10/05/2025: Cena in un locale storico nel centro di Alagna Valsesia! Il menù dispone di 4/5 pietanze (antipasto/primo/secondo). Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a provare (solo su prenotazione) la specialità del ristorante...la raclette!!!

26/04/2025: A welcoming retreat with spectacular views of Monte Rosa. The manager, Cester, is a very nice and easy-going friend. The dishes are simple but tasty: the polenta concia (nicely greasy!) is unmissable. But it's not just the food that makes the difference: the sleeping accommodations are really nice, with comforts you wouldn't expect at 2000 metres. Incredible wine cellar! Relaxed atmosphere and always friendly service, you always feel at home!

03/05/2025: Fantastic place, immense in the greenery and tranquility, reachable only on foot. We hadn't booked but the staff kindly welcomed us and made us sit down. We had an appetizer and a polenta cuncia. Everything was delicious and the prices were good. Recommended both for their menu and for the peace of the place.
12/04/2025: We went to Rifugio Tsar Senni for lunch with friends and it was a wonderful experience! We ordered a Polenta with Sausage and a Rösti with eggs and bacon – both dishes were delicious. The polenta was creamy and tasty, accompanied by a juicy sausage, a true mountain comfort food. The rösti was crispy just right, with the eggs perfectly cooked, a rich and satisfying dish.
The staff was very kind and welcoming, creating a warm and familiar atmosphere. A perfect stop for those looking for good food and a moment of relaxation surrounded by nature. We will definitely be back!

01/10/2024: Locale molto accogliente, personale gentile, servizio veloce, prezzi giusti (ma i dolci troppo cari). Abbiamo mangiato polenta concia che non ci ha convinto del tutto. Molto apprezzata la brocca d'acqua portata appena seduti. Bravi.

22/02/2025: An hour of waiting between the time we ordered and the time our three plates (soup, pasta and risotto) arrived. Fortunately we didn't wait for our cutlery to be brought to us and we went and helped ourselves. Perhaps the team was particularly small that day.

01/06/2025: Hotel in the center of Alagna. Large and very clean rooms. Friendly staff, they also recommended beautiful walks. If I return to Alagna I already know where I will sleep.
13/04/2025: We have just taken 50 students/staff to this hotel for a school ski trip, the location, the service and standard of rooms was excellent.
The staff were all excellent and wanted to do whatever they could to make our staff the best it could be.
The food was amazing, breakfast was a high standard but the evening meal even better and the view from the restaurant is breath taking.
This is the best hotel we have been too so far, hope to be back soon.
Thank you for a fabulous stay.

14/05/2025: My husband and I went for lunch on a Sunday. We ate a delicious polenta concia. The panna cotta was exceptional. The lady was very kind. She even asked me if I wanted a bowl of water for my dog. I will definitely go back.

10/03/2025: Entrati per chiedere se potevamo fermarci a fare colazione ,il signore che ci accoglie ci dice di accomodarci e che dovevamo aspettare circa 10’ perché infornava le brioches,accettiamo.Dopo 10’ circa ritorna da noi dicendoci che al momento ce ne poteva dare 2 alla marmellata e una al cioccolato,la quarta sarebbe arrivata dall’ infornata attesa.Quando io ho obbiettato che pensavo arrivassero tutte e 4 calde dopo l’attesa lui quasi seccato mi risponde “eh no signora no”per poi mettere tutto il vassoio caldo di brioches fumanti in esposizione per clienti che ancora non c’erano(il locale era vuoto) e consegnarne a noi solo una calda
Credo che la professionalità sia altro

20/01/2025: Dopo una piacevole escursione sulla neve, abbiamo gustato un ottimo pranzo, con un buon rapporto prezzo/qualità.
Abbiamo pranzato in una bella domenica di sole e neve, in questo posto che mantiene il fascino del tempo trascorso, anche nella proposta di piatti locali, gustosi e accompagnati da buon vino.
Ottima sorpresa, per noi che non conoscevamo Alagna, la navetta gratuita che aiuta parecchio negli spostamenti.
Torneremo al più presto!
25/08/2024: Pranzo nel giardino molto curato, rilassante e con bella vista. Parcheggio privato adiacente.
Buoni gli antipasti scelti: trota in carpione e tagliere misto. Non un granché il primo. Fresca e gustosa la millefoglie. Ottimi i calici di vespolina.
Personale cortese, in apparenza una conduzione familiare.
Dopo il pranzo ci siamo attardati sulle sdraio presenti in giardino. Una giornata gradevole.

However, the staff was very kind and apologized for the inconvenience. The structure probably needs running-in.
