23/03/2025: 🍕 The pizza by the meter I tried was one of the best I've ever eaten, incredible like few others! 😋 The flavor was perfect, balanced and really tasty, it left us speechless! 🤩 Another thing that surprised me was that, even though it was so tasty, I didn't feel thirsty during the night, which means it wasn't too salty and the rise was really good! 🌟 Every bite was light and pleasant, without that heavy feeling that you can sometimes feel with other pizzas. We will definitely be back to enjoy this amazing pizza again! 👏💯 An experience that I highly recommend to anyone who loves quality pizza!

05/04/2025: Waiters didn’t come serve us. We were in a group but also other tables are in big groups. Waiters were rude and didn’t want to listen to us when we asked if they were going to take our order. Waited 40mins after sitting down for anyone to come ask to finally take our order. The manager was the rudest overall(guy with white long hair and glasses) with no respect for his clients.

04/04/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant and I must say that it was a very pleasant surprise. The environment is refined, welcoming, and the service was impeccable: fast, discreet, never intrusive. You can see that there is a solid organization behind it, which works without making any noise. One of the aspects that struck me most was the selection of cold cuts: nothing to be taken for granted, on the contrary. Highest quality products, freshly cut and served with great attention accompanied by the so-called "Squacquerone", which I still dream about at night. And then the fried gnocco... simply stratospheric. Crispy at the right point, light, fragrant: one of those apparently simple dishes, which when done well really leave their mark. I took a look at the menu and the prices: absolutely in line with the market, indeed, considering the quality of the overall experience, I would even say honest. It is rare to find such a successful balance between substance, service and atmosphere. I will definitely go back, maybe to try other dishes too. It really deserves it.

05/04/2025: Super negative experience, we entered with many good expectations but unfortunately we were very disappointed. Immense waiting times, questionable food. The mutton was poorly cooked, very hard and low quality, pizza dough with no flavour. The only edible dish was the french fries, I recommend them, but only if you have time to wait. We waited for the chips for more than an hour and they arrived at the end of the service. Place without organization and communication between them. I hope this review can be constructive.

11/03/2025: Lunch organized at the last moment, 14 of us at the table we all had a great time. Friendly staff and delicious food. Congratulations to everyone ❤️

19/02/2025: Ampio moderno luminoso e pulito locale sempre super affollato a due passi dal casello autostradale di Fidenza e non piu' di due km dall'Outlet, possibilita' di parcheggio non custodito nelle immediate vicinanze, consigliata la prenotazione. Ingredienti di qualita', tempi di attesa nella norma, piatti generosi ben cucinati ed impiattati, pizze ben farcite, primi e secondi squisiti ad alta digeribilita', tempi di attesa nella norma. Personale giovane sveglio e gentile, sorridente, professionale, attento alle esigenze di tutta la clientela. Buono il rapporto qualita'/prezzo.

15/03/2025: Noto essere ristorante qualita' prezzo non adeguato ma avrei voluto pagare cio' che ho ordinato . Ordinato Gnocco e tigelle come antipasto e cosi' e' stato portato e non sono certamente obbligato a memorizzare tutto quello che include il piatto . Pagato il conto non mi sono messo a spulciare voce per voce essendo con clienti e di fretta . Verifico successivamente e mi ritrovo un piatto di culatello ed uno di formaggi non ordinato che non erano inclusi ovviamente nel menu' quindi da pagare a parte . Ora se ordino delle marmellate e della mortadella avrei giustificato forse l' errore di portare culatello e formaggi pur non essendoci nessuna assonanza tra le parole ma se ordino "Gnocco e tigelle per due" non vedo cosa ci sia di cosi difficile da capire . In sintesi riengo che avendo dopo ordinato solo pasta non arrivavamo al budget di spesa che si erano prefissati e quindi hanno fatto aggiunte a piacere loro . Oltretutto in maniera professionale dopo la cena ti arriva whats app dove chiedono una recensione che ovviamente e' stata pessima ma non si sono nemmeno degnati di rispondere alle critiche sollevate

13/09/2024: A little Italian gem . You could dismiss it and walk past but don’t . Full of locals , tv on in the corner, the most delightful friendly atmosphere and super pizza , freshly cooked . What more could you ask for?

14/02/2025: La pizza non è buona. Quando si raffredda un pochino rimane dura e difficile da masticare . È molto pesante e il giorno dopo te la senti ancora nello stomaco . Per non parlare del prezzo …. Penso che sia la pizzeria più cara in cui io abbia mangiato . Per due pizze speciali (speciali per modo di dire ) il costo è di 20/21€. Direi che è esagerato !

03/04/2025: Good food, it remains one of my best pizzas eaten in Bologna. They also have dry-aged meats and very good first courses. Even the desserts. I would say excellent quality/price. Nice location, small parking.
