31/10/2024: We ordered by phone with some variations. Two pizzas on the menu with "white" tomatoes (without tomatoes, due to food intolerances) and lightly cooked to take away. When I got home the pizzas showed up with charred edges, therefore overcooked and with tomato, totally wrong. The occasion is October 31st and reaching them was complicated: the pizzeria organized a themed evening and the street where it is located was closed to traffic. The only positive note was the willingness to redo the order but I gave up due to too much turnout in the narrow place (reason for not giving one star to the service). I understand that there may be crowds which generate errors but I perceived disorganization and approximation, I didn't return because reaching them was difficult because the street was closed to cars and parking was almost impossible. Given the experience I am not in a position to give a second chance.

04/03/2025: pretty good pizza, but the climate of the place didn't make me crazy. quite dated place not too well looked after and quite low level service. at times it almost seemed like a nuisance

10/02/2025: I love the environment, characteristic and ancient and the employees are kind and quick. Fairly normal prices for pizza slices and the food is the only thing more beautiful and important there is. The pizza is delicious, fresh and prepared and the delicacy is tasty. 🤤🍕. 03/02/2025: He took different cuts of pizza various flavors but everything was bland with no taste even with the sausage. Salt is a taste enhancer, putting it in adds flavor and you can tell when you taste it.

03/12/2024: Well-kept pool, enough deckchairs, excellent bar area, and very good restaurant inside (applause to the chefs) the only flaw is that in my opinion the pools are slightly small, but considering the space given it is reasonable

24/03/2025: You can't charge 13 for a margherita with literally 10 counted chips and too much mozzarella... if I had known I would have called one of those gourmet pizzas where at least you pay for quality

15/03/2025: If you are hungry and thinking of ordering from this pizzeria, I advise you to start preparing a plan B, because punctuality is an unknown concept here. Every time I order, the minimum delay is 20 minutes, regardless of the time or day. And yes, the pizza is good, but after all this time spent waiting with a rumbling stomach, the only thing you want to do is swear you'll never come back. If you have time to waste and a lot of patience, take a seat. Otherwise, look for a place that respects customers at least a little.

29/03/2025: In occasioni di Cena con delitto, esperienza davvero pessima. Si inizia con cartello dall'ingresso SIAMO SPIACENTI POS NON FUNZIONANTE. Vabbè. Alla cassa, ci fan pagare subito senza alcuna ricevuta, che non sarà consegnata neanche dopo, e ci accorgiamo che non tutti i tavoli vicini partecipano all'evento in programma. Evento.... Due attori per cinque ruoli, molto sotto al livello medio di rappresentazioni di questo tipo, ma applausi per aver resistito fino alla fine. Cena, opzione vegan, inquietante: antipasto un fungo duro buttato su salsa rosa e noci a caso. Da migliorare, a voler essere buoni.

14/03/2025: Excellent restaurant in Piacenza a stone's throw from the center. Good choice of first courses, second courses, side dishes and pizzas. As well as desserts. Excellent ingredients and care in preparation. Quick and courteous service. Average prices. Always nice and good to eat here. We return often when we come to Piacenza. Always impeccable.

01/03/2025: Super friendly, the only problem was the pizzas, we ordered 5 pizzas, 2 double dough and 3 normal, as soon as they arrived they were 3 double dough and 2 normal, and what's more, one of them also had the wrong toppings, on the other hand it's a good pizza, another thing, having the wrong dough it's a pizza we paid a little more, €12 for a pizza each is a bit.

28/11/2024: Fixed menu lunch €40 for over 20 people. Like decent quality food. Even though we had to request additional wraps and side dishes, we left hungry. Between starters and first courses we waited over 1 hour. The 'sympathy' of the waiter given the situation was a little out of place in my opinion. I had gone several other times and had a great time both in quality and quantity, in everything! I am sorry!

08/03/2025: La mia esperienza è stata positiva. Pizza molto buona con pasta morbida e ottimo condimento; la mia compagna ha preso un fritto misto ed era fatto ottimamente. Buona scelta di birre in bottiglia, anche artigianali (quella che ho preso mi è piaciuta molto). Buonissimi anche i dolci. Buono anche il servizio.

14/02/2025: Insieme a tre amiche siamo andate al Pratogallo per festeggiare un compleanno.Il locale è molto accogliente e pulito. Il personale è caloroso e disponibile. Io ho scelto un gustosissimo e succulento hamburger di cervo con pane nero, accompagnato da patatine croccanti. Le ragazze hanno invece optato per tre pizze, ben farcite ed invitanti. A seguire le corpose arancine e gli stratosferici cannoli tradizionali siciliani ( consigliatissimo!!) Veramente una bellissima serata! Prezzo più che onesto per la qualità di ciò che abbiamo mangiato.
