03/05/2025: I'm sorry to have to leave a negative review, but the experience at this beach was disappointing in several respects. Prices not very transparent: Although I asked for a quote, the prices were not clearly displayed and I had the impression that they were set arbitrarily based on the customer. This is unacceptable for a business open to the public. Incomplete information: During the estimate phase, I was not informed that the umbrella would be placed on the lawn, away from the sea. Furthermore, the daily cost of 50 euros is excessive to say the least, even considering that it was August. Bad weather management: During some days of severe bad weather, the situation was managed in an unorganized manner. There was no presence from management to reassure or assist customers, leaving them completely to their own devices at a difficult time. No attention to customers: In the midst of the chaos, management did not show thoughtfulness or offer initiatives to put customers at ease, such as a small gift or a temporary solution to ease the inconvenience. In conclusion, this experience left an extremely negative impression. I would advise the management to improve both price transparency and emergency management to offer a more adequate and respectful service for guests.

23/06/2025: On Google it says there are gluten-free alternatives, but in reality they are not suitable for celiacs and I only found out once I was seated and ready to order. Being celiac is not a trend and in fact I felt terrible. Even though I avoided the pizza since it was clearly contaminated, even taking the meat I felt bad and I had made a thousand recommendations. If you don't know which foods are suitable and which are not and you don't know about contamination, don't offer gluten-free because then you will harm the celiac.

15/08/2025: Terrible experience. I don't know if they've changed management. Over the years, it's always been a great place to stop for a delicious meal, but this time we got up and left. They didn't even bring us a menu; all they needed was a mop to clean it up. Never again.

04/08/2025: Excellent restaurant overlooking the Serio River, with very friendly staff and excellent cuisine in a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. You can also purchase delicious cured meats and pickled vegetables.
