Edoardo's hard work and growth are all there, in his dough, enhanced by the choice of select ingredients and a selection of excellent craft beers. Avelli is a place I always return to with my heart, even if it takes me more than half an hour to get there, because it's a place where you feel good, you eat well, and you leave better than when you entered.
