "I ordered 2 sandwiches in which I asked to put all the sauces and even the yogurt one and all the ingredients except the tomato and in the end I get 2 sandwiches I don't know what kind of bread it was where there is only POTATOES and MEAT that doesn't taste of meat and a white sauce that doesn't taste of anything" and even when I called to ask why I receive stuff like that I was verbally attacked and they even told me you just have to stop ordering from us.. a pizzeria that makes sandwiches in the heart of Bologna where the staff not only doesn't speak or understand Italian but also doesn't do what they were paid to do and then ends up being treated so badly
