I've been there before and can confirm that it's one of my favorite pizzas. The dough is light yet hearty, leaving you full without feeling heavy. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality. Last night we ate a superb pizza recommended by Mariano, with crispy, fresh ricotta cheese, and walnut kernels with drops of honey. Truly delicious, paired with a nice dark beer. But everyone knows that Infermento pizzeria is a guarantee.

It's confirmed as a top pizzeria. Mouth-watering!

The dining room is a bit noisy, but that's fine on Saturdays. The pizza, however, is excellent.

At Infermento, pizza stops being just pizza and becomes almost a small gastronomic ritual. 🍕 An elegant place, with attention to detail, and quick and attentive service that accompanies the evening without ever being intrusive. The dough is truly excellent: light, well-ripened, and memorable. The ingredients are fresh and well-balanced, transforming every bite into a true culinary experience. It's one of those places you enjoy going to and leave already thinking about returning. One small note: despite having plenty of space, we were seated in a room with a fairly large and festive group. The atmosphere was certainly cheerful, but a bit noisy for those, like us, who wanted to chat quietly. Overall, however, Infermento remains a stop well worth returning to.
