21/07/2025: My first and most enjoyable experience at Osteria del Carro was a sliced steak seasoned with flavored salt, an appetizer of light fried dishes, and an excellent red wine recommended by the host, a blend of two grape varieties. The lemon semifreddo was refreshing after such flavorful dishes. Overall, I found courtesy, authenticity, and excellent value. I'll definitely be back!

15/09/2025: It's been years since I've been to this pizzeria. Yesterday I went back, having driven several miles, but I couldn't order two pizzas because I needed a reservation. I find this completely absurd, especially for a takeout pizzeria.

25/08/2025: In an old-fashioned setting with a barrel-vaulted ceiling and a traditional oven, we tried facacce and farinata. It was a wonderful experience; everything was excellent, including the beer. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

27/08/2025: We arrived at the restaurant looking for somewhere to eat near Greccio, and ended up finding this wonderful place. We were a group of 18. They had placed us on the terrace, but since it was so sunny, they were kind enough to move our table inside. The service was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. If I had to recommend it, I would definitely do so. Thank you so much for your service.

25/08/2025: Excellent, light pizza made with charcoal-fired dough, delicious bruschetta, and impeccable service. A beautiful outdoor dinner overlooking the sunset over Lake Piediluco. Highly recommended!

11/09/2025: I'm writing this review as a pizzaiolo with many years of experience. From Poland :). The place surprises you from the very beginning. It's not Napolitan pizza, but the dough is fantastic. The flavor combinations are perfect. Fine dining pizza is something I enjoy both professionally and as a relaxing experience. It's truly a very flexible product, with which you can create anything. And here, everything works perfectly, the compositions are excellent. The staff is well-coordinated – they use two ovens. It was very nice to see the ovens inside – although electric, they are Moretto Foni. The Belgian, though small and intimate, totally blew me away. I'll be back, and I send my regards to the staff. P.S. – my mother, wife, and friend, and a son, were equally pleased.
