05/10/2025: One of my favorite restaurants in Castel del Bosco! I've been coming here forever, even celebrating my first communion, and it's always a sure thing. It's a classic mountain restaurant: welcoming, authentic, and with truly delicious dishes. I absolutely recommend the wild boar stew and the gnocchi with local cheeses. Everything was excellent!
Better to book, as it's often full. Highly recommended! 🍷🍝🦌

02/09/2025: Very friendly and welcoming. You can bring your dog, but he must wear a muzzle, as per regulations. And if you don't have a muzzle? You can eat self-service in their gorgeous garden with no cover charge, or you can park under the trees and let your dog relax in the shade. There's also plenty of outdoor space for him to roam around a bit before heading off again. I highly recommend it!
30/08/2025: Nice and clean place, impeccable service, maybe a little small, so it is advisable to book. Excellent raw materials used, dough too thin for my taste, but perfectly digestible. Good variety in the choice of dishes. Prices slightly above average, impeccable staff. Promoted with full marks!

25/10/2025: Unfortunately, the reservation made by email wasn't honored because the phone was broken.
The portions were really small; we ordered three individual plates of baked polenta, and they brought a small pan of polenta (to share between three people), €33.
The quality wasn't great; the polenta was practically submerged in cream.
The staff was rude.
I wouldn't recommend it.
22/10/2025: I stumbled upon it by chance on my motorbike months ago and it was a lovely discovery.
Now, whenever I'm in the area, I always go there if I can get something to eat.
Even when it was packed, they never turned me away... just have a little patience and you'll be fine.
The food is good and the homemade desserts are excellent.

01/05/2025: Deluso per quantità e prezzo.
La qualità è nella media ma è deludente andare al ristorante e non essere sazi uscendo che si ha ancora senso di fame. Le quantità sono molto ridotte e ed il costo è eccessivo rispetto alle quantità. Un Calice di vino 5 € è eccessivo (con una bottiglia ci fa almeno 12 calici - per cui quanto costa una bottiglia di barbera ?) ed un primo con tre polpettine di sole patate 12 € è altrettanto eccessivo. Oltretutto la signora non ama fare gli scontrini fiscali e rilascia le ricevute di cortesia. Questo andazzo va avanti da diversi anni. Meriterebbe un controllo fiscale.

15/07/2025: Tutto perfetto! I proprietari sono gentilissimi e attenti alle esigenze. Cibi genuini e cucinati benissimo. Sono stata a Pasqua con parenti e amici ed è stato un successo. Siamo stati sabato scorso per un compleanno ed è stata la conferma.
21/06/2025: Ci veniamo sovente da alcuni anni, sempre perfetto! Ottimo cibo, vino ed ambiente super rilassante.
Ci auguriamo continuerete a coccolarci cosi'.

11/07/2025: Rifugio Serafin ambiente fiabesco incastonato in una Borgata di Bourcet altrettanto fiabesca. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati ricevuti da Marzia gentile, disponibile. Cucina sublime con piatti tipici ma ben curati. Conquistati da Belle 🐾 e Boba 🐈⬛ ma soprattutto dalla simpatia di Francesco. Consiglio fortemente di provare una visita, anche se la strada per raggiungere il rifugio è un po’ articolata ma ben percorribile anche in moto.
10/07/2025: Allora, è riduttivo parlare del posto (magnifico), andateci, è inutile parlare della pulizia (eccellente) del comfort ecc... , andateci e il cibo preparato dalle sapienti mani della proprietaria, andate e mangiate! Lardo che si scioglie in bocca, peperoni alla bagna cauda strepitosi, gnocchi allo toma sublimi , arrosto tenerissimo e dolci fatti in casa. Andateci! E' difficile recensire un luogo o un posto quando solo l'esperienza diretta può effettivamente rendere l'idea del suo valore. Non solo questo ma abbiamo anche piacevolmente conversato coi proprietari che ci hanno fornito valide informazioni e state certi che la simpatia del piccolo Francesco vi conquisterà!!!
