07/01/2025: An honest pizzeria al taglio, which offers both slices and round pizzas, whole or portioned, as well as many fried foods. Practically an institution in the Mellusi area, it also has a small space in front, closed and heated with mushroom stoves, to eat "on the Road". A place without pretensions and unnecessary frills and very courteous staff: they are aware of their offer and present it with professionalism. I especially recommend the Castelpoto pizza, which is white with baked potatoes and the famous spicy sausage of the town from which it takes its name.

14/06/2025: Light and tasty contemporary pizza. The nerano frittatina was a pleasant surprise. Compliments to the kind and friendly staff.

09/06/2025: Honestly the best pizza I’ve ever had. Simple and delicious. The garlic on it was super tasty. We used google translate to place our order and I loved the experience. Super authentic!!! Here for 3 days and will definitely be back. Thank you so much :)

25/05/2025: I just stayed in this facility for work but unfortunately the facility outside of the very beautiful view that some rooms have on the coastal side and is an old structure in total disuse, internal doors completely destroyed, dirty walls with blood stains from those who previously tried to kill mosquitoes on the walls of which the rooms are full Dust everywhere under the bed inside the wardrobes on the furniture Bathrooms dilapidated and not suitable for the assigned category Courtesy sets almost ineffective, no slippers, no bathrobe and courtesy products that are not even found in 60s pensions Total rudeness of the reception where we were welcomed by a lady who was quite arrogant and annoyed Insufficient car parking because the facility is used for ceremonies and wedding banquets so for the hotel guests they do not reserve places and do not have a driving service but you have to look for a place The external furniture positioned on the Balcony is dirty and all full of rust which is the life motif of the entire facility that by looking out onto the balcony and distracting your eyes from the unique spectacle of the coast that has its own fax machine you realize how there are countless renovation works started and never finished and with exposed concrete irons all full of rust To conclude music and disco until 5 in the morning at volumes impossible to rest All this is the Reason that when you arrive at the hotel you ask for advance payment and not just the guarantee card for fear that guests on departure with good reason complain about an inadequate payment and rate I strongly advise against it and a place to avoid it is a shame because it could be a beautiful structure in terms of location and view

19/05/2025: Very nice hotel, even if dated it retains its elegance and refinement. Very clean. Top breakfast, you can really find everything. Dinner too. However I did not understand why in the "half board" the waiter's welcome was "So, you have half board, but obviously it's not like you take appetizer, first and second course... you can choose two savory dishes and dessert, drinks are paid for...". Very polite and kind boy, but he approached with this sentence, and not only at my table. So half board will be just like that. I am not very accustomed to the subject. Excellent quality food. SORRY NOTE FOR LOVERS OF RELAXATION... do not go on the weekend. On Saturday night DISCO until morning, with screaming volumes. I complained to the reception, at 2 in the morning already destroyed, but nothing! They could not turn the volume down. But, with the same intellectual honesty, I must also say that in the morning, I found the manager ready to explain everything. They are looking for a solution to this inconvenience of no small importance (as far as I am concerned). Apart from this great inconvenience, everything is very nice. Carmine at the Reception TOP!

10/04/2025: Pizza was delicious, selection very large. Nice and authentic service, wine is only available in bottles. The ambience along the street is not that great, the dining room is also rather simple.

29/05/2025: I have been there many times, always kind and I ate well, tonight instead hallucinating, cold fritto misto, moreover after an hour and a half of waiting we didn't even have the pizza and we left without eating. This is not how you can do catering, shameful.

14/06/2025: We stayed a week in mid-June, a very positive experience, the rooms comfortable and clean, the breakfast with a good assortment of homemade desserts, the dinner with abundant, varied and well-cooked food. Excellent value for money and above all the kindness, courtesy and availability of the owners. Recommended!

I am happy to share my experience: the Da Mario Restaurant is one of those places that has managed to improve day after day over the years, with continuous innovations, without ever making a mistake. A welcoming and refined environment, combined with a truly high level of cuisine, especially when compared to the costs: unbeatable quality-price ratio. The proposal is wide and suitable for everyone: vegetarians, vegans, celiacs and children always find dishes designed for them. I appreciated the aubergine meatballs, the battered vegetables, the paccheri with pepper and ricotta cream, and the vegetarian pizzas like the Ortolana, all also available gluten-free. For the little ones there are burgers, chips, cutlets and baby-sized pizzas, perfect for every taste. And for birthday parties? There is also a dedicated room with entertainment, karaoke and music! The large outdoor terrace, enclosed by walls and plants, is ideal for children, who can move around safely. Accessibility is another strong point: ramps for strollers and disabled people, high chairs, attention to allergies, and free parking on the side or blue lines right in front of the venue. A place where tradition, innovation and attention to customers come together perfectly. Congratulations to all the staff!

06/05/2025: Abbiamo scelto la Pizzeria da Mario a Capua per la nostra serata di San Valentino, e non potevamo fare scelta migliore! Atmosfera calda, accoglienza impeccabile e – soprattutto – un nuovo menù che è una vera dichiarazione d’amore per chi ama la pizza d’autore. Abbiamo voluto provare due delle nuove proposte e siamo rimasti senza parole: io ho scelto la pizza con fiori di zucca e speck del Trentino e la mia ragazza ha optato per quella con mortadella e pesto di pistacchio fatto in casa. Semplicemente irresistibili. Il servizio è stato cordiale e puntuale, nonostante il locale fosse pieno. Una vera eccellenza del territorio, assolutamente da provare. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare: da Mario non si mangia solo una pizza, si vive un’esperienza!

18/04/2025: God betjening, Gode priser og rigtig god pizza med meget lækker tomatsovs.Hyggelig familieejet restaurant. Lidt dårlig akustik i lokalet. Hurtig servering af mad.

21/06/2025: A very nice place with homemade food and wine and spirits. The pizza was one of the worst I've had in Italy. Hard edges, lacking flavor, and it became soggy when heated (I don't know if they used a microwave). It's a shame because the service was good and the place is very nice.
