03/10/2025: I'm a bit perplexed. A truly beautiful location, nothing to add, just lots of compliments. But the Michelin star, combined with such a location, raises expectations. The 7-course tasting menu costs €110 per person, rising to €135 with wine pairings. The wines are truly excellent; it's clear there's been a lot of thought put into pairing them with the dishes. But what's perplexing are the dishes themselves: the dishes were bland, and there was absolutely no salt, and I don't understand how a restaurant like this could have such a lack. It seems, however, that this is precisely the chef's philosophy: using about 35% less salt in the dishes, using special cooking techniques to extract the salt directly from the vegetables. I think this information should be written on the menu, otherwise diners will be left feeling confused. Another thing that's a bit surprising is the price of the cheese platter: a trolley full of very interesting cheeses with the option to try them all. Too bad this was reflected in the final bill, an extra €90, €30 per platter (even though we ordered two). However, the standout dish is the egg with pecorino foam and a comfit cherry tomato base. So, that leaves a big question mark; the philosophy is nice, even just the fact that you never eat the same thing again, but honestly, it doesn't make me want to say "I'd go back."

24/09/2025: For our 50th wedding anniversary, our children gave us a dinner at the Dolce Stil Novo restaurant at the Reggia di Venaria Reale. It was a wonderful experience. We received the utmost attention from all the staff, including Chef Alfredo Russo, who came to welcome us. We enjoyed a wide variety of delicacies, from the aperitif to the final digestif. Every dish was carefully prepared and paired with well-balanced, high-quality wines. It was an experience we'd love to repeat in the future. Our heartfelt congratulations. Vilma and Giuseppe

27/07/2025: We visited this restaurant for dinner and were truly satisfied. The atmosphere is welcoming and thoughtful, with soft lighting and background music that didn't disturb conversation. The staff was friendly and attentive without ever being intrusive. We ordered an appetizer and two first courses, both of which were truly delicious. The wine recommended by the waiter was also excellent, pairing perfectly with the dishes. The desserts are homemade: we tried the tiramisu and a lemon cheesecake, both delicious. The prices are fair for the quality. We'll definitely be back, perhaps to try other dishes.

29/09/2025: A beautiful evening overlooking the Royal Palace...the service was adequate for the location, perhaps a little slow, but that's not necessarily a flaw...it's just a personal consideration. The wait staff, always helpful and friendly, were very attentive to our individual needs, especially regarding some intolerances. Excellent wine... A place to consider, especially in the summer, thanks to the splendid outdoor terrace overlooking the Royal Palace.

07/10/2025: I discovered this place by chance years ago. I return whenever I can because the atmosphere is truly welcoming, and the family-run atmosphere is harmonious. The food is incredibly good, and always changes based on seasonal and local ingredients. The cuisine is predominantly Piedmontese, but I've also tried dishes inspired by other Italian cuisines, all very good. I'm sure everyone will love this place and its food; I highly recommend it. 🤩

04/10/2025: Enjoy a lovely lunch with old friends, and enjoy the good old-fashioned food of vitello tonnato, Piedmontese appetizers, tomini cheese, and raw meat. The first courses are delicious: risotto with sausage and Barolo, and tajarin with porcini mushrooms. The desserts are classic: bonet panna cotta and crostata. Highly recommended as a fine old-fashioned trattoria.

27/09/2025: Spending €40 for two standard ham and mushroom pizzas and two small beers seems absurd to me. Moreover, the place is located on the outskirts of town with no parking (we had to drive around for a quarter of an hour to find it). The menu includes so-called "gourmet pizzas" that can cost up to €25 each... but no!

Attracted by the lovely comments, I decided to book a table for 3 (me + 2 friends) ❤️‍🔥My guys... the ABSOLUTELY BEST VITELLO TONNATO EVER 🤩 Followed by... Ravioli al plin with EXQUISITE roast sauce and a side dish of crunchy vegetables that were simply SUBLIME (julienned zucchini, carrots, and baked potatoes). All washed down with a DELICIOUS Rosé 🍷 Attentive and attentive staff and service 🥰 "Welcoming" decor. 🛋️🪑📺 What can I say...? 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'll definitely be back and I recommend the experience to everyone 🥳

14/10/2025: It's a bit pricey for the food and the overall experience. The staff is a bit "pissed off," and when you ask them about the food, they're a bit rushed with their explanations. It's definitely all fresh, considering how many people come every day, but for the same price, you could go elsewhere and get service...
