To err is human. To persevere is diabolical, however. One thing you MUST NEVER DO, however, is to mention the condition of the pizza you received. Otherwise? It's equally true that they won't close down for losing a customer FOREVER (who ordered every week), but maybe they haven't lost just ONE customer. The first time, I ordered a panuozzo with porchetta, and it arrived with pancetta. This time, I ordered a panuozzo with sausage and fries, but they only delivered the sausages without fries. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when it happens multiple times, it becomes annoying, especially when you pay for the service. I hope they pay more attention to orders in the future.
