The first time I tried the pizza, it was worth it for its digestibility, ingredients, and dough. Recently, I also tried the grilled meat, which I absolutely loved. All at affordable prices. Definitely recommended!

09/04/2026: One star is even too much. I was standing in front of this takeaway pizzeria in Naples and was about to order a pizza when I noticed the "menu of the day" on each table. The photo makes it very clear: first course + second course + side dish + water for 12 euros. It's written in black and white, unambiguously. Tempted by the price, I ordered a first course and a second course, convinced they were on the menu. I got to the cashier and they asked me for 24 euros. Since the restaurant will surely respond, I ask them to post a photo of the menu... I point out that the menu clearly says a first course, a second course, a side dish, and water, but they told me it actually meant "a first course or a second course." This isn't an explanation; it's an incorrect way of presenting the offer. The menu is misleading and leads the customer to believe something different than what is actually served. Call it what you will, but this is unacceptable behavior. This isn't how you work, and above all, this isn't how you treat customers, even less so in a city like Naples. I will never set foot in there again, and I advise everyone to be very careful. Shameful.

19/04/2026: I've ordered pizza many times from this pizzeria in Rione Alto, where there are numerous pizzerias. I start with the pizza; if it's good, it's good, but if it's bad, usually about once in two, depending on the pizza chef's or other's mood, it's burnt, dry, or swimming in various tomato and mozzarella liquids. To err is human. To persevere is diabolical, however. One thing you MUST NEVER DO, however, is to mention the condition of the pizza you received. Otherwise? Well, otherwise, the "very kind" owner will invite you to: THEN DON'T CALL US AGAIN!!!! It's redundant to say that I slavishly followed the invitation!!! NEVER EVER EVER call us again! Of course, there are better pizzerias in abundance, we're in Naples!!! The kingdom of pizza. It's equally true that they won't close down for losing a customer FOREVER (who ordered every week), but maybe they haven't lost just ONE customer. 11/05/2026: Saturday night dinner at this restaurant, which proves to be an excellent choice for those seeking substance and courtesy. Despite having booked for 9:45 PM, we arrived around 10:15 PM, but the wait was more than worth it thanks to the warm welcome and helpful staff, who were always very kind, even to children. The pizza is good, with quality ingredients and, to be commendable, the portions are decidedly generous. Excellent value: the food is good and the bill is absolutely fair. Notes on accessibility and space: - The entrance has two steps to access the interior, a detail to consider for those in wheelchairs or with heavy strollers. - The interior space is a bit cramped, which can make movement slightly difficult on busy evenings. - It was not possible to verify the accessibility of the restrooms on this occasion. Regarding parking, unfortunately, it was difficult to find a parking space. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely be back for another pizza. Recommended!

23/05/2026: A pleasant surprise! Recommended by a friend, we went to this restaurant with four of us. As soon as we entered, you'd notice a classy, ​​seafood-inspired venue. A gracious and professional welcome that fades into the service, with minor, but not particularly annoying, flaws. The quality of the food is excellent; you can tell the chef knows how to craft the finest ingredients. We ordered an appetizer for four; then paccheri with amberjack, recommended by the waitress as part of the day's catch. The service was interesting, with the fillets left over from cooking the amberjack being added; and finally, fried shrimp and calamari, served on a bed of fried spaghetti, all accompanied by an excellent sparkling white wine. For four of us, we spent €260. Considering the service, the quality of the food, and the three bottles of wine, I think it's a more than fair price.

12/05/2026: The idea isn't new, but it always makes an impression. Umberto and Antonella offer something different and interesting: pizzas made with sulphurous water, truly delicious. We chose a calzone and an ortolana. But there's so much more. The atmosphere is unique, as is the opportunity to sample carefully prepared local dishes paired with excellent wines, presented by Antonella herself, who is also a renowned sommelier. Recommended for refined palates and those who appreciate authenticity.

01/05/2026: I returned from Il Cantuccio after a nearly three-hour drive, driven by fond memories of a lively place with music and a truly fun atmosphere. Unfortunately, the experience was completely different. The place seems to have lost its identity: no music, no atmosphere, just another restaurant. When asked for an explanation, I received frankly embarrassing excuses, which made everything even more disappointing. The food also didn't live up to expectations: average dishes, nothing memorable, especially considering its fame and price. All in all, a long trip that's definitely not worth it. If you're looking for a special experience or even just a good restaurant, there are much better options. Not recommended.

12/09/2025: Found online. Welcoming place. What can I say? We tried it for lunch, and the pizza was delicious and the wait was just right. Unfortunately, in the evening the kitchen is only open for meat dishes, not seafood. I should point out that we've been there twice before, but on Sunday evening, September 7, 2025, despite a queue due to heavy traffic, we arrived, sat down, and placed our order at 8:40 PM. After a few reminders, the pizzas arrived around 10:00 PM, and unfortunately, they weren't up to par with the other two times. Perhaps the pizza chef wasn't the same as the other lunch times, where he really put his heart and soul into the preparation. I have to say, it was a bit disappointing. I hope it was a coincidence. We'll definitely be back to enjoy excellent pizza again. The service and hospitality were excellent and attentive. Well done to the staff.
