26/04/2026: It's a long-standing tradition in Benevento. Who doesn't know "Zi Rosa" pizza and its specialties, like the potato pizza? For some time now, they've also had an electric oven for round pizzas, which are also excellent. The pizza's value for money is excellent. The owners and staff are also very friendly and welcoming. Always very busy.
28/12/2025: We ordered about 16 pieces of pizza at 5 PM for the evening. It was clear from the order that the person who answered the phone was mismanaging both the order and the delivery time. At 8:15 PM, we went to pick up the pizza and waited about an hour and a half among people who, like us, were there waiting to be served. After 1.5 hours, we took home a pan of burnt Margherita pizza and a cold pan of mixed Margherita and potatoes. Look elsewhere if you want pizza for dinner, and I ask you at the pizzeria to be respectful of your customers.

11/01/2026: We had reserved a table an hour in advance, but when we arrived, the reservation wasn't there. We were offered a seat in a freezing cold room, which we declined, waiting for another table to become available.
Once we were finally seated, they opened the door to the cold room, immediately lowering the temperature in the room we were in as well, making the experience truly unpleasant.
To make matters worse, the waiters were arrogant and unprofessional, with no attention to the customer.
A bad experience!
The pizza is always good!
03/01/2026: I've been there twice (invited).
The pizza was outrageous both times (I don't care about the price).
The schnitzel was ridiculous.
The fries were pathetic.
If I'm not mistaken, some of the fried foods were frozen.
The service was average.
The place was good.

08/03/2026: Disappointing experience, the owner was arrogant and rude. After having seated me at a table for six people, he made me get up because the other five people were not yet present. This place is to be avoided.

26/04/2026: Terrible experience. I tried to order a pizza at 9:45 PM, and knowing they closed at 10 PM, I simply called to ask if I could still place an order. The guy who answered was extremely rude: not only did he not answer, but he also hung up on me. I tried calling back, thinking it was a connection problem, but I got no answer.
20/01/2026: A beautiful pizzeria, aesthetically pleasing. The wood-fired pizza is delicious. The fried Neapolitan food is excellent. Prices are reasonable.

22/05/2026: My pizza by the meter was evidently not made to order; it was reheated and served (lukewarm and dry). Unlike the meter pizza, the round pizzas were made to order, but the quality of the ingredients was so poor and so low that friends of mine felt ill. We asked the waiters to discuss the matter with the owner, but he still came into the room without ever stopping at our table, despite our numerous complaints. I do not recommend it.
19/04/2026: Tasteless fried foods and pizzas with fairly bland ingredients (only the dough is worth saving. What a shame).

05/04/2026: I spent Easter lunch at Hotel Ristorante La Piana and it was a truly pleasant experience.
The menu was well-structured and comprehensive: from the appetizers featuring quality and beautifully presented ingredients to the trio of delicious and well-balanced first courses. The second course was also excellent, with tender and flavorful roast lamb, accompanied by well-crafted side dishes.
The final pastiera concluded the lunch in true traditional style.
The service was attentive and organized despite the holiday. We ate under the gazebo, and thanks to the beautiful day, it created a truly relaxing green oasis.
An experience definitely worth repeating. Congratulations to all the staff!
25/02/2026: We stayed two nights at this hotel, but it would have been better if we slept under a bridge. The rooms were decently clean, but the shower ran brown, and you could only use a key to open the other rooms. The service was rude, and it didn't give you a sense of comfort. The food was awful; the pasta was undercooked, the meat was chunky, and the potatoes tasted like they'd been cooked a month ago and only reheated. Not to mention the hotel's location; it was in a remote village with poor internet access. I would advise you not to stay here.

03/06/2026: Terrible experience. We went on a Wednesday afternoon for an aperitif, which consisted of a slice of mushroom pizza (without asking us if we had a preference for flavor), a Coke Zero in a glass bottle that was poured into a glass and then left the excess, which didn't fit in the glass served to me, in the bottle of Coke that wasn't served with the "aperitif" but was kept for him, and a crodino, all for €9. It's probably their habit to keep a quarter of a bottle at a time, so as to have a bonus for every so many sales.
25/05/2026: I had a terrible meal, rude staff, inedible food, they should remove "pizzeria" from the name because that was anything but pizza, they literally kicked us out, it's a shame they can't give 0 stars!!!
