28/07/2024: Recently stumbled upon it by mistake and honestly I won't be going back for sure. Scandalous to say the least, staff not up to par, poor food, arancini (to honestly call them that is an insult) without any flavor or reason for being made. Outrageous pizza. Terrible service, everything wrong… I strongly advise against spending your money here

28/07/2024: Recentemente capitato per sbaglio e sinceramente non ci torno di sicuro più. A dir poco scandaloso, personale non all’altezza cibo scadente, arancini( chiamarli così sinceramente è un offesa) senza alcun sapore o ragione di esser fatti. Pizza scandalosa. Servizio pessimo tutto sbagliato… sconsiglio vivamente di spendere qui i vostri soldi

12/01/2025: Su utile indicazione del receptionist dell’hotel in cui ho alloggiato, unitamente a mia moglie ho cenato presso questo discreto ristorante situato a pochissimi passi dalla richiamata struttura alberghiera. Devo dire che ho mangiato in maniera sufficientemente adeguata e gustosa. All’entrata, siamo stati accolti dalla bella esposizione di un vassoio di calamari appena pescati e praticamente ancora vivi. Ne abbiamo ordinato due da fare gratinati ed in attesa della loro cottura oltre ai piatti ordinati abbiamo gustato una buona focaccia bianca. A seguire, gnocchi alla sorrentina per me e paccheri alla cernia per mia moglie. Il tutto accompagnato da una buona bottiglia di vino Gaglioppo prodotto ed imbottigliato dall’azienda vitivinicola Statti di Lamezia Terme. Personale sollecito ed assai disponibile. Prezzi abbastanza contenuti, senza particolari eccessi negativi. Per concludere la serata, un ottimo tartufo di Pizzo seguito da una altrettanto ottima grappa Bonollo con un ricco tagliere di cioccolata. In conclusione mi ritengo abbastanza soddisfatto e non escludo di poterci ritornare. Nel frattempo un plauso al personale tutto di sala e di cucina

29/11/2024: I can't do without it, every time I want to eat a good pizza, I choose this place. Each ingredient has its own flavor and quality and the dough is digestible. I recommend eating it freshly baked on site.

21/05/2025: Great experience. Precise and kind service, waiting times appropriate to the turnout in the place. Varied menu, from fish (shown fresh to customers) to fried foods to the obvious pizzas. It is precisely on the latter and the fried foods that I can say my piece: excellent pizza with a lot of attention given to both the dough and the toppings. The margherita with basil pesto was truly memorable, delicious. As for fried foods, we had the chips (strictly not frozen) with cheddar and bacon, also excellent. Very very well-kept place, modern and trendy style, essential in every part yet expertly researched in the details invisible to the eye. Very very very chic. An excellent example of great attention to detail in a very busy context such as Soverato. Absolutely promoted and highly recommended.

18/05/2025: pleasantly surprised, given the old negative reviews. With the new management the place seems comfortable with a family atmosphere. the room is well kept, the meat is on display in the fridge in the room. the staff is extremely helpful (they, at my request, "invented" a table to accommodate me) good food for quality and price. discreet and politely engaging piano bar. outdoor tables. I recommend it for those who want to spend a carefree evening. small flaws, which I am sure will disappear with time.

06/04/2025: Locale destinato alla chiusura per me. Le portate fredde e le bibite calde, sicuramente cosa al quanto probabile antipasti preparati dalla mattina. La gestione e sicuramente stata affidata a persone incompetenti nel settore.

24/05/2025: We have eaten at Casareccia several times and have always had a good time, especially for the goodness of the meals and the kindness and friendliness of the owners and employees. We often go on Sundays, even when we can get bread from the father, who has a bakery next door. I highly recommend trying the bread or homemade pasta made by the father, which is delicious, sometimes he makes it on the spot on request with the machine in front of the customer. Absolute goodness

22/04/2025: Easter Day. Lunch below all expectations, but absolutely all (I don't give one to the food out of respect for the work and the workers). Given the owner's response, I feel obliged to add a couple of things at this point, which I had omitted to write out of kindness: 1) superficiality - the appetizer arrived for the little girl, and exactly after two minutes or maybe less (we still had to start eating) the pasta for the little girl also arrived (children's menu) with a sprinkle of tomato, served at that moment, because at another table the same pasta was served at the same time as another child, but at that table the diners were well ahead of us in the lunch (all on the first course). The pasta clearly in the meantime, after she had finished eating the appetizer (so much so that the little girl had both plates at the table), had cooled down and the little girl no longer ate it. 2) the sausage was partly raw and remained on the plates (I'm clearly talking about our table), nothing but empty plates 3) the HIGHEST QUALITY, if the restaurateur allows it, is up to the guest to judge, but we probably have different quality parameters, or at least on that day not everything conformed to what was stated 4) as I have already written, I respect work and workers, and it is certainly not a review about people, but about food. I can assure you that none of us at the table, as we said, will remember the day for the food. I have always had very positive news from others as a pizzeria, but as for my/our cooking experience, on this particular day, we cannot say the same. It happens, no one wants to blame anyone, but I believe that we all have the right to express our opinions, especially if not everything went well. As polite people, making the best of things, we paid and said our goodbyes. Then it is legitimate for me to be able to give an opinion, as others do with me in my work and which I always accept willingly. There will probably be an opportunity to change your mind.

07/04/2025: Locale molto buono, con interessante menù di carne e di pesce. Siamo stati molto bene e, malgrado fosse affollato, il servizio è stato efficiente e veloce.

02/03/2025: Il servizio è stato pessimo. Tutte le richieste sono state disattese. Si è aggiunta un'ospite, ci siamo dovuti stringere, perché non hanno voluto aggiungere un tavolo. Ho ordinato linguine allo scoglio, mi sono arrivate linguine con cozze e vongole, freddo e salato. Non ci hanno portato il pane che abbiamo chiesto più volte, abbiamo rinunciato ad avere una ulteriore bottiglia di acqua. Non riporto le risposte che hanno dato a delle nostre richieste. Abbiamo pagato un conto di 200 euro.

26/04/2025: Terrible from all points of view, Burnt pizza underneath with raw tomato sauce, irregular and improper spreading given the crust full of dough and, finally, excessively watery dairy products. Not to mention the chips (thawed) and the tiramisu which was just a tasteless ice cube. The service was slow but at least lightened by the joking staff.

19/05/2025: Had dinner there - everything was clean and well-kept - waitresses were friendly - menu with a lot of choice - the food tasted great 👍 - I dare say one of the best meals so far and we have been in Italy for almost two weeks - Aperol was excellently mixed

08/05/2025: The Vecchio Granaio is located in an old courtyard in Tropea, very suggestive, I haven't had the opportunity to see the interior. The service is not very attentive, there are six of us seated, but there are five seats, the waiters are not very present. Very long waiting times, we order six pizzas, one arrives after fifteen minutes, the other five after forty. Mediocre pizza, high bill.

04/05/2025: What can we say around visiting the island of Capo Rizzuto we stop for a light but good snack at la lampara where you can find good pizzas, focaccias and arancini all compliments 👍 I recommend it for anyone who wants to visit the Aragonese castle

22/03/2025: It was very tasty😍We waited for the order for about 15 minutes and ate it in a couple of minutes😍This is the most delicious pizza I have eaten in restaurants😍 We also live around the corner, 10 steps away! There are always a lot of people here! We already want to come here again😍The pizza is wonderful and the card with cheese is also fire🔥🔥🔥🔥

05/03/2025: The pizzas are to die for! The “Caprese” starter with the delicious pizza bread was also highly recommended. The staff is also very friendly. So we ate here twice during our short vacation.

18/09/2024: When I was in Scalea, I ate several types of pizza there for the first time a year ago. They were damn good. This year I repeated and stand by my opinion. The best dough, well-selected ingredients, the best tomato sauce.... Even ingredients such as shrimps and pistachios that don't go together at first glance... on the Pesto pizza... crazy!! I recommend it to everyone.... Anyway, whichever one you choose, you won't be disappointed...😁 If you're in Scalea, be sure to visit...
