05/08/2024: Bar in the center of Sauze d'Oulx, we came for breakfast and then also returned for lunch. Cheap prices compared to the average of places in the country and very good food. The rock themed bar is very atmospheric and the music creates a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommended!!

24/08/2024: We arrived at 08.50 and sat at a table outside waiting for it to open after 10 minutes. They let us out because they hadn't opened yet, but they didn't do any activity (cleaning and preparation) at the group of tables where we were sitting. No further comments

28/07/2024: As for the pizzeria, I have to say that the pizzas are really good! The only flaw is the slightly "salty" prices; otherwise the premises are normal and the staff are efficient.

08/03/2024: From the moment you see the front door, up a stunning, cobbled Sauze side street, you know you are going to have a fabulous experience. On entering, it has the most magical ambience; it is simply divine. Our table (for two) was opposite the open fire and whilst we had concerns it might be too warm, they were unfounded: it was perfect. In fact perfect summed up the night; we chose the word 'sublime' for the food - who could believe that veal and tuna would be such fabulous companions? We really LOVED this restaurant - go there if you get the chance!

03/03/2024: Conosciamo questo ristorante da anni, poiché abbiamo una casa di famiglia a Sauze d’Oulx. Luca è uno splendido anfitrione e il locale, piccolo e molto curato, ha la caratteristica di farti sentire completamente a tuo agio, come se fossi a casa di amici. Sempre ottimi i piatti, con ingredienti di stagione e caratteristiche legate alla tradizione locale dell’alta Val di Susa. Ottimi i primi e le carni, sempre abbondanti le razioni. Ottima anche la selezione dei vini proposti. Non perdete l’occasione di una buona cena al Cantun!

04/04/2024: We went for the special of Tomahawk steak, which was the worst steak I've had in 20 year. When i said the meal was poor the lady looked at me in total shock...will never go here again if it was the last restaurant available!

20/03/2024: Best restaurant in Sauze. The food was fantastic. The staff where also great and very helpful. Cant wait to visit again.

09/04/2024: The restaurant itself is nothing special, so don't be fooled by the rating. However, their outdoor dining area, located in the middle of the square, has the best sunny position in the village.

25/03/2024: Watch out. Drink prices vary massively. €6 for a beer and €18 for a double vodka & tonic! Staff are generally rude and unhelpful.

30/07/2024: definitely worth trying, waiting times a little longer than normal but if you are on holiday and with friends it's not a problem. The meat they cook half the size of the room is excellent. a good varied menu, normal prices for a meat restaurant.

29/03/2024: Recommended by a friend and probably one of the best restaurants I’ve had the pleasure to visit. Tucked away on the edge of town and looking like the sort of place you would swerve, it really is an absolute must if you find yourself in Sauze d’Oulx. So good that we actually went twice whilst there for 5 nights! A very friendly and welcoming restaurant which specialises in both meat and fish. You have to ask for a table downstairs where the chef expertly chops away at a huge piece of beef before cooking on the open grill. The steak and fish were cooked to perfection and the lobster spaghetti was incredible, so much so that we ordered both times. The deserts were also some of the best over our trip. This is an absolute must try but make sure you book in advance and incredible value!!

18/08/2024: Ristorante molto bello e caratteristico con piatti della tradizione. Titolare e personale molto gentile, in particolare la ragazza più giovane che si è occupata del nostro tavolo e che è stata davvero adorabile. Prezzi nella norma

18/08/2024: Mi sono recata in questo ristorante per ben due volte e così ho avuto modo di assaggiare più specialità. La prima volta sono andata accompagnata e abbiamo mangiato la bourguignonne fatta con il brodo e devo dire, nonostante io non sia una carnivora, che era davvero gustosa e buona. La seconda volta, ho preso un piatto di gnocchi alle verdure una ricetta tipica di Salice, molto buoni. Lo stesso vale per il dolce. Il ristorante è molto grazioso e la proprietaria e la cameriera sono molto gentili. Tra l'altro i cani sono molto ben accetti. Appena ti siedi portano una ciotola d'acqua e dei biscotti per cani. Per quanto riguarda il costo dei piatti è un po' caro rispetto alla media ma c'è da dire che siamo nel centro di Salice d'Ulzio.
