14/04/2025: Very good pasta dish. Gnogni. Tagliatelle. Alberto server perfect. Helpful and cheerful. The boss doesn't smile. Not a saleswoman. No tap water. Supposedly not drinkable. While the table next to you had. You have to take a bottle of water for 10 euros. Fast service. Ambient noise. Desserts few choices. Tiramisu at 7 euros. Excellent . They charge for cutlery and napkins. Thief 6 euros. The salty addition.

07/04/2025: Quiet and welcoming place, ample parking, everything was excellent. At our table we all had pizza, among the best in Imola (and there aren't many left) I saw large portions of first or second courses at other tables which were very tempting and with a very nice presentation. The place was full and there was a lot of takeaway, continuously, despite this the waiter on duty last night was always impeccable and I really congratulate him because he managed everything, orders, service, cake cutting (which you don't pay for here unlike other places and pizzerias!!!), he cleared the table, he managed everything alone with the room full. Truly deserves praise! Always with kindness and availability. All rooms extremely clean. Prices normal. The only flaw was that we waited a long time for the pizza but we had been warned upon arrival and with the room full we were expecting it. I hope it was an exception that the waiter was alone or at least that's what it seemed to us. Unfortunately in the reviews I have often seen people complaining about having to wait, for us it wasn't a problem, for their pizza it was worth the wait, but for others it is a critical point. Even the pizza chefs had no respite. Last but not least, the pinsa is exceptional!!!! Crispy on the outside but not dry, soft on the inside, a cloud that melts in your mouth, divine!!!! Truly congratulations to all the staff, perhaps a few more units would make it easier for the workers and lead to shorter waiting times, otherwise everything was perfect!!!! We didn't have a candle for the cake and the waiter used a lighter with the flame lit and remained there with us long enough to blow on it, too cute 🥰 thank you!!!

04/03/2025: Too bad. It's disappointing. 😳 You could eat a good meal here. Now it's completely empty in the evening, no drivers are eating, there are apparently only small things to eat, but nothing that will really fill you up. It used to be always full here, every table was occupied, there was pasta, meat and fish.

16/01/2025: I think that the pizza I ate here has nothing to envy of any Neapolitan pizzeria: all the awards won are absolutely earned: The raw materials are excellent and the courtesy of the owner (who is also the pizza chef) goes hand in hand with the quality of the food. The place is very intimate and well set up. I can't wait to go back and try the restaurant too. Truly congratulations!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

19/03/2025: Great pizza, very nice place and large service at times slow but overall efficient

17/03/2025: I went last night and had the pan pizza. Good but not great. However, what disturbed me the most were the noises coming out of the kitchen. Uninterrupted sound and comments between chefs and other professionals present. A scary mess. It's obvious that there must be work that says, but I would keep the door that divides the rooms closed to allow those eating to relax and chat in peace.

30/03/2025: Cucina Briganti has several parameters in its favor: hospitality, kindness, adequacy. Furthermore, next to the restaurant there are various sports activities for amateurs. I have never been refused due to running out of seats, the staff is friendly and adequate to the task, the offer is wide, the food is of high quality, and finally the price is low. Worth a visit.
