31/08/2025: We stayed at the Hotel Vittoria for a week and had a great time. The hotel is very conveniently located practically at the beginning of Folgaria's main street, but it has a large parking lot, so we never had any trouble finding a spot. Our room was brand new, spacious, soundproofed, and clean. My girls were very happy with their bunk bed. The breakfast was also good and varied, and the staff, both in the dining room and at reception, were very friendly. Highly recommended.

11/11/2025: After 10 years of absence, the last time I went to the old establishment, and I brought some of my colleagues from Brescia to let them eat the quality fish and in abundance not drawn on the plate and I made a great impression; they couldn't believe their eyes at how much food they had brought us of all qualities. Here in the new establishment I always found the same spectacular welcome, always fresh, genuine food, Diego and a great chef, Papa Sabatino, always a great gentleman, excellent service. I booked on Saturday afternoon, it was packed, but for friends, as always, they found a table. Thanks Diego, thanks Sabatino, when I return I swear I'll book the week before, hahahahah, a hug, you are the best.

18/09/2025: I went to this place for the first time with my girlfriend. I'd heard about "Monti la pizza fritta" and followed it on social media, but I'd never had the chance to try it. The place is located in the center of Battipaglia; you can park a few hundred meters away and walk. It's always a good idea to book on weekends to ensure a seat. This place has a very original look; as soon as you enter, it feels like you've stepped back in time, with a spectacular, meticulously designed setting. It makes a truly evocative impact, accompanied by delicious Neapolitan background music. We tried quite a few things: the frittatina, fries, fried pizza, bruschetta, and finally the fried dessert, all washed down with good beer. The menu is truly spoiled for choice. After ordering, you're given a light that sounds as soon as your order is ready. We sat down, and after just 10 minutes, our order was ready! Spectacular, fast service. Everything was delicious, and I didn't suffer from any stomach upset or acid reflux. I'm happy with this experience, and I'll definitely be spending more evenings there with friends. 18/10/2025: Beautiful hotel, great view and location! Helpful porters to get your bags and bring them back to dock. Room furnishings a little dated but very clean. Air conditioning also worked really well and room came equipped with a steamer which was really helpful as most hotels don’t have irons for you to use.

09/09/2025: Definitely the best pizzas we've had in the area. Especially the taste of the scoops is a level or 2 higher than the other pizza places. Be aware though that their Devil pizza is quite strong.

27/10/2025: Very well organized in green pass control, with tables spaced just the right distance apart. We hadn't been there in a few years, and we couldn't help but regret the lost time. The pizza was superb, that's all there is to it! The staff is attentive, extremely kind, and very professional. Next time in Naples, it'll be pizza at La Caraffa 👍🏻It's been three years since our last review, but we've continued to frequent La Caraffa for pizza. This Saturday, we found ourselves there for lunch. As soon as we walked in, the aroma of Genovese was irresistible. We decided to replace the pizza. A perfect choice! Genovese, pasta and potatoes with provola, tagliatelle with mushrooms, ham, and cream... What can I say? And the desserts to finish were truly exquisite. The service is impeccable. The lady serving the tables, in particular, deserves nothing but praise!

06/11/2025: Open Gate Hotel in Praiano was absolutely spotless, you can tell right away how much pride the family takes in keeping everything clean and customer first. You truly feel like you’re stepping into their home with how warmly they welcome and cater to guests. The on-site restaurant served some of the best dinner we had in all of Praiano. The breakfast that’s included is perfect, with something for everyone. There’s a great spread of American options but also an authentic Italian breakfast with fresh pastries, fruit, and local specialties that were out of this world. The location is really great. Its about a 10 minute walk to the marina, a bus stop right out front which Pasquale helped make sure we caught and a 5 minute taxi ride to the center or 20 minute walk. This was not my first time visiting Praiano but now I know about this gem. Between the view, the food, and the incredible hospitality, Open Gate Hotel made our stay unforgettable and I will be back.

28/10/2025: Amazing staff who were very helpful with everything. Clean rooms and hotel overall. The restaurant was also very nice, great breakfast. Stunning views from the room. Easy to get around on the Amalfi coast. The hotel was located on a busy main road, so the noise from the road was quite loud. However, this was not a significant issue for us. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back!

11/11/2025: The best pizza I've ever had in Naples

09/11/2025: Returned today The crispy fried frittata was delicious, the obligatory "S. Gennaro" hat was inexplicable, plus the two friendly and courteous girls at the tables. They were served and gone in half an hour with the pizzeria full. I've been to many well-known pizzerias where you have to queue for hours, but often it's the name, not the quality of the food. In this case, 5 stars aren't enough...see you soon 😉

27/10/2025: The pasta and pizza don't have an Italian flavor. The atmosphere and service are very good. Recommended for spending some time and having a cocktail.

11/11/2025: Excellent pizza, family-run, courteous and friendly. A generation of pizza makers. In short, if you want to try a delicious pizza, go during the week and you won't regret it; you'll definitely be back. I used to be a customer of his parents'; they also had a pizzeria, and every time I returned from vacation, I had to go back to theirs for a satisfying pizza that not only tasted good, but also tasted amazing. Well, their son Michele has kept the tradition alive.

21/09/2025: Great place and excellent service. I recommend it if you want to have pizza, we have been to other restaurants, but here we liked the pizza the most. And the best is the margharitta.

06/12/2025: A classic family restaurant with a simple traditional interior, where nothing has changed for 100 years (for the better 😉). The pizza was great, I also tried Neapolitan fritta pizza for the first time 👍. The red wine tasted a bit suspicious 🤣, but it was okay. Feel free to stop by, you won't ruin anything. The pizza was delicious 👍.
