24/09/2025: A small but welcoming place, where you're treated with kindness and attention. The farinata is among the best you'll find in Liguria. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The pizza is unique. It looks like it's pan-fried, but it's not your typical pan-fried pizza. It's basically cooked twice, or even topped with raw ingredients, depending on the pizza. The dough is very well-leavened, making it incredibly easy to digest. My favorite? The Cupolino, with wonderfully sweet Saarxano tomato slices and buffalo mozzarella. A true spectacle. Beers from the Soralamà brewery in Vaie. What more could I ask for? Try it!

15/09/2025: We celebrated our wedding on Saturday, September 13, 2025. The location was stunning, elegant, and refined, managed by highly competent staff, including the owner, Barbara, and the venue's wedding planner, Bruna. It was a wonderful wedding, starting with the ceremony in their park where we celebrated our symbolic wedding ceremony. The decor was stunning, and the food was excellent, from the aperitif to the personalized menu and the wedding cake, which was absolutely delicious! The waiters were truly attentive, thoughtful, and polite, and to make sure we didn't miss a thing, DJ Rolex, who collaborates with the venue, played music and entertained us and our guests with fun games throughout the evening. What can I say? A fantastic wedding that we will always remember, thanks also to all the staff at La Sorgente. The bride and groom Michele and Michela 🙏🏻❤️

26/09/2025: As good as ever, the pizza is easy to digest and well-seasoned. The dough is well-prepared, and the pizza chefs are skilled. The place is always welcoming, and the prices are reasonable.

03/11/2025: The dishes are delicious and plentiful. Don't make the mistake of gorging yourself on mussels at the beginning and then not being able to finish the main course. I heard someone complain about the wine, but I generally can't stand it, so I'm giving it the maximum number of stars. The paccheri were exquisite (and rightly so 🤣) edit - THE RETURN: Compared to last time, I found the oil less intense and came on later, almost as if it were watered down. The lemon sorbet had a strange aftertaste. But there were those gnocchi alla sorrentina that alone are worth at least eight stars. Damn, I've never had gnocchi with such a good sauce.

11/10/2025: We recently went there with my family and I highly recommend it. The menu doesn't offer a wide selection, but we decided to try a little bit of everything, and it was all truly excellent. The dishes are incredibly flavorful, and you can immediately tell the ingredients are homemade. Add to this the friendliness of the waiter, and most importantly, the incredibly competitive price (we paid about €15 per person).

The quality of the food is excellent, beautifully presented and rich in flavor: you can taste the attention and passion behind every course. Special thanks go to our waiter Alessandro, who with professionalism, courtesy, and a constant smile looked after us throughout the evening, making our experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a special evening in a restaurant that combines quality and impeccable service.
