11/11/2025: After 10 years of absence, the last time I went to the old establishment, and I brought some of my colleagues from Brescia to let them eat the quality fish and in abundance not drawn on the plate and I made a great impression; they couldn't believe their eyes at how much food they had brought us of all qualities. Here in the new establishment I always found the same spectacular welcome, always fresh, genuine food, Diego and a great chef, Papa Sabatino, always a great gentleman, excellent service. I booked on Saturday afternoon, it was packed, but for friends, as always, they found a table. Thanks Diego, thanks Sabatino, when I return I swear I'll book the week before, hahahahah, a hug, you are the best.

22/12/2025: A restaurant that sells out of 10 of its 11 courses on Sunday evening isn't a great success, but only because it skipped shopping to avoid leftovers, since it's closed on Mondays. For example, the fisherman's rice with 4 mussels and 2 lupini beans (instead of clams) for 18 euros, or 20 grams of broccoli per person as a side dish for 6 euros per dish.
Honesty pays.
To be avoided completely.

It’s ok pizza, but there are better places in Napoli and certainly not worth being sat in the secondary windowless dining room (around the corner from the original). The pizzas are already marked up in cost to other amazing places in Napoli. In addition, they charge a mandatory 15% service on top of the 2€ coperto per person simply because they know they can (Anthony Bourdain).

It's located right in front of Palazzo Sanfelice.
Simple, but very clean and welcoming.
The bathroom was also very clean.
We ate excellent fried pizza and drank craft beer.
Excellent price.

Our dinner was accompanied by a wide variety of freshly baked breads, all strictly finger-sized for a wonderful tasting experience. The breadsticks, filled with butter and nutmeg, also stunned everyone.
The seafood dishes are indescribable; they speak for themselves once tasted.

The atmosphere was top-notch, elegant, and fun, thanks in part to the vocalist. The food was excellent, plentiful, and of high quality. The service was impeccable. The photographer was incredibly kind. I recommend Ekle to everyone for your special event ❤️

17/11/2025: The food is reasonably priced and of good quality. Although the restaurant is quite large, the tables are too close together, so you're constantly bumped into by passing customers.
I think it's best to avoid Saturdays, as it tends to be very crowded. Despite having made a reservation, we had to wait about a quarter of an hour for a table. Despite the restaurant being very crowded, the service was overall quick, and the wait staff were very polite.

27/03/2026: Unlike the locals, we didn't receive any bread and, of course, had to pay the cover charge. The salad arrived when we were already halfway through our pizza – without vinegar, oil, salt, or pepper – which only came after we asked for it. Furthermore, the front door was constantly open, letting in a cold draft. We didn't feel very welcome.

09/09/2025: We went for the beach bar and lunch the 2 days we stayed in Ischia. The experience was amazing, Luigi was the cherry on top! Prices were great. We spent all day lounging with drinks and bar snacks, along with swimming in the ocean. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach day!
