05/03/2026: One of the most enjoyable dining experiences I've had recently was undoubtedly at this restaurant, where pizza truly takes center stage. The atmosphere is welcoming, with attention to detail and a relaxed vibe that invites you to sit back and enjoy the moment. The staff was immediately friendly and helpful, ready to recommend the house specialties and attentive throughout the service. The pizza was the real highlight of the evening. The dough was light, well-leavened, and perfectly cooked: crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside, just as a truly expertly made pizza should be. The quality of the ingredients is evident from the first bite. The tomato was fresh and flavorful, the mozzarella stringy and delicate, while the other toppings were balanced without overpowering the flavor of the dough. I also really appreciated the variety of the menu, which offers both classic pizzas and some more creative combinations. This allows everyone to find something to suit their tastes, from the most traditional to those who love to experiment with new flavors. The portions are generous and the quality-price ratio is absolutely fair considering the quality of the raw materials.

03/02/2026: Tiny dishes, beautifully presented but flavorless. Absolutely not worth the expense. The bill was high, and upon closer inspection, there were even some mistakes. The only thing left of "fine dining" here is the price. The kitchen is distracted, but the cashier is even more so.

19/12/2025: A real disappointment! All that glitters is not gold! It's completely different from what is advertised and described! The pizza dough is a bit rubbery and soggy, not exactly easy to digest. The pizza was burnt in several areas (see photo) and the toppings were salty, especially the speck on the Montanara. It's well known that burnt products are bad for your health. The topping (braided DOP buffalo mozzarella) on the Vulcanica was tasteless. Furthermore, this pizza also had too much tomato sauce, making it soggy. The menu only includes four traditional pizzas; the others are all specials, with prices that don't match the quality. The service is a bit slow. IT'S NOT WORTH IT! NEVER AGAIN!

04/03/2026: I ordered a pizza to go and a Campari liquid to eat in. The bar staff were super friendly and we had fun chatting, and the pizza I got was absolutely delicious.

20/03/2026: this place is amazing! super friendly & attentive staff. we got gnocchi, a chicken cutlet, fries, a drink, tiramisu, and a limoncello shot for only €18! such an amazing deal. definitely highly recommend this place

19/03/2026: An exceptional place. The food is delicious, homemade, and of very high quality. The prices are incredible, and they don't charge a cover fee (I'm fed up with the other restaurants on this coast that take advantage and blatantly raise their prices). The owners are delightful. They were fantastic to work with.

06/03/2026: March is extra season in Ischia but nevertheless it was a sunny beautiful day and La Tinaia was open for business as many other restaurants are closed for the season. Our table was on the terrace - food was very good, service a little bit long but understandable as all plates are made from scratch. We can say we have spend a beautiful afternoon on the terrace of this restaurant. Suitable for families as well as for couples and groups.

16/01/2026: Today we returned to La Tinaia for lunch. It was truly excellent—not just the food, but the service was also very friendly and attentive, and even our dog Massimo was given fresh water right away. We had mixed fried specialties and a seafood salad, followed by a perfectly cooked steak with fries. A true delight. We'll definitely be back, as we live nearby and it's not far. 04/03/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant. It was excellent, the portions were perfect. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. A very welcoming place, I highly recommend it.

01/03/2026: Spectacular food with friendly welcoming staff and a warm atmosphere. We both got the pasta with sausage and mushrooms and it was the best pasta of the entire trip. The staff was really good with the kids and made them a penne aglio e olio which they loved.

03/01/2026: The place is a bit dated. We had an octopus salad but I didn't like it very much. The spaghetti with clams was very good.

20/02/2026: A pizza with all the ingredients on top... obviously with more tomato sauce... But amateur pizza makers, while an expert would be able to understand that when you put a lot of ingredients on the pizza, the bottom gets cooked, but underneath all the ingredients, the dough was raw... Of course, today you're only playing on numbers, but I don't think so about quality. WE ARE NOT ALL IGNORANT.

01/12/2025: I went to this pizzeria last night with some friends and we had a wonderful meal. The pizza of the month (with chestnuts, buffalo mozzarella, and cavolo nero) was the perfect treat for these cold winter days; plus, the meatball mix was just like Grandma's on Sundays in her ragù: flavorful and delicious. The staff was excellent, super friendly and helpful; I can't wait to go back.

27/12/2025: A simple yet welcoming restaurant with a family atmosphere and excellent traditional cuisine served in generous portions. From appetizers to desserts, everything was excellent, and to finish, they even made their own homemade liqueurs. Excellent value for money, we'll definitely be back.
