26/06/2026: I had read about the numerous culinary events in which Maestro Giuseppe Bove had participated, earning recognition for his innovative pizza. Intrigued, I visited his beautiful restaurant with my family. We ordered his specialty, a double-baked pizza with a light, flaky dough, made with the highest-quality ingredients and unique combinations. The classic pizzas have a soft, well-hydrated dough and are perfectly cooked, even on these pizzas. The ingredients and combinations are the result of careful study and careful balancing. I will definitely return whenever I have the opportunity. Congratulations to Maestro Bove.
26/06/2026: A fantastic experience in Montesarchio. We visited this place on Via Napoli and were truly impressed by the quality of the pizzas.
The dough is excellent, light, and has a beautifully airy crust. We loved the freshness of the ingredients, especially the quality of the artichokes and the generous amount of fresh basil on every dish. Every detail, from the perfect cooking to the toppings, is meticulously crafted.
Highly recommended to anyone looking for a truly quality pizza. We'll definitely be back soon.

19/08/2026: Terrible service, extremely rude staff! We booked a table at 9 PM, arrived at 9:10 PM, and no one paid any attention to us. After waiting 5-6 minutes, we approached the cashier to ask if the table was ready. The lady rudely told us that our table had been taken by others due to the delay (10 minutes). The lady explained that the table had been ready for us since 8 PM, even though our reservation was for 9 PM. They didn't offer us any alternatives and treated us condescendingly. Highly discouraged!

26/06/2026: A simple, basic place. It doesn't have air conditioning, but the tables along the street are comfortable. The pizza, made by Franco, a pizza chef with decades of experience and a deep knowledge of the subject, is light and tasty. We ordered a classic marinara and a log, which was a pleasant surprise. Franco's kindness and courtesy make him stand out from his more highly-regarded colleagues. Next time, we'll try what we thought were some inviting panuozzi.

01/08/2025: The Montesarchio location is closed. When will you let people know? We showed up in the evening, and the place was closed... It was even sold to someone else. There was another name. A wasted trip and a huge disappointment.
22/05/2025: Ristorante pulito, moderno ed essenziale, quasi Newyorkese, ma i piatti, buonissimi, sono quelli della migliore tradizione napoletana.òGentilissimo e competente il personale di sala, in particolare la sig.na Chiara.
Sicuramente consigliabile.

11/07/2026: Terrible experience. 12 people missed out on 2 pizzas. We sat down at 9:30 and had pizzas at 11:00 PM. The fact that it's Saturday doesn't justify a 1.5-hour wait for a restaurant like this. Anyway, the pizzas were nothing special, decent, and the dough was 4. Never again. 😒
