I simply called to cancel a reservation and, instead of receiving a polite or professional response, they hung up on me without even letting me finish speaking. This is disrespectful and unacceptable behavior toward customers. I will definitely not return and I strongly advise against this place to anyone looking for reliability and respect.

22/04/2026: The food at this Osteria is particularly good. We went on a very quiet Monday night and enjoyed friendly and personable service from an English speaking waitress. The menu of is more extensive than I would have expected for a small, neighborhood spot. Antipasti include several salads and a variety of starters, including several seafood dishes. Primi include a variety of pastas, land and sea. The seconds include meat and seafood dishes. There’s also a pizza oven, though we did not try the pizza There’s several reasonably priced bottled wine options, featuring mostly local producers. We highly recommend this restaurant.

01/05/2026: I returned from Il Cantuccio after a nearly three-hour drive, driven by fond memories of a lively place with music and a truly fun atmosphere. Unfortunately, the experience was completely different. The place seems to have lost its identity: no music, no atmosphere, just another restaurant. When asked for an explanation, I received frankly embarrassing excuses, which made everything even more disappointing. The food also didn't live up to expectations: average dishes, nothing memorable, especially considering its fame and price. All in all, a long trip that's definitely not worth it. If you're looking for a special experience or even just a good restaurant, there are much better options. Not recommended.

27/04/2026: A delicious meal on a terrace with spectacular views of the beach. Highly recommended, although a bit pricey, but well worth it.

12/05/2026: The food was good, and the prices were reasonable for Amalfi. The service wasn't the best; I have to say, Italians seem to dislike foreigners.

12/09/2025: Found online. Welcoming place. What can I say? We tried it for lunch, and the pizza was delicious and the wait was just right. Unfortunately, in the evening the kitchen is only open for meat dishes, not seafood. I should point out that we've been there twice before, but on Sunday evening, September 7, 2025, despite a queue due to heavy traffic, we arrived, sat down, and placed our order at 8:40 PM. After a few reminders, the pizzas arrived around 10:00 PM, and unfortunately, they weren't up to par with the other two times. Perhaps the pizza chef wasn't the same as the other lunch times, where he really put his heart and soul into the preparation. I have to say, it was a bit disappointing. I hope it was a coincidence. We'll definitely be back to enjoy excellent pizza again. The service and hospitality were excellent and attentive. Well done to the staff.

25/05/2026: A truly atmospheric local spot where Italian families gather for dinner in the evenings, folding up a few tables and sitting down to eat and chat. The food is delicious, truly Italian, with simple ingredients. Affordable and tasty, Italian style. I recommend it.

01/02/2026: The food, atmosphere and price were excellent, nothing to complain about except the waiting time being a bit long, but otherwise everything was ok.

10/05/2026: The food was quite good, the problem was the service and the timing. The appetizers arrived and we hadn't received any plates. There were four of us, and two dishes arrived, and then after 10 minutes, the other two arrived, not to mention the focaccia, which never came. The second floor has no view whatsoever. This would be understandable if the restaurant had been full, which it wasn't. I think there are better places for the same price.

06/05/2026: The pizzas are very good. Neapolitan style but slightly closer to crispy, which we prefer.
