29/09/2025: We ate here during a trip to Bormio. We had the sciatt on a salad with a French and balsamic dressing. Spectacular is an understatement! Then came the polenta with porcini mushrooms and cheese, and bresaola with buffalo mozzarella. Very good, but the sciatt appetizer beats them all. Adequate value for money. Service was so-so: I think it took 20 minutes for them to come and take our orders.

17/09/2025: Service good, pizzas acceptable. My own experience: Chicken salad - consisted of thin slivers of pre cooked chicken then fried into chewy cougons. I grimaced and immediately waiter was very responsive, took salad away and approached manager straight away. Manager brought out a whole batch of pre fried cougons and proceeded to eat one in front of me to show me that he thought it was acceptable. I just said a couple of words (equivalent to I don’t agree). No arguments. So the food was taken away. About 10 minutes later the manager emerged with a salad topped by freshly fried chicken. Clearly the restaurant is re frying yesterday’s chicken and serving to tourists if they can get away with it. A sign that this place has low standards. See photo. Chicken comparison can be seen as some old chicken was left on my salad by mistake. I compliment the management for not charging for my chicken salad. That is a good sign but the whole episode should not have happened.

03/10/2025: Beautifully decorated and well-maintained restaurant/pizzeria, located in the historic heart of Lanciano. The menu truly caters to everyone, from pizza to meat and fish. We ordered mixed fried fish, fries, and bruschetta as appetizers (all delicious), followed by pizza platters, cod fillet, and desserts. The pizza is truly delicious; the dough is light and the ingredients are top-quality, as are the other dishes. The desserts are amazing (especially the salted caramel brownie). The staff is incredibly friendly, and the idea of ​​giving out blankets to those who dine out is a great one. Recommended 👍🏻

07/10/2025: Lunch with colleagues. Very beautiful and elegant location. Good food and good wine. The only flaw is the passageway from the dining room to the kitchen. If I had sat at one of the two-person tables in the corridor, I would have risked elbowing and colliding with the waiters rushing back and forth. They had to give way to one another with full and empty plates, drinks, coffee, desserts... I wouldn't have eaten peacefully. Every passage was a risk of accidents. Recommended for the food, though.

27/09/2025: I had lunch with friends at this restaurant, and everything was very good. The place is casual but has a large outdoor area. Parking is a bit difficult, but the quality of the food, which is generously served, makes up for it.

21/09/2025: EXCELLENT!!! In the heart of eastern Rome's outskirts lies this family-run restaurant of unrivaled quality. The owners' smiles welcome you. The fish is wonderful, the prices are fair, and for those who enjoy wood-fired pizza, this is the perfect place. Below are photos of the fish I ordered, including the raw ham. 08/09/2025: Ruined evening. As soon as my wife and I arrived, we saw a quiet and relaxing atmosphere; we had chosen based on the reviews. We ordered mussels at 8:30 PM, and they arrived almost immediately and were delicious. The two plates of squid in sauce we ordered only arrived at 10:45 PM, which, despite the wait, had given us pause for thought, as it would have meant they were preparing them on the spot. But reality shattered any belief, as they were cold on the outside and the filling inside was frozen. We sent them to be reheated, but they were inedible due to the sour tomato sauce. The waitress tried to apologize, but to no avail. She said the cook blamed the sauce for being too acidic, forgetting that even bottled sauce can be adjusted for acidity. We didn't order anything else. Two and a half hours for two dishes, and paid 50 euros for two people, without wine. Highly not recommended!!!

25/10/2025: A place that feels like home. When I get home late, when I don't feel like cooking, when I have nothing in the fridge, or when I simply want pizza, I come here. One of the best pizzas in Milan for me. Crispy, well-cooked, and perfectly digestible. In fact, they have different doughs: whole wheat, charcoal-baked, and gluten-free. Fast service and very kind and helpful staff.
