We started with a fragrant peppered mussel stew, perfectly flavorful. The shrimp tartare was incredibly fresh, delicate, and meticulously prepared.
The spaghetti with clams was simply spectacular: creamy, balanced, and made with a lot of bread.
And then the fried fish... incredible: dry, light, crispy, with top-quality fish.
An experience that smells of the sea and passion. Definitely worth returning. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

05/01/2026: Every time we come to Calabria, we stop by Excalibur at least once, certain of finding carefully prepared dishes with excellent ingredients and expertise. The table service is excellent. Their delicious desserts... oh... you must also try their artisanal ice cream at the bar... sublime.
