Serafina In Nola

It's become a habit now: whenever you go shopping on the weekend in the morning, you can't miss lunch at Serafina. Good value, friendly staff, and attentive to customer needs.

This restaurant is located inside the Vulcano Buono shopping center; I'd say it's neither good nor bad. I ordered the set menus for €17 and a beef tagliata. The set menus included a choice of first and second courses, while the drink was paid separately. They were acceptable, but obviously, you shouldn't expect much from a menu like this. The tagliata was quite good and well-cooked. The service was very friendly. It's a good option if you're at Vulcano Buono.

I had dinner alone on a weekday. The pizza was good (I had the parmigiana), and the service was professional. A small observation: they should improve and increase their selection of draft beers; currently, they only have one (a very industrial pale lager).

A good pizza to enjoy in a traditional Neapolitan-style restaurant in the food court of the mall. Decent dough, average prices, and very slow service.

I don't like their restaurant menu, but their pizza is truly superb. Very light and made with quality ingredients. Truly excellent.

The atmosphere is chaotic and very hot. The food is good, but the service is terrible. We called the waiter to bring us another bottle of water and he exclaimed, "It's equal to camelback." This really offended us. I won't mention his name because I don't know. Then we asked for tissues, and the tall guy with gelled hair and earrings threw them on the table very violently. This attitude is very rude, and he should be fired.

I was there this evening with my friends. The food was excellent, but some of the employees were really lacking in politeness: when they brought us water, they slammed it on the table, same thing with the napkins. Then we asked for a third 75cl bottle of water, and an employee with black, non-gelled hair responded with a listless attitude: "Eh parit i camell." The place was also quite crowded; it was very hot, so they could have turned on a bit of air conditioning.

If you want to eat a contemporary, with excellent ingredients, light, and cooked to perfection (always), where the staff is kind and professional, you have to go to Naples or Caserta... and NO... you have to go to Vulcano Buono at SERAFINA, I'm a fan, and I can guarantee you that here you will eat a top pizza, balanced both in the dough and in the toppings, a very experienced pizza chef (he makes you want pizza, just looking at him, he moves with great mastery, I don't know his name, he only told me he's been working there for 15 years) and I compliment him... while my children eat sandwiches I always take the opportunity to taste an excellent pizza. Congratulations! Ps. I'm not adding photos because I devoured the pizza 🤣🤣

We ate at the Serafina restaurant and had a truly excellent experience. We ordered two buffalo mozzarellas and a pizza with buffalo mozzarella: top-quality products, incredibly fresh, and with an authentic flavor. As an Italian, I can say the food is excellent; you can taste the care taken in selecting the ingredients and the respect for tradition. The buffalo mozzarella was creamy and flavorful, and the pizza was well-cooked, light, and delicious. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Neapolitan cuisine. We'll definitely be back.

I went to this pizzeria for lunch for the first time with my boyfriend. The pizza was really good and the staff were friendly.
