29/05/2025: Una visita obbligatoria per chi si trova in irpinia. Enzo, simpaticissimo proprietario ci ha ricevuti con il garbo necessario e ci ha coccolati durante la cena con leccornie sopraffine preparate dalla mamma ai fornelli. Una esplosione di sapori che ha toccato il cuore con i tagliolini al tartufo e porcini. Come dessert un cannolo ripieno delicatissimo con crema di papaia che aveva il sapore delle spiagge brasiliane. Tutto annaffiato da un prezioso aglianico. Provare per credere. Ogni tanto una gioia. Successo enzo.

28/04/2025: Gastronomia carina con tavoli vicina al castello e al conservatorio, ambiente giovanile. Esperienza molto positiva, in due abbiamo scelto parmigiana di melanzane, baccalà al pomodoro e scarole con olive e capperi. Birra e ottimo pane della casa, il tutto con un costo di 29,50 euro.

The place is welcoming, the service is kind and the waiting times are more than reasonable. It is rare to find a pizzeria that manages to stand out so much for the quality of the dough, but here it is truly an absolute strong point. 29/06/2025: Let's start with the positive notes. Both the dough and the search for quality of the ingredients are good. There is no arguing about this point. The sore point, unfortunately, is that the pizzas, as time goes by, are offered with increasingly exaggerated cords and increasingly smaller dimensions. To be more explicit, they are more similar to the baby pizzas that were once ordered for children. All this means that the toppings on the pizzas are increasingly scarce and the prices are still high. Even the appetizers, which until a few years ago were particularly generous, are now increasingly dietetic. (But if I want to be on a diet, I'll stay at home). Example of Italian Frying proposed by Ragno: 1 croquette, 1 arancino, 1 mozzarella, 1 omelette and fried courgettes €9.00, but the size of the fried foods is for babies.....A bit like nouvelle cuisine, large plates and a spoonful, if you're lucky, of food. To prove what I say, just look at the many photos of Ragno's pizzas and understand that my criticism is intended to be constructive and not destructive. I can also understand that behind every commercial activity there are out-of-pocket expenses that obviously weigh on the business, but what I can't stand is that the end customer always has to pay the highest price. I'm also fine with you increasing prices, but at the same time, try to offer in exchange products proportionate to what we spend and not small pizzas or appetizers for starving people. But we humans are like this: as long as we eat out, we are all happy and I add... superficial He who is happy enjoys...not me, if I pay and not a little, I also want to eat. In Avellino, there is no shortage of excellent pizzerias, which offer the right quality-price ratio.

15/05/2025: A few months ago we visited the charming village of Greci (AV) and in the evening we decided to have dinner there, more precisely at the pizzeria “Tajuri”. The place is not very large, but it is nice and gives the feeling of cleanliness. The pizza was cooked in a wood oven, the dough is light and the edge is crispy. The ingredients are of excellent quality, especially the sausage and the local caciocavallo, which we enjoyed on the pizza “Katundi”. The table service was carried out with courtesy and speed; the bill was very generous.

26/05/2025: Un luogo fatato con un panorama mozzafiato, degno della Cucina che ti riporta davvero ai sapori genuini e e saporiti di una volta. Materie prime eccezionali, pizza buonissima e cura del cliente al tavolo. Costi che sono più che giusti per la qualità straordinaria offerta. Sicuramente una tappa fondamentale per chi passa o vuole fermarsi in Alta Irpinia.

We went to Daniele Gourmet with a group of gluten free specialists and we put the patience of the staff to the test by making impossible requests that were still granted even though they were at the limits of tolerability ... but it was a test ... definitely passed .. average prices neither low nor high, in line with the quality of the ingredients and certainly low compared to the product ... An experience to recommend ... The gluten free pizzas were better than the ordinary ones ... An unsolicited piece of advice that would eliminate any risk for us celiacs is: At this point why not focus only on those? Rating 9
