12/05/2026: The idea isn't new, but it always makes an impression. Umberto and Antonella offer something different and interesting: pizzas made with sulphurous water, truly delicious. We chose a calzone and an ortolana. But there's so much more. The atmosphere is unique, as is the opportunity to sample carefully prepared local dishes paired with excellent wines, presented by Antonella herself, who is also a renowned sommelier. Recommended for refined palates and those who appreciate authenticity.

03/04/2026: I tried it at the opening when I still lived in Naples, and now I always have to go back every time I return. The pizzas are really good and plentiful. The dough is very good, and the fried pizza isn't heavy at all. The frittatas are delicious. The staff is young and very friendly. Highly recommended for everything.

The draft beers were also excellent, perfect for accompanying dinner. The quality-price ratio is truly excellent, considering the quality and quantity. Recommended for a quiet evening with excellent food.

03/05/2026: My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant on May 3, 2026. We ordered a first course, an extra drink each, a bottle of water, and two liqueurs, and spent €35. It was absolutely excellent value for money. For my first course, I ordered tagliatelle with wild boar ragù. I felt like I was having lunch at my grandmother's house, warmed up inside. It was a truly delicious dish, starting with the homemade pasta with game ragù, which was truly well-prepared. I highly recommend this place, especially for the very polite and friendly staff. If you're in Telese, you absolutely must eat here.

31/07/2026: I went with colleagues to the historic Zimbarella restaurant. It's ideal for stockfish lovers. Although "stockfish" would be an understatement, as all the dishes exceeded everyone's expectations. Recommended

04/07/2026: I love this place! Staff was helpful, super friendly, funny, knowledgeable, understanding. The food...homey crap! It was sooooooo good. We are only in the area for 3 days but I will eat there another 1 to 2 times bc it is just that good!!!! Pizza was juicy, completely full of flavor. Tried their fried seaweed...super yummy. The staff did their best to understand our English and our butchered Italien. I appreciated their efforts...but in the end, everything was perfect. And one of the best parts...super affordable! This pizza was better than any I had in other parts of Italy. Cannot recommend enough!!!

12/05/2026: They've Changed...For the Worse We booked at 10:00 PM for 8 (6 adults, 2 children), and we arrived well in advance. They seated us at a table for 6 with the option of waiting outside again for a table for 8. We didn't sit down because we were hungry. The tables were practically 70cm apart. To avoid hurting ourselves, I alerted the lady at the other table, and she did the same for me. Fried foods, like the €8 trio of Montanarine, have evolved into "Beignets," three bites after the trio is finished. Embarrassingly large. Waiters: frankly, rushed and anxious. Ambience: This is what made the evening the most unpleasant. The excessive noise. There were 100 of us in a room that could seat about 60 people. It was SO noisy. It was difficult to converse with the other friends at the table. In fact, we stopped for dessert and headed to the nearest ice cream shop, where we finally started the evening. I understand it was Saturday night, but you deserve a word of advice: You built a veranda to increase the number of seats and perhaps customers, but the result was only to dissuade people from returning. The pizza was good, but...not worth it.
