30/11/2025: Great place to stop for a hot meal on the hike to the peaks. Reasonable prices. They don't have Satispay, but they do accept credit cards. The South American waitress was friendly and helpful!

21/07/2025: We booked an aperitif dinner for 15 people two weeks in advance for 7:30/8:00 PM. On the appointed day, at 6:30 PM, the owner called us in a very rude and impolite manner, slurring his words, and claimed they'd canceled a birthday party and were closing and going home because it wouldn't be convenient for them to only be open for 15 people, forcing us to hastily find another place. What can I say? Kudos to you for your professionalism!

09/12/2025: Warm, welcoming mountain atmosphere. The building is a bit dated, especially the bathroom.

12/10/2025: I stayed here for the first time a few weeks ago. I have fond memories of the rooms, but terrible memories of the reception! Every time I went to the reception desk, there was never anyone there, and I had to wait or call someone from the bar!

31/12/2025: The restaurant isn't bad; the dishes are cooked honestly and well. Prices are reasonable and fair. Unfortunately, all of this is ruined by the rudeness of the blonde waitress (I think from the East), who is unusually rude and completely unsuited to dealing with the public. Inappropriate responses, lack of empathy, and unprofessionalism. It's a shame.

31/12/2025: Blonde lady who works there is the rudest person I’ve ever seen in a “restaurant”. How she works in a customer service faced environment is beyond me.. ended up leaving for this reason. Maybe a one off? No… we came last year and ate here and she was just as bad. Please, please employ someone who actually enjoys their job and people?!

13/08/2025: Yesterday I returned to the Derby and experienced the change in management. The service girls began by saying, "We're great at drinks." They brought me the list. Of the drinks invented by the bar, there weren't even two I would have tried. A chapter on the gin and tonic. The worst thing I've ever had!! And it takes a lot to make a mistake with a gin and tonic. They basically served me a lemonade. I asked for gin, which they charged me for, and the taste didn't change. I left it there after paying 12 euros plus the gin. Friends joined us for dinner. My son asked for Fanta, which wasn't available, and got a Sprite, which he left there because he said it was flat. My boyfriend got a Cuba Libre, which was a Coke without rum. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND APERITIF THERE.

09/01/2026: We stayed three nights with half board. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner was good, above average for a buffet, with plenty of variety and well-stocked food. The rooms were well-renovated, though it's a shame there's no kettle for tea, herbal teas, or coffee. The temperature is very high and uncontrollable, as there's no thermostat. The ski room is convenient, although the ski boot warmers weren't working. The ski shuttle was quick and efficient. The spa is a real downside. From various advertisements, it seems to be included in the booking, but in addition to being in a different building, accessible only by going outside, it's very expensive for what it offers: a sauna, a Turkish bath, and a cold plunge pool.

08/02/2026: *A real discovery! 🌟* I've been to this pizzeria and I have to say it was a real pleasure! The service was impeccable, the staff was kind and helpful. The location is cozy and clean, perfect for an evening with friends or family. But the real highlight is the pizzas! The crust is perfectly crispy, the tomato is fresh, and the cheese is melted to perfection. I tried the pizza sauté and was absolutely delighted. The prices are reasonable and the quality/price ratio is excellent. I'll definitely be back soon! *Rating: 5/5 stars* 🌟

01/02/2026: quick and very nice staff and owner. the pizza is good and you can find also alternatives that could fit different tastes. I would recommend sgabei for dessert, prepared on-site and great taste. been there with kids and we felt welcome

01/02/2026: INCOMPETENT MANAGER We sat down at 9:00 PM, the waitress came to order. We wanted to order a burger, but were told they couldn't order after 8:30 PM (reading other reviews, this is something they do often). We asked to speak to the manager, since this information wasn't given to us when we booked. We were told the manager was too busy and couldn't come to us (his job, theoretically, is to manage the dining room, including any issues that arise). We ate questionable food, then the bill arrived, and we asked to speak to the manager for the second time. He told us that the burgers were actually out of stock, and in a very arrogant tone, he also asked us the name of the waitress who gave us this information. Instead of apologizing and clarifying the situation, he was rude and almost aggressive. We also ordered fries, which never arrived. A manager who doesn't know how to manage the staff or the problems that arise in the dining room. Before filling your restaurant, learn to be polite to customers.
