04/05/2026: A decidedly negative experience. We entered this pizzeria to order pizza by the slice, but the welcome was terrible from the start. The simple noise of a glass being thrown into the trash can caused the lady behind the counter (the one with the big hair clip on her head) to become extremely agitated, immediately displaying an annoyed and unprofessional attitude. During the order, instead of helping or guiding the customer, she responded rudely and impatiently, as if we were bothering her. When we asked for a center piece of the pizza pan (which was available, by the way), she refused in an annoyed tone, still giving me a different piece than what I requested (she gave me the corner). Beyond the quality of the food, which is secondary, what is striking is the total lack of courtesy and attention toward the customer. Walking into a restaurant and feeling annoyed and treated arrogantly is unacceptable. A smile and a minimum of politeness should be the foundation of any business dealing with the public.

22/11/2025: Excellent pizza. Very nice location, small but welcoming. Rino, the owner, is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. A perfect little place for what it does. Reading some other reviews, I think it's superfluous to point out details that this type of place can overlook. This isn't a Michelin-starred establishment, so I think the attention to aesthetics is appropriate for the type of place: small, clean, and welcoming. The staff is also very helpful, polite, and helpful... I can't wait to see the new location. Good luck!

20/10/2025: Chosen because of the excellent reviews we saw online. Arriving in front of the pizzeria, the dilapidated and messy outdoor area almost made us think we'd come to the wrong place. The dining room was small, with terrible decor. The cloth tablecloths were covered with red synthetic tablecloths, like the disposable ones, which were unpleasant to look at and to touch. Overhead, a wooden latticework acts as a decorative false ceiling, from which fake plants are hung (the only real plant was near the entrance and wasn't in great shape). The lower portion of the walls is covered with slatted wood fiberboard painted white, while the upper portion is covered with sheets of decorated paper (like the kind used for nativity scenes). The bathroom is smelly. The pizza wasn't bad, but the crust was rubbery and not very well-aired (if you remove the crust, you can re-knead it). I had a pizza with fried eggplant and sausage... the eggplant was mushy, almost all that was left was the peel, and the sausage was crumbled too finely. They have an excellent craft beer in bottles. In conclusion, high expectations given the reviews, but a bit of a disappointment. "Updated October 15th after the owner's response." I don't like the decor in the room, so you think I'm ignorant? Regarding the bathroom, my 6-year-old daughter could distinguish the smell of a lack of cleaning from that of normal use by other customers and refused to use it. I was honest in my review, but unfortunately, you're not. To justify yourself, you're trying to discredit and insult me. Just look at the Google profiles to see who's leaving you a review, and the category you're trying to link me to (keyboard warrior) doesn't belong to me. 26/05/2026: We went on Sunday and were very satisfied. The food was excellent, fresh, and tasty: you can really taste the authentic Neapolitan cuisine. The staff was very friendly and the place was very welcoming. We'll definitely be back!

04/05/2026: Usually, when a place lists "gluten-free options," they're limited and sparse, but at this place I found a huge variety of gluten-free food; practically the entire menu has this option. Aside from the fact that it was the first time my boyfriend and I were able to order bruschetta, the pizza was so heartwarming just looking at it (and stomachs, in fact, I didn't take photos because we literally devoured it). The freshest, most authentic ingredients, along with the incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, made us feel right at home. Extremely low prices for the quality, a must-try if you're in the area.

I requested it over the phone, and Ilaria, despite not knowing me and having never met me, understood perfectly what I wanted. I was looking for a simple, joyful, and above all delicious cake. I asked for a classic cream and strawberry filling, with a more balanced sweetness because today's cakes are often overly sugary. They made me a beautiful cake, decorated with delicate cream roses (which I hadn't mentioned, but which I prefer over the usual sugar paste decorations), with attention to detail but without being overdone. And above all, it was truly delicious: soft, fresh, balanced, and loved by all the guests. 21/06/2026: My wife is a good cook, and we have a barbecue and a wood-fired oven at our mountain refuge in Vitulano. We often go for lunch during the week at Choco, a spacious, clean bar-restaurant-pizzeria. During the week, we have the set menu, but everything is delicious. As for pizza, I'm Neapolitan, and I think it's on par with Porzio in Soccavo, which I personally consider among the best in Naples. Definitely worth a try.

26/04/2026: It's a long-standing tradition in Benevento. Who doesn't know "Zi Rosa" pizza and its specialties, like the potato pizza? For some time now, they've also had an electric oven for round pizzas, which are also excellent. The pizza's value for money is excellent. The owners and staff are also very friendly and welcoming. Always very busy.

11/07/2026: Terrible experience. 12 people missed out on 2 pizzas. We sat down at 9:30 and had pizzas at 11:00 PM. The fact that it's Saturday doesn't justify a 1.5-hour wait for a restaurant like this. The pizzas, however, were nothing special, decent, and the dough was 4. Never again. 😒

We were offered a seat in a freezing cold room, which we declined, waiting for another table to become available. Once we were finally seated, they opened the door to the cold room, immediately lowering the temperature in the room we were in as well, making the experience truly unpleasant. To make matters worse, the waiters were arrogant and unprofessional, with no attention to the customer. A bad experience! The pizza is always good!

03/01/2026: I've been there twice (invited). The pizza was outrageous both times (I don't care about the price). The schnitzel was ridiculous. The fries were pathetic. If I'm not mistaken, some of the fried foods were frozen. The service was average. The place was good.
