11/05/2026: We got a great table right away, even with our dog. The service was friendly, the decor rather simple, but that fits the region well. We were particularly impressed by the large 50x50 cm pizza, which you can combine with various toppings – ideal for 3-4 people. It tasted fantastic, the price was absolutely fair, and the wait time was reasonable. Tip: don't arrive too late, as it can take a bit longer otherwise. The owner is spirited but very welcoming.

03/05/2026: It was a truly awful evening from start to finish. Food: The pizza was really poorly made. Poor ingredients, unpleasant flavor. I couldn't even finish it. Service: Frustrating experience. We waited forever, and the staff was cold, almost annoyed. No customer service. Ambience: The place is neglected and poorly maintained. It doesn't make you feel comfortable. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it. For the price we paid, there are much better places in the area. I wouldn't go back.

11/05/2026: I thought I'd had a mediocre experience, but reading the most recent reviews, I realize it's normal: the prices are absurd. Four slices of pizza and a can of estathe were €19... I've never paid that much, not even in Rome. There was no courtesy, and unfortunately, ants were crawling on the tables facing the wall and on the wall. For that price, I should have eaten somewhere else entirely. I'm sorry, but I won't be back, even though the pizza was good, so the only compliments go to the pizza chef...

13/01/2026: Just one word: disturbing. Regardless of the product, which doesn't reflect the tradition and authentic dough of Roman pan pizza, the staff's rudeness and lack of hospitality reign supreme. The rush to order is evident, and it's seen as rude when customers ask questions or ask about the ingredients on the pizzas... beware of the pitfall of "double" pizza when you order.

28/06/2026: We happened upon this place for lunch, and I must say I was surprised to see so many negative reviews. I can't comment on the appetizers; the place is a bit basic (but like many in the area), but we had an excellent mixed antipasto, a well-made pasta with clams, and, on the lady's recommendation, delicious tagliolini with cicadas. The prices were reasonable. The owners were very friendly... I'd say it's a good choice.

18/06/2026: Spritz: €8 Service: Better than Yassine in Policoro Ambience: Plastic chairs and a child eating pasta at his grandmother's house, as well as the owner, who and her husband decided to charge me €8 for a spritz to get a good return on investment. Recommended! (To the worst scoundrel) 🥰

14/07/2026: Avoid this restaurant. Terrible welcome, haughty, and unfriendly staff. There were five of us, and they sat us at a table for two, clearly making us feel like we were the only ones there. I first asked if it was possible to have a drink, but they refused. Then I asked if we could eat, and they looked us down, completely lacking in hospitality. To top it off, the cocktail I was served was full of ice, so much so that there was almost nothing to drink. A very disappointing experience. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

13/07/2026: Very nice place, the food is quite good. Shame about the service...both the waiters and the timing. Overall, the price was exorbitant.

26/03/2026: Excellent light pizza, enough to eat two on its own, and packed with quality ingredients. The staff is also extremely kind and helpful, consisting of a single, multitasking woman who handles reservations in person and by phone, and delivers both pizzas and drinks, both for takeout and delivery to customers and couriers, and even to tables on site. Customers then call and clear the table themselves, driven by a natural sense of kindness and altruism that arises spontaneously from watching the staff work. Highly recommended if you want to eat well and lightly, even if, like me, eating almost two pizzas isn't all that easy on the scale.

24/08/2025: I arrive and see a waitress eating a mixed fried food near the pizza oven. Everything is fine, nothing special. We sit down and order. No bread or breadsticks on the table. We wait for more than an hour. Finally, the pizzas and mixed fried food arrive. A friend even left almost the whole pizza. 4 mixed fried food portions are poor. Mine was actually half the size of the others. The location is nice, but it's better to have a dive with good food than a nice location with hunger and prices a little higher than the restaurants in the area (for the locals, you saw me once and you never saw me again).

22/08/2025: I'm giving one star because it's the best, terrible service, terrible dinner, because of the long wait, they kindly brought us a focaccia which was quite good, but they made me pay for it, I hope I never go back there again, change jobs, it's not for you

28/05/2026: I don't recommend it because the timing doesn't meet the parameters for a slice of Margherita: more than half an hour. Then the wait... It wasn't worth it, the pizza was burnt on both the top and bottom.

14/05/2026: Nice place. I was obsessed with going there since it's in the area and I'd never been there, but I was very disappointed. The service was terrible, even though it wasn't crowded. No one came to take the order, and the service was incredibly slow. We tried a little bit of everything since it was our first time, but everything was terrible. The food was saltless. I ordered a calzone with ham and mushrooms, but there were no mushrooms. I ordered a poached sausage with fries, but there were no fries. Everything was terrible, I'm sorry.

15/07/2026: If I could not give even one star, I would... but alas, that's not possible. RUDE STAFF TO SAY THE LEAST. I encountered a rude and boastful waitress. She came to the table, throwing the price list/menu at us. We left shortly afterward because we'd forgotten something and APOLOGIZED (by the way, she was just seeing to take our order, so we didn't even bother ordering and preparing something without eating it). She responded in a pitiful tone. We then decided to return, because the location was also "decent" (decent because, unfortunately, the beach bar didn't allow wet swimsuits, which we unfortunately had on). We ordered 2 mojitos... well, what can I say... DEFINITELY NOT THEIR STRONGEST PIECE!!!! The only decent thing was the fries on the side (good job, guys! At least give me that!!) I don't know how this bar manages to survive, perhaps partly because of the restaurant, which was actually very inviting. We even considered returning for dinner, but fearing we'd see certain people again, we decided to avoid it. It's a shame, because you're really losing your customers. Please, review your staff and maybe even your drink recipes.

05/10/2025: We were visitors from Budapest and found the pizzeria accidentally in Parghelia. We ate pizza and drank wine,3 people. The food tasted good,the atmosphere was like home and the final sum was too low. The proprietor would deserve a higher income in our opinion. It is a respectful pizzeria indeed.

03/05/2026: This is not an agriturismo! A meadow next to the restaurant, no electricity, no other amenities, one toilet belonging to the restaurant, and guests are directed to a public trash can on the street for garbage disposal. The staff were treated with appalling disrespect. Dogs barked all night. In the morning, the exit was closed, and we were locked in! I cannot understand the positive reviews! €20 cash! A rip-off! Don't go there!

02/07/2026: Very disappointed. The service is practically non-existent. The staff doesn't pay attention to guests, and you have to wait a long time for someone to approach. It seems like no one cares about your guests. The atmosphere is tense, with employees constantly arguing and cursing among themselves. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely negative. I hope management will address the quality of service. Pessima esperienza. The service is poorly executed. The staff doesn't pay attention to customers and doesn't seem to care about them. In other words, they don't pay attention to customers, creating a very spiacevole atmosphere. I hope they don't send messages without warning and don't turn around.

09/07/2026: Negative. Unfortunately, we came here with the family, without reading the reviews, and we made a terrible mistake. I completely agree with the negative reviews; the owner was decidedly unwelcoming and rude, and started yelling at us over the phone about personal matters...absurd! The food was mediocre, the prices high, and there's a list of "nothings allowed" posted on the door...you order your drinks at the counter and bring them to your table yourself...but the waiter comes to clear your table before you finish your meal. The tables are strictly for four and tiny, and can't be moved even a centimeter...there were eight of us, but it was impossible to push them together to make a full table. Totally unsuitable for a tourist destination like Tropea. Not recommended, especially since there are hundreds of places to eat in Tropea.

22/05/2026: Tragic! The microwaved arancini was cold inside. They charge an extra euro for the food inside! Ridiculous. I don't recommend it!
