In my life. And yet, it wasn't like that at first. What changed??? Extremely disappointed.
29/05/2026: Excellent pizza, cashier management needs improvement
We were eight young people at Pampanini Pizzeria in Benevento. The pizza was very good, and the place was nice. Kudos to the kitchen and table service.
The checkout experience was a shame: we wanted to pay "Roman style" (split the bill equally) and then each pay with what they had (cash or card). The cashier was insolent and arrogant, insisting that we all pay with the same method—either all cash or all card. For a group of eight young people, this is inconvenient and impractical.
The place deserves it; the food gets a thumbs up. I hope you can better train the cashier staff, because this kind of thing risks losing customers.

28/07/2026: My Partner and I spent a few days in Cetara, and we ended up coming to Mare Pizza almost every day. We wanted to try as much as possible, and honestly, everything we had was absolutely delicious.
The food is easily an 11/10. Every dish was full of flavor, fresh, and made with so much care. You can really taste the passion behind it.
But what made us come back again and again was not only the food, but also the people. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We always looked forward to coming back, and every visit made us smile.

22/05/2026: Excellent seafood and meat restaurant, good first courses. A place where you can eat absolutely anything and leave more than satisfied. The management is professional and friendly. I recommend it.
14/05/2026: On the Pertini seafront in Pozzuoli, I Mascalzoni Latini restaurant and pizzeria offers a small dining room where we sat, but it has a well-sheltered outdoor area that can accommodate larger groups, including wheelchair users. The service was good, the food we ate was excellent, and overall the quality/price ratio was good. Recommended.

04/07/2026: Visiting the coast, we came from Spain. The pasta with sea urchins was excellent. The pasta with langoustines and cherry tomatoes was superb, the fish was excellent, and the wine was magnificent. The service was quick and efficient.
02/07/2026: I knew Cantuccio would be a disappointment, because I'd already been there once and didn't like it at all.
I decided to go back, but the outcome was even worse than the first time. I ate the worst raw fish I've ever eaten: the shrimp and scampi were badly cleaned, with the shells not completely removed and the fillet (intestine) still present. So I had to clean them myself at the table. And they weren't fresh. The oysters were even worse: badly opened! The second course wasn't up to par either, as I ordered fish and grilled vegetables as a side, and they brought me a dry amberjack steak, and the vegetables were ridiculous.
Obviously for the modest sum of over €100 per person.

25/04/2026: Excellent. Amazing pizza and great prices. We stopped here on the way to Rome, 10 minutes from the highway exit. Parking is easy to find.

31/03/2026: Rustic place as they once were, very welcoming warm family atmosphere, you can enjoy a beautiful hill air, outside outdoor space to eat and let the puppies play, the staff is polite and kind, attentive to every little request, the pizza is very good, light and well leavened, topped with fresh and quality products, we also tried the fried foods, also very very good, tasty and not greasy, the price is normal.

06/06/2026: We didn't even have time to enter when the very nice gentleman behind the counter thought it best to tell us "7 open" in a rude manner. I, who speak Italian, reminded him that you greet people first, after which you talk, these are the basics of working in contact with customers. Moreover, it was open on maps.
12/05/2026: One of the best pizzas I've ever had. The crust was soft and thin, the ingredients fresh, and prepared to order. Simply delicious.
The staff started arguing amongst themselves, we think because they didn't want us to come in, haha, but we enjoyed the flavor and a good old-fashioned Italian brawl.

25/06/2026: A delicious dinner with high-quality ingredients just a few kilometers from Salerno. After appetizers of vegetables, mozzarella and ricotta, croquettes, and eggplant parmigiana, the chef delighted us with a pappardella made with chickpeas, mushrooms, and hazelnuts. A delight, absolutely worth trying!

15/03/2026: A charming, family-run restaurant located near the Belvedere terrace in San Sebastiano al Vesuvio. The food is excellent, and the prices are fair. The pizza and fried foods are delicious; try the crocche, large and flavorful. The service is excellent, with friendly and helpful waiters. I highly recommend it: excellent value for money. March 2026
